Capnd143: @nigeria= sa in 1960 really? Even if the above illogical equation were to be right then Nigeria would stil have to be the greatest then!Good my boy that's how a brilliant mathematicians think. You worked well with those numbers hey!!! Fantastic. This was just an example of how Nigerian military should not compare themselves with SA military. Nigeria has a lot to deal with, construction of roads of international standards, sanitation, welfare, etc, other than buying expensive military hardwares which will starve the whole nation. Nigeria is not under Military threat to compete to the rest of the world, let alone the social challenges it faces. I could ask myself the same question that since SA has a smaller population with state revenues almost double that of Nigeria and still experience some serious welfare issues, how the hell will Nigeria compare themselves with such a Nation. Even when tomorrow Nigeria can surpass the GDP of SA it will still not make the difference because of its population size. This will mean per head, individuals will have less to consume as compared to South Africa who will have better GDP per capita and better salaries. If there is a need whatsoever that SA requires to expand and transform their military to a formidable force in 5 years, I don't think that will ever be the challenge for SA, since they have such a huge reserves of revenues. Just think of these, not all countries manage to build their citizens houses and still offer them grants and pensions. |
Capnd143: lol . . . @msauza! 12-15yrs! Now that really shows how biased you can be bro! You 4get that 12-15yrs most children are nt yet reproductively mature, and most do nt experience ovulation/menstration or menstral cycle! If thats what happen up there in downtown SA, then it is Nt here in NAIJA! . Thanks broIt tells me that you have never studied biology. Ovulation generally begins at year 12, just go and ask medical doctors. It is well known fact that the average age of females to bear children in Nigeria is 12-15. |
agaugust: that 170 million people nigerian population you are insulting is the backbone of your south african MTN Telecoms, we are just doing you a big favour, we have nigerian GLOBACOM Telecoms that can replace you.Do you know why you do not patronise your own proudly Nigerian made products, is because deep down you know Nigerians are not honest to provide quality. You patronise MTN because of its quality products, so is DSTV. Who knows that you are as well using an MTN sim card as we speak. Soon you will be buying clothes and food from proudly SA franchises in Nigerian based SA owned shopping malls. |
Fairness and honesty flows in our veins, that's why when the world asks us about stats we give them the correct numbers and we do not cook and distort them. We are transparent and we do not come to claim about things we do not have or did not make/manufacture. We are an open book even though there are some sensitive information to be withheld from the public. In some other democracy presidents cannot be prosecuted or neither a husband be arrested for raping his wife. In some other countries, they do not see anything wrong when a 12year old marries an older men, the same as when those men sleeps with children. It is only here in South Africa where we make noise about everything as if such does not happen in other parts of the world. I was in the DRC and it seems as if there is nothing wrong for older men to be romantically involved with teenagers in that country. I have even lost a count of how many teenagers I have seen walking with big pregnant bellies around the streets of dirty Goma. It seems as if there is nothing wrong with a 12 year old to fall pregnant in those countries and government and parents do not seem to care about who impregnated a girl. How many of such countries you find in Africa where the law allows for older men to marry children. No wonder their population is this big because children and parents bore babies nad their governments do not see anything wrong about it. The average age of females to bear children in Nigeria is as well from 12-15years, yet they do not see it as pure paedophile act. |
agaugust: that is why you decided to import it and copy it...a sign of how a black nigerian brain is more intelligent than a black south african brain. lolSouth Africans might be all sort of names, violent, xenophobic, etc. When it comes to fairness, we are fantastic. We do not copy like what Nigerians and Chinese do, we build authentic products. The world knows we are the best, hence they have a trust on us. Toyota, BMW, VW, etc even gave us authorisation to design cars under their licence. There are many models of Toyota and BMW which were designed here by SA engineers and made it to the world. Do you know that the 3 series model of BMW was designed by just a rural boy of Mafikeng in SA? |
FACT: America might be more developed than SA, but Nigeria nah. This is the equation and I hope all Nigerian mathematicians can work it out; NIGERIA = SA (1960) |
Aguagust is now suddenly an American ashamed of that little primitive jungle called Nigeria. You are a born and bred citizen of Nigeria. Suddenly you claim the citizenship of a whiteman territory. Shame on you!! |
