Romance › Re: Does She Have A Right To My Phone? by MrsChima(f): 1:19am On Apr 26, 2012
My girl subjects me to a routine phone check on regular intervals, in which she checks my call logs, chats and texts. Last week I refused her from such checks and she got mad, I opted to leave her house but she insisted on throwing me out naked (it was abt 8am, I had just a boxer-short on). I refused and suggested to her that I dressed up first but she got violent and tried to push me out. After much tussle I decided to let her win cos she was creating a scene and she had scarred me badly with her nails. I was thrown out into the corridor with just a short on(embarrassed) and she kept releasing a piece of my clothing to me every 5mins (not funny) but she never released my phone and insisted i give her the unlock password.

I have decided to call it quits with her as this is the third time she has gone physical on me and I am afraid I might retaliate someday and get myself into serious trouble. The problem is she still has my phone. So I ask does a girlfriend have any right over her guy's phone?
You don't have right to her phone.

Only a dumb arse woman will allow her husband/boyfriend to cheat on her. No, I take that back. Only a dumb arse woman with low self esteem and desperate as hell would let her husband/boyfriend cheat and disrespect her.

onila: huh
I know you are a bush heffa...so let me educate you.

In America, once or twice a year for Hair Wars...many beauticians and barbers meet in a major city to showcase their hair skills. They use wild colors, variety of hair textures, and style that most regular people wouldn't dare wear outside their homes.

Those chicks that you posted are potential models of Hair Wars, a hair style contest popular in America. If you look at the photos on the right or left corner, stylists leave their trademark name for recognition.

I know you haven't set a foot on American soil and get your information from cracker barrel CNN, but celebrities including musicians wear those strange looking hair styles simply for fashion statement or part of their branding. Many young girls copy their celebrities' look to fit in with their peers.

Many African women that comes to America, the first thing they do when they are able to purchase something....they run to the wig shop to look like Rihanna and Nicki Minaj. undecided undecided In texas, it is hot as hell and most people with their own hair keep it up or short. Why are your African sisters walking around with wool cap wigs on? Common sense would tell them if they are sweating from the head, they may want to remove the head fur. Many of the wigs are a hot mess and doesn't look good on many of them.

One more thing...pay attention to the year of the photos that you are posting because many of these strange looking styles are of the 80's and 90's. It is 2012 boo boo. Update your TV and cable station or they still haven't gotten to the village yet? undecided

MRbrownJAY: so what do you expect a man who just found out his GF was bald, and has flat hanging slippers instead of bouncy tittay to do?!

a man has MANY CHOICES:
- continue the r/ship
- change the r/ship status to Bootay call (until he can find someone else to satisfy his se.xual needs).
- leave her

just because she aint "take home to mama" quality, doesnt mean she aint good for other duties....so long as she knows her position!
This is a damn shame. MBJ.....apparently these men that "found out" their WIVES are bald headed and flat slipper chested LOVE IT enough to MARRIED THEM!!!!! I mean what the Bleep huh huh huh huh huh

Why would a foolish nigga marry a woman if he is only USING HER FOR SEX?!!! He is a damn fool not HER! That's not making NO DAMN SENSE. huh huh

I have never heard of a nigga that DON'T like FAKE WOMEN but will Bleep THEM ANYWAY. huh I take that back MBJ...ONLY A FAKE NIGGA WILL Bleep A FAKE CHICK. undecided undecided undecided

Shouldn't a "real man" get his sexual needs with a "real woman"? huh huh Contradiction MUCH.

MBJ...

I am not missing the point at all boo boo. It is very simple, I will not accept your statement that if a man find out a woman is fake he can do whatever he wants to her or about her. It may not be exactly what you said but it is close enough for sure.

I agree there are a lot of dumb arse men in this world....but they are not BLIND and I am sure they can see the heffa have on make up and dead people hair.

A man have two choice....DEAL WITH HER or leave her THE Bleep ALONE. It is simple. Don't let it be your headache. wink kiss kiss kiss

sauer: I understand what you mean. Sorry about the nasty incident. I admit some guys might be rough (Am not wink). And i wasn't even talking about bed episodes or swimming episodes, i meant normal everyday conversation. Some girls are just content with the casual exchanges. When u try teasing or kidding around, they sometimes don't understand a bit of that. Some are a long way away from having a good sense of humour. that's just it! probably they think laughing is not for women. undecided
I knew you meant normal everyday actions. I just threw a few scenes in there to give it a spicy flavor. cheesy

Sense of humor is a must in any relationship!

Yes I love coffee like crazy.Whenever I travel to the village I roast the beans, grind then make coffee. No machines just a pestle and mortar.
The same coffee that is sold in UK like gold.smh.
Have u ever seen the way ethiopians do it? yep.
Will give u the link to the blog not here though.I am still adding pics.
I like coffee too and mainly consume it at work. What kind of coffee you roast or suggest that I try?

sauer: good one. actually on that last part, I have been thinking also that I must get a partner with a good sense of humour. Some ladies are just too serious. U try kidding around and they are like huh huh. Okay, I can't bear that!
Sometimes you all can be a little rough. We are delicate! grin tongue tongue

What's with the straddle hold you guys like to do? I mean it that supposed to be a pre-intimacy thing? It is usually during bed or bath time. All I can describe it is like being tangled up in a straddle hold where crotches are joined together.

