Imagine how we came to this world. Naked, blind, fragile, yet we have opened our eyes to behold the complexity of life. Consider how we live this world, in a wooden casket, a single and unnecessary cloths to be turned to sands? Nature made things so easy. Don't you think you are allowing the quest for what you don't have to control your mood, your lifestyle. Yet day by day you lived with the ones you have. Don't you think you can be contented with the ones you have. Making your life simple doesn't necessary means living an archaic life. In US, the best relationship gift is a flower, but in Nigeria, it must be complex.

Living a simple life is like clearing the bush on your way to success. Life is easy, just cut down those excesses. Keep reducing those excesses till it becomes very light to live. Is relationship easy? or are we the ones that made it complex? IS marriage easy? it seems like our demands, needs, and what we think we need makes marriage complex.

Simple life usually have the best impact in our lives. Working in a dark room isn't the problem, it becomes hard when you think there are so many things in the room. Life is best lived when you have insufficient information to live your life. Those of your classmates who knows nothing in class seems to live a happy and prosperous life why those intelligent ones have encompassed themselves with lots of information and rules that make things to hard for them. They are constrained by so many knowledge they have with them. Life is simple. Reduce those excesses. Strive to lead a moderate life. Don't take life too serious. Don't complicate your marriage. Learn to trust, to give freely, to help, to love, and to be happy.

Insufficient information is the mother of creativity. When you knows little, you think faster. But when you have so much around you, even the simplest of things become a burden to be processed. Excessive lifestyle keeps you behind. You want to be the miss Nigeria of 2020, where is the Miss Nigeria of 2002. When you have a lot of choice to make, even to choose a cloth to wear becomes a burden. Reduce the choices you have to make. Objectives are the hardest questions because they live with choices you do not know the right one. A very simple objective questions can be the toughest you can answer. Cut down those excesses. Life is simple, life is easy

Simplicity of things makes you focus. It gives you an added eyes to see how things should move. A simplified life is an automatic life. When you decide to live a simple life, you examine yourself and see those things that make your life stressful. You are always busy, busy yet you are achieving nothing. You can't point what you did with your time, yet you were occupied. A simplified life take yours mind out of unnecessary things that take much of your time. Ever looked at your browsing tab and see that you have like 10 to 15 tabs open? Take a closer look at those topics you kept, there are things you can discard and get anything you want. You didn't even open them again after you switched to another tab, yet they increased from 1 to 10. They are clusters of unnecessary things that complicates your life. Start removing those things, search within you and you will see a lot of people that are not adding anything to your life; weed them out. Life is simple, you just have to keep reducing excesses.

I accept the fact that we are living in a complex world, a sophisticated society. Everything seems to be connected to make your life complex. We now have complex weapons, phones, cars, and society. The very simply things of the past have been replaced by complex things. Simplified methods have been replaced by chains of methods to achieve simple things. Equations keeps getting longer and harder. The former almighty formula have been replaced by the long schrondinger equation. What issues are you contending with now? List those wasteful, useless, dangerous, negligible issues that are competing with you. They are things that seems to cluster your life and make you look like everything is hard. Remove them. Get rid of them. Life Happy

This is my first post on this section, the aim is to help people live a happy life.

Number 1

How hard do life seem to be? Do you aim to add more value to your life? Statistics have revealed that very many people are not happy with their lives and how things are going with them. A lot have been depressed while alot will be depressed. They wish they could do more, add more, be more, and get more in this life. What we see today are people who are neatly dressed with loads of problem and challenges. People who are being harassed by tons of demanding, unspecific, irrelevant, and time wasting activity. In the light of these, how do you make yourself happy, how do you free yourself from this cluster that have placed you in a web you find hard to escape from.

The secret to a happy life is simplicity. Life is easy if you make things simple. When you surround yourself with excesses, you lose control of everything, they weigh you down. You see yourself in a dilemma where you don't know where to start from. Life is made to weigh you down. The arrangement is made in such away that you keep going down till you hit the rock. Do you know those that win? They are those who don't care. People who are not bothered with lots of things that add nothing to their life. Life is simple if you get rid of those clusters of excesses.

OP learn to move on easily in life. It's important. Don't count what you have lost, it will make you feel depressed. Count on what you will gain. Atleast, she is out of the way for a better person to come in.

I think one of the problems we always have with issues is striking a balance when a case is brought her to which we were not present.

First, I assumed the guy already told the lady how watching the movie, the light and the sound feels yet she was inconsiderate. The guy on the other hand was not mature enough to understand that she needed to be happy too. What stops him from facing the other part of the room or the lady reducing the sound.

From comments from the OP, he has been played. I expected the lady to sacrifice Seeing the guy isn't in good health.

From the way relationships are going now, everything will evolve ND everyone will be on their own

Just like you, was labelled a Christian from birth and so I was. Went to secondary school, turned atheist. Went back to God in the university, and have remained thus so. Though not a core-hard-religious persons.