agaugust: i prove you wrong snydergp, here are my weblink proofs of your south african lies...and that tiny airplane you psoted does not exist in reality with any air force as ast today, so its just a prototype struggling to come alive and we dont know it may die in the womb before it is born. lolIs good how you call that 419, is very strange to us because 419 is proudly manufactured Nigerian product. |
sheyie2007: Lol...read innoson on wiki..okay?You like it or not innoson minibus is the exact copy of SA made Toyota Quantum that had been in SA ever since 2003. This is the proof of Chinese partnership, the same partnership that was rejected by SA BEE companies; http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/09/innoson-as-an-emerging-brand-in-chinese-technology-transfer/ |
Henry120: Hahahaha, look at this south african. I was however expecting this sort of response from you and your compatriots. Not surprised. Let me ask, did you see any chinese in the photos? This is stupid. We have many manufacturing plants of international Automotive brands, yet you will not see any Chinese, Japanese or American in our plants. Even when it is so it does not mean that the technology and patent rights does not belong to them. As such the driving force behind the innoson is the Chinese Automotive Manufacturers. Do you think that news does not travel? You can see from the design of those cars and can sense the involvement of the Chinese who left SA after they were refused licence by the SA government to expand their business in SA. China's technology is rejected is rejected in SA as is very unreliable. |
Henry120: Hahahaha, look at this south african. I was however expecting this sort of response from you and your compatriots. Not surprised. Let me ask, did you see any chinese in the photos? That is the truth, Innoson is the disguise or front behind the CAM, ie, China Automobile Manufacturer, who flew out of SA to venture business in Nigeria. Look at that minibus above in some of your pictures is an exact copy of South African made Toyota Quantum. I struggle to download some of the pics, but rather I have posted a link. http://www.cbn.co.za/images/motoring/9837ToyotaQuantum.jpg http://www.musicprofile.co.za/images/09-2012/Quantum.jpg http://www.um.diskdrive.co.za/toyqtm001.jpg The prototype and not some fake copy called innoson. The Quantum as seen in the streets of Johannesburg http://www.motorstown.com/images/toyota-quantum-bus-05.jpg |
Even though SA does not have its own automotive brand, but it does make its mark. It is good to know that most BMWs and VWs driven in many countries including USA have been built and assembled right here in SA. The good news is that SA is one of the top 10 automotive exporter worldwide. http://www.southafrica.info/business/economy/sectors/manufacturing.htm |

agaugust: Who had it before Nigeria? You the black South Africans or your white-man boer masters that rule over you ?Inyathi is a Zulu word and not Afrikaans or English and has been driving around SA since 2000. It came as a result of partnership of black owned companies and Chinese Auto Manufacturers. The problem with these kind of cars is that they are of a bad quality. |
Henry120: InnosonInnoson is written Chinese all over it. This is the same deal that SA rejected when China manufactured the likes of INYATHI, and all those cheap vehicles. That was way before Nigeria could ever have the so called innoson. Here in SA we have plenty more of those fong Kong level of innoson. We do not want them because they are not of international standard, neither will they be recognised as the first African vehicle. Here it is; http://www.chinaauto.co.za/inyathi.html http://m.engineeringnews.co.za/article/chinese-vehicles-intensify-assault-on-sa-market-2008-02-29-1 We had it before you. |
AfroArab: you this south african man insult me again after i warn you to stop it. you insult me to call me nigerian man but i am arab of north african blood. What do you want in Africa at the first place you bloody racist. I know you Arabs are silly, but you must just come here in SA, we will teach you a lesson you will never forget. You sold our brothers up there in the west and made them slaves. Hell with you. |
FACT: SA rocks and is the African magnet. It attracts nations all over the world |
AfroArab: all arab million curse on you this man that insult me. they say its you a south african, very bad of you. all million arab curse on you.All million Christian curse on you. Lol!!! |
Capnd143: nice to know. But i guess you read the african union site link? Go back and do some reading, click the link in the post! I didnt write those up bro, i pasted it from a source which you now have access to!!! Argue with the message not the messenger dude. That's a lie Nigeria had never developed nuclear power in its entire history. |
Henry120: Nothing childish there. It goes to show how nigerian pop culture and business men have been embraced by the whole of africa and countries in the west. All South Africans in Nigeria are less than thousand and majority of them are there in business. Unlike Nigerians who are in SA doing nothing other than selling drugs, scamming people and parading as fake traditional doctors. They do not even want to go back home because they see SA as a better country than NGR |
AfroArab: i sorry okay. i dont know any difference of nigeria man or south africa man because i cannot see your travel passport here to know difference. i sorry to this man you here the henry. two men here call me nigerian. i dont like it.YOU ARE JUST A CRAZY NIGERIAN, BLOCKHEAD!!! |