African men are lethal in the swimming pool! All women in the pool are subjected to bra and pants snatching. Of course, it is done by the boyfriend or husband.....follow by the overhead dunking! Needless to say that many wigs and weaves have raced to the finish line! lipsrsealed

I am still scarred from that! cry cry cry cry

sauer: good point, really. Sensible discussions will leave private matters till the end. If both had an impressive knowledge of the world and things around them, they would have an inexhaustible repertoire to choose from. somehow, this could even encourage easy bonding while ensuring guards are not persistently kept up.
That's a good point because I strongly believe that once you are friends with your future husband or wife...it makes it so much easier to bond and enjoy each other.

I can honestly say that my husband is my best friend and I can tell him ANYTHING and we know each other's dos and don'ts. If you rush into a relationship without knowing the person....it cause too much friction and fraction in my opinion. If your can't share intimate things with your wife that is a bad sign.

Of course, there are some things you won't be able to share with your wife but that is 2%...however 98% should be converse with your wife for the sake of bonding and growth.

Believe me when I say this....I have some friends who would get pissed off because their spouse/mate would joke with them or wrestle with them. I am like the hell? But, I have to remind myself that each relationship has different growth pattern and it is obvious their relationship is still in the beginner stage even YEARS later.

pendo89: You know there's nothin as bad as dating somebody and having nothing to talk about. embarassed You exhausted the intros at the first date!
At times,I see people out on dates and all they do is stare at each other and keep busy with drinks. They look bored and the girl starts fidgeting. grin
My tip is, for instance
if you are in a restuarant, pick a topic out of what you see.Say the waiter, the service, the menu, the music.
If you are in the park, talk about the city, the people, the environment
If in the library choose an interesting book or discuss a love poem.
On the highway,cars,traffic,craze.

In short the sorroundings hold the conversation.Learn to unlock and everything just flows. There's no rule or program if you are at ease with each other. It automatically pops up.
Gd luck.
I have seen people throw their whole life in first conversation which leave them nothing to lament over the next few days. When Chima and I first started talking....we talked about trivial things but then again....we also talked about our dates with other people. I don't believe throwing all my ducks in one basket if I am not in a serious relationship.

We would compare notes of our previous date and laugh about it. Of course, we didn't go into personal details but it would be something like Such and such had on this hideous shirt or the date went on and on about some boss at work. We eventually decided to become serious and the rest is history.

My advice is to be friends first and let it flow naturally.
Romance › Re: Another Beautiful Couple by MrsChima(f): 8:46pm On Apr 22, 2012
kambili190: the guy must be really in desperate need of papers because his life was hell in Nigeria, so out of desperation he married a granny.
maybe he is just too greedy and / or has the illusion that life is easy abroad when it isn't.

these women are sick, they need a check-up from the neck up. I am ashamed of them. thank God my grandma would never ever consoder something pervert as this.
That's true that many foreigners believe that life on the other side is much easier which at certain aspect it could be. However, if you are black it much harder than non-Black immigrants.

If you are a refugee then you have more benefits than a regular immigrant in America. I have seen many African and Arab refugees walking around with welfare benefits/cards to survive.

Many of them refuse to work and depend on refugee benefits to make it.
Romance › Re: Another Beautiful Couple by MrsChima(f): 8:40pm On Apr 22, 2012
kambili190: However, I must add that I prefer this kind of marriages to guys who make babies with stupid white women outside marriage to get a permanent stay.
These kids are left in broken homes and if they're lucky dad shows up every now and then and also gives some money.

Some Nigerian guys abroad believe that if they pay money for the child, everything is fine forgetting that these kids desire to have mummy AND daddy at home and that money is not everything you need to raise a child properly. I pity these children. They not only live in broken homes and have fathers who think that money is everything but also suffer from the stigma society puts on them "paper babies". like honestly!
Swallu calls them Green Card babies.

Please do not say that African men do not leave their children regardless if they are with women only for green cards! Many of fake arse people will lie to the bitter end saying African men do not leave their children under no circumstances that is something American men do.

What's also interesting to see many White women and some Black women with African babies while the daddy is in another country with their first wives or sharing one house with both wives and children! shocked shocked shocked
Romance › Re: We Have Run Out Of Things To Talk About by MrsChima(f):
Find things that are of interest for the pair of you.

When you are incompatible it will show in the conversations.

It is also good to incorporate other people in the conversation. Not personal conversations, but general conversations because then you will learn more things about your partners.

I have learned a lot about Mr. Chima interacting with his friends, coworkers, and family.
