Not just any youth, but intelligent, honest, sincere, innovative youth willing and ready to offer selfless service. |
RisenPhoenix1:Full of wisdom. Btw, i understand there's no divine scripture that categorically prohibits polygamy |
From drinking you get drunk. Drunkenness is the child of drinking. Doesn't make sense leaving the father and punishing his children when both are in the same boat |
100trillion:Samsung is the elder bros of the ones you are recommending. Op, your budget can fetch you Samsung galaxy A10s, a decent, reliable phone. |
skukimania:Wetin consign muslims with this one? Somebody wey never die you go dump am for mortuary and you come dey masturbate here. Muslims,we know, admirably bury their dead in dignity, not allowing the corpse to begin to decay or to be debased in name of embalming. |
He never died in the first place. Now that he wasn't mistakenly buried alive, he should thank God. His stomach looks beer-full, though. Could even be kai-kai pregnancy! |
I adviSe you to be wary of some of the adviCe posted here. Got it? "Advise" is a verb. "Advice" is a noun. Note the pronunciation (often disregarded by most Nigerians): In adviSe the "s" sounds as "z"; while in adviCe the "c" is pronounced as "s" |
SS domestic terrorists aka militants and SE armed robbers, cultists and vicious killers are worse than north's boko haram and bandits. Ironically, these SE & SS terrorists, robbers, cultists and kidnappers plus their siblings and supporters, even here on nl, who are Nigeria's biggest security challenge, will be talking bunkum the north is holding Nigeria down. |
owobokiri:That's what muslims are saying too:Shekau is just a terrorist. |
Don't deceive yourself: North - Banditry, kidnapping, boko haram South west - Kidnapping, robbery South East - robbery, cultists, kidnapping South south - domestic terrorism (aka militancy), robbery, kidnapping. |
Oblongata:He just can't bear to say his beloved wife and lovely daughter were "killed", a word that evokes violence. Rather, they died (or passed away) - an empathetic word |
ChoCho54:Vex for wetin, your prophets must be exposed for what they are. |
Niger Delta is better off without oil. Let all the oil companies leave, at least that'll bring sanity into the heads of domestic terrorists (aka militants) and the marauding band of robbers, cultists and other killers who have turned port Harcourt and environs into a most dangerous city that even governor Wike, a thug himself, is virtually helpless. |
ChoCho54:Go and ask them, but all I know is that a Christian prophet,or whatever his title is, by name Suleiman "prophesied" that El-Rufai would die shortly just because he said even if jesus were his running- mate southern Kaduna Christians won't vote for him.Years after El-Rufai is alive and may outlive the Christian prophet and the useless prophecy. |
Clearly, kukah aimed to provoke muslims by saying muslims "have a pool of violence". Now he has succeeded in his aim by provoking a few muslims and they are threatening him. Kukah has surely succeeded in his aim. Good luck to him. A man reaps what he sows. |
Vyzz:Maybe him chuk the finger deep, deep. |
Grandest:I pray you succeed, but it takes time.Ordinarily, the system is supposed to reverse a failed transaction within 48 hours, but if this doesn't happen you have to complain to the bank, who will refer the issue to inter switch. They will usually tell you it would be resolved within 21 days. If you're not lucky, 21 days will drag until you get tired and probably throw in the towel. I know of friend who had the issue of debit- without- dispense at first bank atm, using fcmb card. For 3 months she kept going to and fro between both banks until one day an fcmb officer asked her to just forget about the 10k. That's how the poor woman's 10k disappeared, not to talk of time wasted plus transport expenses. |
Grandest:Stop using atm to do transfers, especially inter- bank ones. If there's problem interswitch will take a month or more to resolve it, or may never. Instead, use your bank app to do transfers on your phone(preferably) or Ussd. If transaction have issues, you settle with your bank |
Hongkog:Before nko! |
Aucun:"Then you didn't multiply them naa". Yes, I agree I didn't and I keep my cars, but you're saying I now have zero cars because of a failed attempt at multiplying them. |
Aucun:I'm still saying the maths is illogical, not necessarily wrong. If you have something and what you wanted to do with it is impossible, that something will still remain with you. I want to multiply my 2 cars in hand and I wasn't able to, will the 2 cars disappear? |
IamAsiri:What of if I have 3 apples. If I try to multiply the 3 apples 0 times, I will still have 3 apples, not 0 apples. |
Aucun:Your example is logical: 3×7 is the same as 7×3 i.e seven multiplied by three is exactly three multiplied by seven. But 7×0 and 0x7 which in mathematics yield the same result are illogical e.g 0 naira x 7 is still 0 naira, but 7 naira x 0 naira still leaves 7 naira intact, therefore the maths defies logic. |
DoctorDree:To an extent ke! Anything less than 100% agreement on this is unsatisfactory. Will you be comfortable with 1% smelly toto? |
I don't think op's puzzle has been cracked. 0 × 3 = 0 ( the answer is logical: nothing 3 times is still nothing). But why is 3 × 0 =0 (this is illogical: e.g if I have 3 apples and try to multiply it 0 times, I can't, but my 3 apples should remain 3, not 0. In case the puzzle can't be cracked in Queen's English, I beg let somebody try good old pidgin - maybe this will help, because with pidgin you are not constrained by rules of grammar ( just say it any how- the language is immaterial as long as the meaning is plain). |
mekaw:Your own better sef, for some people na from the beginning of time. |
DNA test is not foolproof or 100% accurate. So, those clamouring for it had better be careful. Unless you catch your partner red handed, why stress yourself unnecessarily. I would rather go with the position that a child born in marriage is fathered by the mother's husband, otherwise the society would end up with more issues than it can solve. To hell with DNA, children are their parents' offspring. If we men " disfather" children, believe it or not those children will grow up to be a serious threat to society. Haba, the same men that are philandering about with everything and anything in skirt, will turn around shamelessly talking so-called DNA test. |
Ishilove:Ah, are you not living in this federation? Check out any nearby dilapidated government school and you'll be shocked to the marrow. Politicians have destroyed everything. As one european historian said, democracy has little virtue on its own - in the hands of good men, it works; but, it in the hands of evil men, it only brings on disaster. |
tommy589:"I later realised my bother cheated me.He bought it at 80 naira." I would rather you say he outsmarted you. Such is life - you yourself did outsmart mummy many times. |
In those days all these books were available in the school library. So, you had access to them. There's no way you couldn't have read some of these books as a secondary school student. Why nobody has mentioned James Hardley Chase? I recall a particular guy that always had a copy of Chase's book with him, even in the lavatory where he'd be reading and doing his thing at the sametime! Sadly, very sad indeed, these days schools don't even have libraries- absolutely unbelievable! |
Babzrockman:At least Atiku knows his children. Iyabo Obasanjo says she doesn't know the number of her father's children! Obj & Atiku - they really fvcked aplenty. I know a calabar women married to a yoruba who bore 13 children (11 girls, that's a complete football team, and 2 boys, to coach them?). |
