agaugust: south africa is fighting modern war against poachers de-horning Rhino's in their animal kingdom grin

Bush War Part II, South Africa Surrenders As Usual

This new surrender announcements came from Edna Molewa, South Africa’s Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs saying : "South Africa cannot continue to be held hostage by the syndicates slaughtering our rhinos, she said in a prepared statement to the media, adding that a “well-regulated trade system” would help all future conservation efforts"

south africa admits it has finally failed to defeat Rhino poachers with its all its DENEL drones flying for nothing, so the government is approving the sale of their extinction threatened Rhinos horns after the poachers defeated and humiliated the 'plastic power' of the rainbow nation.

can south africa face B.oko H.aaram ? No, south africa will collapse under such a threat in one month grin

.
Rhinos have long been taken care of by the game rangers until the army came in. Ever since the take over by the Army, the Rhino poaching has declined dramatically. SA has never lost any war against Rhino poaching.

Moreover, South Africa has a well organised security cluster to battle Boko Haram. Our security is so organised such that we have many specialised branches to tackle any security threat in our country. Nigeria must just admit that the Boko Haram saga caught them flat footed when they have all along been relaxing to invest more in the development of their safety and security. Crime in SA is what makes our authorities to forever want to bolster our security from time to time. Boko Haram has defeated you toughest men wrongly considered to be among the powerful armies in Africa by you when they infact act cowardly towards engaging Boko Haram. Plastic soldiers, so to say.

agaugust: Brazil cannot clear nigerian coast, the same way our army artiller sank all south african navy valour warships, same way all brazil's navy warships will be sunk by nigerian army's massive 660 gun artillery firepower protecting on our coastal.

you laugh at nigeria' 2008 F-7 jet fighter, but you now praise Brazils's 1956 old generation A-4 Skyhawk slow jet that nigerian Roland SAM will eat for breakfast grin see how y.our brain works in reverse mode grin

Nigerain military will stalemate Brazil's military

Brazil and Nigeria are almost equal in weapons but Nigeria has superior combat experience 10 times better than Brazil.

Brazils air force and navy jet fighters are of 1955 to 1982 generations and nigeria's F-7 jet is a 2008 light point defence and attack jet fighter. nigeria is a little better than brazil in air force jet fighters. Brazils mirage 2000 jet 1984 old school ject fighter could not fight ordinary Mig 23 jets 0f 1970 generation, as proved in 1988 south africa vs cuba war.

brazils skyhawk jet fighters are outdated 1956 museum relics https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Douglas_A-4_Skyhawk

Brazils army and nigerian army are almost equal in artillery guns and armoured vehicles, but nigeria has many more modern and advanced armoured fighting vehicles than Brazil.

Brazilian army armoured vehicles are outdated, Brazil has nothing like nigerian army's 500 units of Cobra, VBL, and BTR-3U amoured force

Brazils navy has a scrap junk France donated gift 'hands me down' old year 1960s aircraft carrier loaded with 1960s jet fighters, you salute Brazil for that but you insult nigeria for having NNS Thunder gift from USA, you are just fools in south africa the way you all think.

apart from Type 209 submarines for its very long coastline of about 8,000km ten times longer than nigerian 800km coastline, Brazil's navy has nothing better than nigeria especially with our 4 new stealth warships coming to nigerian navy soon. also, Nigerian navy has a 20 times better coastal defence fast attack craft force than Brazil.

nigerian navy is receiving 4 brand new very modern stealth warships from china and india starting from next year and their class matched any warship brazil has to show.

Nigerian military's air defense weapons force is 10 times better than that of Brazils military. show us brazils anti-aircraft missile that can match nigerian Roland and Type 90 AAA guns combination, show us the data of such weapons.

Nigeria will fight Brazil to a stalemate at least.

you see why i said your south african military academy is junk, see how you analyse war and fumble,

Brazil will defeat south africa in war, they trained you in jungle warfare this year, so you are their students for ever, continue to fear one of your now many masters in war grin

.
No matter how you put it, Brazil will sambalize you very badly. Nigerias military budget is too small to challenge countries like brasilia and is only by ezemoya's grace that Nigeria will win war against Brasilia. grin grin grin

souldust: what is reflected in the budget as military spending is not all the military spends in a year. The state governments also purchase hardware for the military as well. This fact has being said most times on NL.

If we ever get to that point when we have to fight for our survival, we will too tough a nut to crack, fact!
What exactly is your point of argument. I do not really see your bone of contention regarding your post above.

First i asked for south african military achievements you all ran away.