House some of them think amazes me. Everyday, I imagine and make plans how it will go. How I will train my kids all round. In US, after finishing High school, it is expected that you know about safety, basic car repairs, how to drive, and so many things about life. At high school, people are told the truth about religion and God and allowed to take decision.

Here, we take out politics to religion and where one come from. It hasn't led us to anywhere

Best Physics/Chemisrty student back in my days, i can relate at we think differently...I remember telling my peers how it required the exact same amount of energy to shoot a nylon( polythene) and a heavy object like a big house outside the earth's orbit back in the days, and the whole class paused, the teacher paused, we examined Newton's third law of motion, and after a thorough studies, i was found to be correct. This country messed up, we the engineers, chemists, physicists, biochemists, geologists need to do something for the next generation...We all need to do something..

Quantum is bae indeed. I remember telling engineers that it will be impossible to produce unique things in this country without having an understanding of quantum physics. Most schools outside the country teaches their engineers quantum mechanics. Physics have helped me alot. It helps me to understand how life is and to be sincere, life have become so simple to me.

Yeah, God (not church doctrines etc) - Science - Humanity. I have a friend who is an atheist, but he isn't a physicist. I have told him that it is impossible to predict the future when he doesn't clearly understand the present. I am a Christian so I respect God and Christ too.

Planning is very necessary. Our population is pulling us down. See what is happening in the North, people keeping giving birth with no clear plan on how to raise them.

Very delicate to leave a 6 weeks old baby at a daycare. I hear folks do it these days. There are churches that run daycare centers that accept even very young babies... If she's well to do, she can hire a baby sitter. So it's either a day care center, a baby sitter, or she carries over one year.

But Mrphysics is correct, people should plan their babies and not just have them. I'm sure if she this discussion with her lover before the pregnancy, this thread wouldn't be necessary...So prepare,plan and act...Children should be treasured enough for us to prepare for them adequately...

Giving children who is our hope the best is what I always pray and aim for. Having a kid isn't wrong. I can't imagine what she is currently passing through. It hurts and I offered her advise. It is even best she take the child to class than leave her in daycare homes. All the baby needs is good breastfeeding and motherly care at this time. Its definitely going to affect her in school, I had such people during undergraduate days and we all helped out. grin

lemme break it down for you

1. she is currently pregnant and a student if her expected date of delivery is correctly predicted by the time she gives birth and her school resumes (i.e. the OP's school not her child) her baby will be two weeks.

2. After school resumes she wants to miss school for 1month to care for the baby, so by the time she officially resumes school her baby will now be 2wks+1month =6wks

So her question is is it safe/okay to leave a 6weeks old baby in day care in order for the mother i.e. the Op to resume school.

she is talking about only 1child here.

No one is trying to be judgemental. I offered her an advise before writing on. No one judged any here.

B the separation of fullerene into graphene in 2010, it was discovered that diamond isn't the strongest known substance rather graphene. And that graphene from where carbon comes is a great conductor, it conducts even more than aluminium. So why would carbon be a non conductor in the periodic table? Even when pencil lead conducts. Pencil lead is a sheet of graphene. That was where I did my Project (Nanotechnology).

Lol, take time and go through her post. I am a physicist and have tried to connect them. But they aren't making some sense to me. So while offering her my recommendation, I also have to show her where she got it all wrong. If she must Bleep, then she must Bleep with sense, that is why some people are called slay queen.

Imagine the kind of suffering these children she is bringing into the world will be prone to. Not every man will want to marry a single mother, not to talk of one that have 2 kids already. You still can't be sure its same man that is responsible for the two. All analysis and experience suggests its different guy except if the op proves it wrong.

First, they is no law that says your child must start this first term. Starting now does not mean he/she can't start from second term or even third term. You can offer her exact thing she will be offered in the school when you are back from class. So plan yourself well and know you have a work when you come back. With that plan she will not miss a lot. Some of us that didn't go to nursery school but started from primary one are even better than some persons.

Secondly, You currently have a 2 weeks old baby, and you are pregnant again, yet single. Sorry to be harsh, but if what you said up there is true, then you don't have plan for yourself. You seem not to learn anything from stories and experiences people share here on nairaland. By same analogy, when you put to bed, you will get pregnant two weeks again and still remain single, please don't open another thread in that regard.

Lastly, my sister, this is 21st century. If you must Bleep, tell him to wear condom. Stop losing your sense when you are touched. Imagine what you are currently going through now. A baby, academics, and pregnancy. No one can love you more than you love yourself. This is hating your own self. To be sincere with you, you need to be strong now, have time for youself. Your mumu should have done by now. There are hard decisions you need to take now:
1. Suspend your school till you are done with child birth while still single
2. Let your child miss the first year in school. It has nothing to do with her cognitive reasoning
3. Get married to this man that is responsible for these innocent children that do not know how reckless their mum is. That is if its the same man that owns the two of them.
