It happens often but then, Nigerian guys foresee it as their responsibility to give money to their partner, so who is to be blamed?
Those that made it the habit of asking.

Are you saying if you receive a gift from someone, then you should always be asking for such gift everytime?
When men give your money or take ladies out, it is a gift to that lady. That doesn't mean she should always be asking for same everytime as if they owe her anything

So are you saying that there are many poor girls in Nigeria?
I am only saying that what you described doesn't happen that much in Nigeria. Secondly, we both know ladies are more needy in Nigeria when compared to guys.

I also know women from rich families that don't ask men for money and even give the men they are dating money. Yes, I know a lady that live with her boyfriend and trained her boyfriend in school, now who is the prostitute going by your assertion?
How often do you find such situations? I bet it's 1/1000000000.

I know what am saying, its no joke.
What of people (guys and ladies) who have multiple partners?

I got my freedom when I stopped believing someone has the authority to my destiny which she wasn't there during creation. Only you and your maker has the right to decide your destiny.

If I like, let me sleep with Mami water or witch, such person has no right to my destiny
RomanceHow Do You Feel As A Guy When Asked "Why You Want To Marry" by mrphysics(op): 2:24pm On Jul 08, 2018
There is a recent proliferation of this question among women. Most guys get asked this question "why do you want to marry?"

To me this question is dumb, illogical, and not necessary.

To women
Most guys do not know why they should marry. One of the goal of due diligence carried out on any approaching potential husband is to know if he has the right mentality about marriage and why he needs one. So when you discuss marriage with your partner/girlfriend, she will throw forth the question "why do you want to marry". To ladies, most men marry out of desperation, pressure, and lust. So what is the purpose of getting married to him when he can't give a convincing reason why I should follow him to the alter?

To guys/men

This question does not make sense. Why ask a grown man like me such a question? To a man, asking him such question is synonymous to questioning his maturity, integrity, and sense of responsibility. Of course he knows what marriage is, before deciding to go into one, he understood the need for it. Having come to terms with everything, including the troubles therein, responsibilities, and other demands of marriage, there is therefore no reason why you should ask him such question.

Analysis
The problem I have with the question is that every lady who ask such question believe they know the reason for marriage while the candidate/guy/man may not know why he needs to marry. So who gets to ask women same question?

That question isn't necessary. If a man whom you've been with for sometime asks for your hand in marriage, you have two options, YES or NO.

While I might be wrong, I want to get opinion from guys who have answered this question before. And to the ladies who ask this question, what is your aim and purpose for asking? Guys, how do you feel when asked this question?

If only you know what goes on in the spiritual world, you won't be thinking like a canal man that you are, you need to look with a spiritual eyes and not with an ordinary eyes, if you keep this belief up, it will be your undoing.

Don't do something because others are doing it, Mr A might do it and go Scots free and when you do it, inter alia you get choked in the process.
Lol, you have been very funny with this your spiritual world Shaaaa.

DavidTheGeek:
mrphysics I have a question regarding how to withdraw on Fiverr.

I have a payoneer account but i don't have their card. I'm not interested in having one. (I actually registered hoping to use their Bank transfer option).

I checked the Fiverr withdrawal page and saw there are three withdrawal options available...
1. Fiverr card
2. PayPal
3. Bank transfer.

I want to know if i'd be able to withdraw directly to my savings account with the "Bank transfer" option; AND do you have any idea what the bank rate will be for such method?

NOTE: I don't care about the exchange rate the bank will use as long it's not less than N300 to $1.
The Payoneer bank transfer option is same as the bank account linked to your payoneer card. Fiverr revenue card and bank transfer are all payoneer-linked. When you add your bank account details to payoneer, it is automatically integrated to Fiverr. I might be wrong though. So with the bank linked to your Fiverr, your fund will go directly into your local bank account

Thank you, but I think Java is used for android app development. Python or PHP is used for Back-end web development.
Most government portals and high functioning websites are designed using Java.

Whatever you think. I work with an IT company and I have told you the needed skill during recruitment. Regards

I am a Computer Science graduate. It is not easy. Two years ago, I taught in a private primary/secondary school. I taught 11 classes. It took up my whole time that I had to resign. I am doing a program with Google and Udacity where I am learning front-end web development. I am also learning how to design with Adobe illustrator. I intend to be a graphic designer/ web programmer.
My company is in need of a good front end developer. Since you are still learning, do know that the need for a front and back end developer is high.

As a system analyst, I will also advise you to learn back end development especially with Java. They are most sought for

I was really touched by this post of yours. i may not venture into fiverr but I'll surely apply all that you've advocated during my service year.....will give you a report about my progress one year from now.
Great one sir. Sorry about your posting to the village. Turn it to your advantage by developing yourself and venturing into any business. Don't be afraid to take risk. Take risk and damn the consequences.

Goodluck and all the best

Visit the business section, you will see a thread: How to become a level 2 seller on Fiverr in a month selling as a Nigerian. Go through the first 10 pages, take action. If you have any question then ask on that thread.

This is because I receive lots of emails from nairalanders who need the same information and everything they need is already on that thread.

Regards

Mphysics you funny oo.. "They go to romance section to argue with us"

You inspired me codedly from day one of that your Kano thread. My fellow Superlion respect.

That guy wey want make unemployed person pay for him training here. The guy no get conscience ooo
Well done bro. Nice thread. My respect boss.

People have to pay for their ignorance. Most people come to nairaland to argue forgetting that most people that spend time on nairaland have something doing. Some chat from office using their office Wi-Fi.

The day I opened the business section of nairaland, I regretted the last three years of my stay on nairaland. While I was arguing, some persons were busy making money online. I didn't pay for anything. I patiently read the Fiverr thread till the 10th page. Took the first step, was patient and within a year I made over $10k. I didn't pay for any tutorial yet I still have a nice work here in Abuja.

Instead of them to be visiting business section and investment section, they prefer to go to romance section and call us broke boys. One name highqueen, preashy156 or whatever are undergraduates yet they spent time on romance section arguing with us while I chat from the office with two dedicated writers for my freelance business.

Ignorance is important. The guy wants unemployed people to pay for information readily available online. SMH. I feel happy when those I guided call me that they want to make their first withdrawal. I feel happy because while others are importing and wasting the naira, I contribute to the strengthening of the naira in my little way.

All these people here shouting think it's a get rich quick program however patience is key.

This month has been the least for over 7 months for me. It was so dull. All messages I got this month were services I don't offer. Only yesterday, I got 5 orders worth $750 just in a day. This is after I went for 2 weeks without an order.
