The vigilantes are a stop-gap arrangement, but very effective because, men , those guys are tough and bandits are dead scared of them. All that govt needs to do is overwhelm the bandits in numbers by a well- coordinated vigilante force. Forget it, vigilantes can get ak-49 and they have it anyway. Because nobody goes to Christian threads to insult Jesus or Christians- note, I said insult. In contrast, troublemakers go to every Islamic thread solely to insult prophet Muhammad, Islam and muslims. Not one muslim, out of over 1.2 billon, will ever insult jesus. The oath is necessary to separate the chaff from the grain, even though some stubborn grains may still hid in the chaff.