Now i asked which modern conventional war has south africa fought, Msauza and the rest lost their tongues.
Even if it's rebels you recently defeated, Just give any.

Aside from your weapons industry, your military is a joke compared to Nigeria.

I gave exaample how Nigeria shunned and risked going to war with neighbouring countries around SL to intervene and bring back a deposed government and the S.TUPID CraigBitch's excuse for SA's failure in CAR is that they respect international law. What a joke
Military achievements: I gave you that answer long ago and I am surely not going to repeat myself. Nigeria does not have military achivements on its own or do you want to make noise about peace keeping missions again?

agaugust: fool, south african army's best air defence weapon is the starstreak hand held shoulder fired anti-aircraft missile imported from Britain, not made in aouth africa you F00L grin

it is not too modern as a missile, it is a year 1997 product

south africa purchased only 8 units from Britain

the missile range is a short as nigeria's Roland SAM

the south african missile is 7 times smaller and weaker in explosive warhead compared to nigerian Roland SAM

south african starstreak SAM missile has 5 big combat dis-advantages we can talk about another day grin

you are a big F00L grin google is your friend, Britain sold the current air defence missiles to south africa grin

agaugust: .

nigerian army keeps on training millions in the NYSC corp from year to year as a national war reserve strategy and only nigeria has this particular class in the world, all of them are university graduates with smart brains.

Brazil has its millions and Nigeria too has its millions, let both countries give them all one rifle each and let the fight begin !

.
That which you have shown above is far from being military training. During my years in university we used to host such games dubbed university military games, where we used to compete in teams and hostels with riding robes, running with cannisters, etc.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 10:13am On Aug 01, 2013
agaugust: Nigerian army trains about 300,000 nigerian university graduates in a military regimented type of camp every year in the NYSC paramilitary youth program, they are a ready reserve force for war call up with just basic infantry training to add to the first training the arny gave them in camp. Nigeria has over 2 million of them trained in the last 7 years.

all powerful countries have their own different military reserve plans and strategy, no strong country is a fool !

The fact is Brazil will crash you with your $2.3 billion military budget. How the hell will you compare yourself with a military that is run by the budget 20 times more than what your military get. A country with its military expenditure larger than Nigerias total budget combined. Only fool will believe your nonsense.

Power of a 33% brain capacity. Funny how those who claim themselves as among the intelligent in the world cannot do it. grin grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 9:12am On Aug 01, 2013
agaugust: a south african air force officer with Bachelor of Science Degree in military science should not be doing copy and paste of military analysis, let him try something ingenious with his 33% south african brain and post it here for we civilians to learn from his military university 'ingenuity' or should i teach him how to do it ? grin

.
That was surely not copy and paste. That format he has shown is not how GFP white. Ofcourse, he might have taken some facts from it, but he made his own findings to show us that Brazil will defeat Nigeria without any difficulty. Not every person has time to go through every source and attach it. Besides many media still rely on GFP for military rankings, only because agaugust doesn't agree with GFP, so every one of us has to buy his assertions. NO! Some of us including myself still agree with GFP military researchers.

Here is another aspect that fighter pilot reflected about the manpower of Brazil which is 3 times bigger than that of Nigeria. Their military reserves amounted to over 1.3 million in 2006.
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazilian_Armed_Forces

Bet with me Brazil will flush Nigeria and Egypt combined.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:49am On Aug 01, 2013
agaugust: what a big disgrace to south african military cademies and the 33% brain they produce. a whole south african air force officer @Fighter Pilot was asked by a nigerian civilian to analyze nigerian military vs brazilian military....he went to copy and paste global-firepower website data and claimed he proved a point, and he has south african bachelors degree in military science grin

i expected you to prove to us that south african universities are better academically and intellectually than nigerian universities, instead of creating your own ingenious analysis of military power you copied and pasted global-firepower that even civilians on this forum have condemned as wrong and incorrect many times on this forum from page 1 to 500.

your foolish source global firepower ranks Thailand above mighty Sweden and North Korea that has nuclear weapons grin

south africa is the rainbow nation of extra-ordinary i.diots, no wonder Seleka rebels put s.hitt on y.our army's head grin
There is nothing wrong from what fighter pilot has analysed. He just only did a quick research by quoting GFP. The GFP is not entirely wrong especially when it comes to the economic indices. Brazil has much bigger economy which is almost six times the economy of Nigeria. Their military budget is even higher than what figher pilot has reflected totalling $40 billion which is almost 18 times bigger than that of Nigeria.

