dipo2much: ^^ No big deal abeg. No teams goes into a match with 10 players. Its not arsenal's fault that some id1ot got a red. As per not winning in 10 games againt manure and chelsi, thats truly pathetic. But at least we brush l'pool and city aside. those teams are feard by manure n chelsea. We will improve. I promise Since when did Man utd fear City and liverpool? No chance. utd fear NOBODY. |

Hard to 2nd guess SAF. He does like tinkering with the team so I really think its unlikely he plays the exact same 11. |

coded guy: Lets look at it this way.
if we have to play 4-5-1 without those two, who would be the best replacement?
Except we introduce Hargo Is he still a UNITED player? It just points to the fact that we need some signings in midfield. we need a Scholes & Hargreaves replacement and another quality winger to replace Giggs. |

StarBoard: 'With the way the midfield is,Carric k and Fletcher might just sell us short. At least Fletcher can tackle.Carrick looks off-colour.Neither seems to have the creative passing that they once had. . . That's why I'm sceptical of a 4-5-1 with those two in it. I agree but i don't think we have a choice at the moment. I'm done with Berbatov so I really think the way forward for us at the moment is 5 in the middle in this Chelsea match. I do suspect SAf will change the team again though i just hope it wont be OShea coming on. |

rasputinn: Do you seriously believe this nonsense you wrote??I mean seeeeeeeeeriously? It's one thing to have bad bellus for The Arsenal, yet it's another kettle of fish entirely when you allow such bad bellus to impair your sense of fair judgement
I came back from a trip, was so tired and was only able to watch the first half,IMO my boys didn't play badly, they were not just sharp enough. My MOTM is most defo Jack Wilshere, the way he rushed to Chamakh's rescue by shoving Carrick outta the way when he wanted to bully Chamakh deserved multiple playbacks on my PVR
As for the goal,Park did so much to flick the ball in a loop, such effort should be rewarded with a goal, only it shouldn't have been against The Arsenal
Oh back to Wilshere again, that tackle on Evra was a way of shoving the many trash he had spewed in the build up to the game down his effing throat Shoving it down his throat while Evra and his team collected the 3 points and position at the top of the table and Wilshere and his team went home empty handed? I see why your team have been trophy-less for so long. |

It was a very good win. Im very happy with the result but there were a few poor performances there. Carrick had a shocking 2nd half. He was really bad in the 2nd half I was just smh. Fletcher was poor for most of the game especially with his use of the ball. Nani was so wasteful it was quite upsetting and Rooney was average at best. Very happy with the Defense, Anderson and Park. |
drop our highest goal scorer against arsenal? not a chance! we drew yesterday because of carrick. i love carrick but he dithers too much on the ball in dangerous spots one time too many. he was the major culprit of the goal we conceded. other than that, united squandered too many chances. park, berbatov, anderson, rooney, etc. i hope they sort that out before arsenal.
I simply dont trust Berbatov and Im done with him obviously I'll support him as long as he wears the man utd shirt but I really cant wait till we get rid. Neither do I trust Carrick and Anderson alone in the middle without either Scholes or Fletcher. |

Ibime: How can you rely on nonsense match ratings. Of course the team that won would get the most points.
Sneijder is lucky that his stars aligned correctly last season, thats all.
His team was set up to counterattack and he found loads of space behind high defences. He should try and break through 11 men behind the ball like Xavi has to do game in, game out, lets see his level.
Sneijder is simply a beneficiary of good coaching and team set up last season. Now Benitez is running tings, he cant even lift his team.
Even if a nincompoop (Rijkaard for example) manages Barcelona, Xavi style of possession footie will make sure the team is always at the top or close. Dont think anyone is saying that Wesley is a better player Xavi. But last season, Wesley performed better season. Certainly than Iniesta even if you cannot agree about Xavi. |

I'm looking forward to it. If anything the Blackpool match postponement was a blessing in disguise. By all accounts Baba SAF will play a full strength side against Valencia and pretty much the same side against Arsenal so hopefully that team will have found some good rhythm. I certainly believe we're a better team but on any given day anything can happen. |

medjai: I wonder how Russia pulled it off. I mean the only recognisable face in their bid team was Elena Isinbayeva, the polevault champion. Vladimir Putin and Dmitriy Medvedev were in faraway Moscow when all the other contenders had their who is who in Zurich. England had Prince William, David Cameron, David Beckham and others. I think the fact that they have never hosted the world cup played to their advantage. I also think there's a motive to open Eastern Europe to the rest of the world. Eastern Europe have for long been a region shrouded in secrecy. Most of the countries there are called 'Iron Curtain Countries'. Most of the countries there dont belong to EU. I dont think it's fair to criticise the English press. They could have been more pragmatic though. I think they were only doing their job. The whole world and Nigeria in particular is benefiting from what they did They had Roman Abramovich. Nuff said. |
