with the current situation of Nigeria it will be inhuman for male Nigerian and a female Nigerian to conspire and bring a child to this world at this point. my advice: we should all look for spouse out side the country b4 having children. at least they will have another country to run to if Nigeria tire them.

positive side of his proposal is as follows;

1.Discourage people from investing in education, after all it is not yielding fruit for majority of Nigerians

2. focus more on entrepreneurship instead Govt. job.

3 Reduce number of graduates we produce yearly, thereby reducing competition for job among those who already have the certificates.

Notable implications of his proposal:

1. lead to increase in number of illiteracy in the country.

2. violent will be on the increase because of point one above; the northern brothers are known for violence because the rate of illiteracy over there unlike the Yoruba brothers.

3.our effort on technology will become even worst. e.t.c
