when a random experiment gave me 85 without birthday mates (and 15 with birthday mates) out of 100 grin grin grin

If anything, the two are not close. Random experiments often give clue to magnitude of the answer.

Try and run the experiment with a section of the players data. It helps to appreciate results when they come.

But you may use a consecutive 100 players for the experiment to have semblance of randomness wink
But random experiment can also give 100 with birth day mates and zero without birthday mate

Thanks for the clarification.
This is my points exactly.
Based on this example, 15 people have shared birthdays but the number of shared birthdays is just 7. That's the difference I was talking about.

The question requires.... Number of unshared birthdays from the group and not number of students with an unshared birthday.
That was not the question she asked before she said number of people who do not share birth date

my question is different from the birthday paradox. Birthday paradox has it's origin in the probability of at least a member of a group of size k (an integer>2) having a birthday mate.

But birthday paradox helps a bit to understand the question.

If the probability that a member of a group having a birthday mate in a group of 100 is 99.99997%, one can infer that on average those that have birthday mate(s) in a random group of 100 are a significant number x.

I'm looking for (100-x) being number of those that don't have birthday mates.
3 out of 10000000 people

You've not answered my question. From the 15 people with shared birthdays, how many birthdays are shared
15 people can share just 1 birthday.
The question how many birth dates are shared can't be answers with does information, it is a lot of possibilities

His answer is correct but I think it is not the direct answer to the question I posed.
I know you were excepting an whole number but unfortunately it is almost impossible for 1out of 100 people not to share birth date.
Check Wikipedia birth date paradox they are constant values

You are correct! cheesy cheesy The answer is M = (2n + 1)180°, where n is any integer. MrShape got this result, but he added 0° to his solution. Please show your working.

WRONG! You are almost there. cheesy M = 360° wouldn't work (try A = 150°, B = 75°, and C = 135° as a test.) grin

Answer is (0, 180+360×n) were n is an integer

From president Buhari's speech last night many Wonder.
why restrict movement at nigh?

is corona virus very active at night?

The answer is contraction of the corona virus is high at night in Nigeria
Social distance and other preventive measures are easily compromised by the nature of most night life activities such as

Night clubbing.

Bear parlour

Brothel

Market : Even markets that are under surveillance at they when it comes to night period were no eye period when no eye is on them they scatter the arrangement on ground everyone moving his I teams to they road side.

These are some on the reasons I feel they restrict night movement because the don't have good control of what takes place at night.

Na wa for people we call Graduates this days... he said he wants to give a telivised broadcast by 8pm.. at no point did he call it a live broadcast and at no point did he call it a live session without pre written speech... Femi Adesina was the first to post the speech on his page, as i believe he must had written it unbehalf of Mr President.. almost all world leaders have speech writters and read speeches from telepromters or paper, unlike few cases of Donald Trump where he keeps embarrassing the US with his unreharsed on prepared daily speech sugesting hydrochloroquine, or Disinfectant to his citizen without any sense of safety

.
a father sent letter to his children after the children have received the letter.
He will still call them on video call and be reading the letter for them.

What prevent him from doing live broadcast and give the people opportunity to talk with him?

I DISAGREE WITH HIM.

I disagree with him the number of persons can not increase exponentially.

Exponential is continues data
Geometric is discontinuous data.

Continuous data occurs at all values integer or decimal
That means you are telling me that you can find 10.5 persons that are infected with corona virus.

I BEG TO BE CORRECTED

What Happened to other Alphabets?
Is there anything special about X, Y and Z
Especially "X"
Yes X and Y are special because they can't be confused as numbers
Let's imagine this.

q,a and p can be seen as 9
b, h and g can be seen as 6
c, m,n and o can be seen as zero
f and t can be seen as 7
I, l and j can be seen as 1

Assume the market for bread originally could be described as being in equilibrium and that the market is working in accordance to the basic model for a market. At the market for bread two disturbances affecting the market occurs at the same time. The first disturbance is that crops of grains, used for making bread, becomes exceptionally large. The second disturbance is that the population chooses to consume more of other types of food than bread. Consumers choose to consume more of vegetables and fish instead of bread. Use the market model and describe what consequences you could expect on the bread market (prices and quantities) from these two disturbances. What conclusions can you be sure of and what conclusions are unsure? Motivate your answer and use diagrams.

This is not a controlled experiment.
I might say the monkey is resistant to corona virus naturally.

They would have separated the monkeys into like 4 groups

(1) administered the vaccine in environment A
(2) administered the vaccine in environment B
(3) do not administer the vaccine in
environment A
(4) do not administer the vaccine in
environment B

Then they can make better informed decision from their experiment.

In conclusion they did not carryout scientific experiment.

They were doing Chinese sacrifice

I created this thread because I am so bored and I need to just chill here. However, it is pretty obvious that people may not engage if there's no incentives, and it's going to be a whole lot interesting that way, so I am going to give 100 to three people who answer five questions correctly. Sorry it's just 300. I am not financially stable, maybe later sha. If you answer five of your ten questions I'd ask you any subject, then you'll get paid
Ask from maths

Now to the topic, I am going ask you questions on just about anything under the sun on what I already know at this point of my miserable life, not something googled OR researched at the moment.

Likewise, and please, please for the love of God, don't research or google search these questions. It has to be something you already know. If you don't know it, you can just request another question.

It's going to be on an individualistic basis. Drop a comment so I can start with you.

Ciao.

I am very sure that the price of bread will fall.

I am unsure of the effect it will have on the equilibrium quantity

Reason:

Increase in the size of the crop shows an increase in the available raw material
Which means more product will go to the market
AN INCREASE IN SUPPLY.
it is obvious people dont eat bread much again
That is DECREASE IN DEMAND.

A decrease in demand of bread and an increase in supply of bread will cause a fall in equilibrium price, but the effect on equilibrium quantity cannot be determined.
For any quantity of bread consumers now place a lower value on the the bread and producers are willing to accept a lower price, therefore, price will fall. The effect on output will depend on the relative size of the two changes.