1. Brazil are the big military spenders in South American continent.

nigerian air defence has been argued and proved best in africa on this forum many pages back, months may/june and we even did simultaion of comabt between south african Gripen Jet and nigerian amry Roland SAM plus Type 90 Guns....nigerian Akash SAM too is coming from India and a total modernization of nigerian air defences has been posted here as a new project just started with sources/weblinks proofs.

you mugus dont even know that south african valour frigates are specially focused as anti-aircraft frigates and its defences against sea threats are not so good. many warships in africa are better, check our navy of algerian and navy of morocco.

please go and correct all those your r.ubbish posts before i reply you this coming weekend my soweto boys grin

Nigeria has the most weakest air defence in Africa. That was the reason they have asked India to help them modernise their Air defence system. Remember India is as well 33% brain capacity through their education system. In Africa the only country that has the most powerful and modern Air defence is South Africa. We do not need any country to come and help us modernise it, we do it on our own.

I hope you bring your F7-Ni to SA for a test to see how powerful is our Air defence. Oh! My God I forgot that your F7s have mechanical default and just fall on their own from the sky because the Chinese like to take advantage of you.

you can say a militants are winning when they start to claim territory and so far that has and will never happen tongue
Nigerian military is too weak to fight Boko Haram alone. Remember they once lost against the BH and helplessly allowed them to hijack police station and prison just under their noses. They had to reinforce their army by teaming up with other militaries of neighbouring countries to form a task force. Nigeria cannot handle battles alone.

agaugust: well @THIZA, sorry i have to dissappoint you again, about 90% of DENEL manufactured weapons are light weapons and those cannot win you a war against powerful countries like Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, Ethiopia, and Morooco.

no competent military academy in the world will tell you that a country will defeat another in war just because it manufactures more weapons than the enemy. Ethiopia can fight and defeat South Africa without importing any more weapons today, because they have better soldiers and officers with many years battle experience ans unbeaten war records.

i want to settle this your matter finally today.

see my boy, war is won by heavy weapons and not all these small small DENEL toys like grenade launcher, R4 rfle, radar, ingwe missile, etc that you psot here. you need heavy firepower platforms like jet fighters, tanks, warships, submarines, and in this modern day a spy satellite which south africa does NOT have !

these heavy weapons are 'game changers' that determine who wins a war, and also depends on the quality of soldiers that operate and use them in combat.

DENEL does NOT manufacture any of south africa's heavy firepower weapon platforms except the G6 mobile artillery and you have only 46 pieces of it. how will that save you from Libya that has 210 Palmaria mobile artillery 3 years ago ?

the heavy weapons of south africa are all imported made in europe, i have posted it before and i wont repeat it again so get it now and be finally dissapointed, i am sorry sir.

Gripen jets....made in Sweden

Hawk Jets....British product, imported in parts, then assembled

Oryx Transport Helicopter .....French Puma imported and converted

Rooivalk Helicopter Gunship....French engine imported

Super Lynx Anti-Submarine helicopter......British product imported

Oliphant Tank....British Centurion Tank imported and upgraded

Badger IFV....Finland's Patria AMV product to be imported and maybe some assembled

Valour Frigate Warship....German product imported

Type 209 Submarine .....German product imported

now remove all this Europe made imported heavy weapons from south africa and Angola will defeat you in one week grin

see why i told you that south african military is not the strongest in africa just because DENEL and other companies manufacture some toy light weapons. the same way south africa imports all its heavy weapons listed above, the same way Algeria, Morocco, Ethiopia, and Nigeria also imports from overseas...all of us are in the same heavy weapons importation pot of pepper soup together now, haba...so how you go take beat us ? you get 2 heads ? grin

https://www.tigraionline.com/dont-mess-with-ethio.jpg
.
The list is endless!!! What about the fleet of Armoured and heavy vehicles, howitzers, bombs and missiles. Those are not small arms. Do you want me to list them for you.

Denel has no competition in Africa.

..................................who built south africa ?

south africa was not built to its present status by the f.ools who form the majority there.

it is the minority white european immigrants and racist apartheid colonialists who are citizens of south africa that built the country's general infrastructure, socio-economic system, and technology with the help of their fellow white blood brothers in europe, done over a long period of more than 100 years with the hope that they will live in and rule over the black and coloured people of south africa for ever and ever.

these 5 million whites are the ones who used their white blood influence to transfer european standards, principles, systems and technology to develop south africa to its present level. they feed on the gold, diamonds, iron ore, copper and other mineral resources of south africa to enrich themselves and rob/enslave the blacks over the 100 years or so period of their colonization.

this is the only reason south africa is a better developed country than the rest of africa. simple truth.

the m.oronic and d.eemonic south africans we have on this thread (i exempt @andrewza) are not the class of people who built south africa, they are the parasite class who feed on what others cooked and reap where they did not sow, then boast about it.

the real heroes of south africa talk and reason differently, but they are the minority group that does the majority of the work and thinking that made south africa what it is.

let our nairaland south african parasites not boast that their 33% brain is hiding behind the curtain of the real educated, skilled, and industrious south africans who built the over 100 year old 'bridge' between their adopted country here in africa, and their original countries far away in europe.
I pity that person who taught you that wrong history of SA, because only God knows what that person has done to your tiny innocent brain.