sheyie2007: I've been to your country, and you've not been to mine, the little you know is owing to nairaland and Google.. preview other pages, I don't need to stress it anymore that i'm more exposed than you are. Everybody knows y'all lazy, and you have this funny mentality that foreigners work harder just to keep their jobs..SA is just 50 mil and your challenges are so disturbing.. like I said put the Nigerians selling drugs in jail you have jurisdiction over them but don't blame them for luring your narcotic drug using children into doping...mzauza don't come near my children (child abuser that found nairaland)You are a curse to the black nation, that's why your fellow countrymen are all over the world searching for food. Why can't you offer them jobs in you own country. You are disgusting. |
sheyie2007: If they're bad why do you have Nigerian doctors employed in Sa?We just don't trust them. They have been involved in a lot of scandal in SA, some of them paraded as doctors when they did not have papers. |
Henry120: Civil servants took pay cuts in nigeria, to pay for your struggleWhat about the shopping malls we've built in Nigeria with our money? |
Capnd143: and bro you have far forgot tons of others not in any inventory worldwide, e.g the 70mm avibras SBAT-70 rockets [img]http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2682/4515955998_7cde38caa8.jpg[/ing]This is the product of Nigerian education system. Since when did Nigeria have nuclear weapons. |
Henry120: He is not a nigerian. He doesn't write like a nigerian.Lol!!! How do Nigerians write. |
Henry120: Yep, I agree with you many of my country men are in jails in many countries around the world but here is the main fact. At the main echelon of business, success nigerians are always at the top of the chain, including your very own south africa. If their is a top black executive in the US or europe there is an 80% chance that that CEO or COO is a nigerian.Ahhh!!! This is childish. |
Capnd143: sorry to disapoint you bro, but even as early as the 80's when nigeria educational system was still very weak we had over 10,000 doctors in uk alone. Analyst say there have been serious increase since then, so do the calculation my bro. Google is your freind.Source please. Nigerian trained doctor is the worst doctor you can ever find in the world. Do you know that Nigerian trained doctors cannot practice right away without going for a bridging course in the US and UK. South African trained doctors and Nurses are the best in the world and are preferred in the US and UK, infact they do not need any bridge to practice medicine in the US and UK. That's why you see so many Nigerian and Ghanaian doctors in our universities doing bridging to meet the international standard. Just read how bad are Nigerian doctors in the UK and I like it here; In 2010, graduates from seven medical schools from Nigeria were banned from seeking work in the UK, because of alarm over falling standards of training. How many of such doctors were caught in SA without proper papers http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/9771022/Revealed-3-in-4-of-Britains-danger-doctors-are-trained-abroad.html |
sheyie2007: Dude, nobody is disputing your university ratings... see, the ratings matter but it's products counts ... Nigeria have produced enough wiz.. we have Nigerians in NASA.. do you know a large percentage of black doctors in the US are Nigerians? Speak of engineering and ICT we dey.. so bra, the future is bright! Jealousy my bottomIn your dreams, speaking of the US, the large percentage of black doctors there are African Americans. I have been to the US for a year before and the only black doctors I have seen were black Americans. My sister (Nurse) first started to work in Alaska before she headed to the UK in London for better wages. |
Capnd143: nice to hear! But i just found out from a military source that close to 50% of nigerian weapons are not documented! Therefore meaning the are not in the UN WEAPON INVENTORY, that is why nigeria is rated low! I personally have seen, motorized rocket launchers( the type used by brazil and togo) which are not documented in the inventory, a Ranking officer said "nigerian army is not an army of pictures" . The are several weapons undocumented including a soviet built long range Missile system, i had not even know we had(though in a little bad shape), there up to 3 navy warships, undocumented, several many others. I dnt knw nigerian army choose to conceed its military strength, bt its sure must be a military stragedy for element of surprise. You are a master of fabricating lies. Nigeria does not have such things. If you don't have you don't have, accept it. Nigeria has a lot to deal with and military is the last thing to them to rebuild. The roads are bad in Nigeria, hunger and poverty is rife. No sanitation and more rural than urban. |
AfroArab: who wrote a nonsense like this ? in african military power, ethiopia is not superior to nigeria. i say, not because we arabs dont like ethiopians, but because we know the truth.YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A CRAZY NIGERIAN trying to prove a point. Numbers in war mean nothing, the kind of weapons and technology you use is what will win you the war. Do you know anything about the weapons of mass destruction and chemical warfare, SA has that capability. Just google it. |