You keep making noise about 33% brain capacity as if it doesn't also apply to your newly found favourite, the Boers. We have one National education system and as well sit on the same desk.

In the beginning, SA was just an open veld inhabited by the bush men, dubbed the first people. They were later joined by the bantu people who thrived from the North and some years later in 1652 the man known as Jan Van Riebeeck who was an explorer drove his men down to the south of Africa where he found the land and weather favourable to live. JV Riebeeck, father of the Boer Nation (Netherlanders, Germans, French huguenots) started civilisation in SA and was later hijacked by the English who have also come to join the music through colonisation.

Meanwhile, Blacks have taken power and are busy making their contribution. When they came into power developments in SA were so fragmented such that it was only concentrated in cities than in townships. Blacks are now building the area that was ignored by white governments. Currently, there are many projects and structures being build by the black government.

Black South Africans have always contributed in building SA throughout the epoch of slavery. There is no any white man who has ever build a bridge in SA because manual labour was done by blacks.

The power of a 33% brain capacity (South Africa)
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 11:32pm On Jul 28, 2013
GidiNaijaPikin: Two universities could not teach you enough? Kindly study your SA Immigration Act of 2002 as amended in 2004 ... Spend a lot of time on Sections 26 and 27. There you'll see clearly that being married to a South African is not a guarantee to permanent residency or citizenship. grin grin grin grin

In direct response to your wrong notion, it costs less in personal, emotional and financial investment acquiring permanent residency on other grounds than via marriage!! Even after my free education to you, your brain is still not responding.

Mr. Shibobo MsauZA, make sure to always keep the words "fully embedded" in your mind. cool cool cool cool cool cool

I rest this matter! Bring on the next!!
This man here does not know a thing or two about immigration legislation in South Africa.
Here under is a complete immigration Act amended 2004
http://www.lhr.org.za/policy/immigration-act-13-2002-amended-2004

In South Africa we have an Act termed PAJA (Promotion of Administrative Justice Act) which regulate the actions of organ of states and in this case would be Director General of Home Affairs. The afore-mentioned act provide that the actions of organs of state should be responsible when they are administering the Act. Their action should always be deemed to be legal, procedural and reasonable.

Thus, even though the Director General has discretion "the use of may" under Article 26 and 27 (Subsections needed) to grant or deny the permanent residence to foreign husband, that does not mean foreign husbands married to SA citizens cannot be granted permanent residence. Remember that for any rejection of permanent residence to a legally married foreign husband, the DG will be forced to ensure if his/her actions are, inter alia;

-within the perimeters of the law
-were procedurally fair, and
-sufficient reasons should be given for failure to grant permanent residence to a good faith foreign husband.

It is however very seldom that such applications would be rejected to a good faith legally married foreign spouse.

GidiNaijaPikin: You are lost in your web of stupidity and I can't help you here! Sorry boy!!
You failed yet again. The most simplest way in South Africa to acquire permanent residence and eventually citizenship is through marriage. That route is even taken by the richest of your fellow Nigerians here in SA. So, do you think they have time to waste to explore other routes? Definitely, NO!!!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 9:49pm On Jul 28, 2013
GidiNaijaPikin: You continue to bungle your views and comments when confronted with solid facts!! It was you who raised issues of Permanent Residency as the motivation of foreign men who marry South African women. And I called your nonsense out by educating you about easier and more dignified paths that foreigners have rather used Please Mr. Shibobo MsauZA explain your views below:

When I comprehensively educate you on the easier and most possible path to acquiring the same permanent residency why must you begin to talk about citizenship? Where did that come from and who is talking about citizenship rights if not you? Like I have said your brain cannot take more than 33% of intelligent debating! You basically can't handle well layed-out points without derailing or adding dissonance!!
So what is wrong about that permanent residence highlighted above? Once you marry SA citizen, it is unnegotiable that you will acquire permanent residence permit and eventually will be converted into citizenship after a year or so. Thus, what is your argument?
