PresidentAtiku:If you are truly a Christian you won't curse anyone. If you are a Muslim, you have no reason to curse him. |
History repeating itself! Gej suspended Salami, then president of court of Appeal and refused to reinstate him even after he was cleared by Njc, and Salami remained on suspension till his retirement. NBA and hypocrites like ezekhome said nothing, did nothing. Ezekhome, a dubious lawyer, is deliberately misleading the public by citing a provision of the constitution that's inapplicable in this situation. The provision talks of removal, not suspension. Buhari has only suspended Onnoghen from office of the cjn - he still remains a justice of the supreme Court. Onnoghen accumulated over a billion naira through corruption and was hiding it. God bless Pmb for his courage and resolute determination to expose the rogue no matter whose ox is gored. While he is himself a criminal, Onnoghen sat on the highest judicial seat in the land sentencing other criminals. God has exposed him. Ozekhome and other rotten lawyers can go ahead and boycott the courts. When they are tired they will end the charade. Of course, lawyers of good conscience will never be part of such nonsense. |
All the grammar she was blowing na for show. |
Wey de moni? |
Obiezekwesili is eminently qualified to be president. But her own people betrayed her and would rather masturbate on a elderly fulani, Muslim northerner of dubious integrity. If her people deserted her, from where did she expect to get support? Good for her for reading the writing on the wall, but her new resolve to work for a coalition is belated for 2019, with the election just 26 days away. She knows that in Nigeria it is the masses that vote, not the elite or educated, and they vote based on sentiment, so the candidates "blowing grammar" are just having a good time but that won't win them votes. That's why Buhari aways wins across the North and his block vote there is still solidly intact. The way forward is for her to team up with like-minded people and maintain a formidable alternative to rapacious pdp and Apc in 2023 and beyond. Obj, Pmb, Atiku, Jerry Gana and all the other old school guys must be retired finally in 2023 by a credible alternative. |
Let me see the first person that will call Dangote a goro chewing, useless hausa northern Muslim. |
If Apc rigged the upcoming elections, they would be following the precedent laid by Obasanjo in 2003 and 2007 elections, which were systematically rigged in brazen manner that even the principal culprits had to admit their guilt publicly. Obasanjo is a greedy, self-centred individual, that's why he doesn't have a genuine position on any issue. Look at how he vilified Atiku for solid 10 years at home and abroad, and was praising Buhari till lately. When Buhari refused to be tossed about by him, the hypocritical Obj shamelessly ate his words, both written and verbal, against Atiku. The wuruwuru ex-born again may yet switch sides again if the writing on the wall dictates such action. For Obj it's always " I, me, myself" in a do-or-die manner. |
igboboy3:Mr corruption supporter since you know this rotten judge so well, how much did he have in his account at the time he was appointed justice of the supreme Court? In terms of money, Robert Clark, SAN, has made tons of naira in his lucrative practice. He said he did not have up to 10k in dollars - that's how a good lawyer uses language. He didn't mention his worth in naira, properties, stocks etc - you can see how he has sent semi-illiterates on nl on wild goose chase. |
Robert Clark is a most respected senior advocate. I watched the interview live and the eminent lawyer was as forthright as ever. Thank God we still have men of good conscience left whose sense of reasoning isn't beclouded by sentiments. As a lawyer in active practice, he has known these judges for decades - so when he speaks about them he is an authority. |
9. Saraki vs People of kwara State Saraki is the first and only known human being to have been stoned at Eid prayers anywhere in the world. Even in this electioneering period the stoning still continues wherever he takes his campaigns in kwara state. The stonings are always accompanied with spontaneous shouts of "Ole" and "oto ge". |
At least he has a plan. His main opponent is Agbaje - he will maybe release his after the election. Why will Tinubu not remain godfather when there is no real opposition in lagos. |
Wayo prophecy. Senator will die; leading candidate going to lose; pray against this or that: All aimed at the rich so that they will find their way to the self- appointed prophet. This is a variant of Mmm. |
Madam Obiezekwesili towers above the leading two presidential candidates. But she is being betrayed by her own people. If her Igbo people won't vote for her but will rather masturbate on a fulani muslim northerner, from where will she get the votes? |
It's true that there is a groundswell of public anger against Saraki, though this survey was conducted by a partisan group. Saraki knows that his popularity has plummeted as indicated by stoning and shouts of "Ole" wherever he takes his campaigns to in the state. But he is a shrewd politician and has mapped a strategy to keep his prized possession of kwara governorship. Yes, saraki left Apc for Pdp but strategically asked some diehard supporters of his in Apc to stay and distabilize the party. So far they have got the state high court to recognise their factional candidates for governorship and legislative elections. Lai Mohd's faction has appealed, and the decision of the appellate Court will determine the fate of both factions. Many observers believe that Saraki will rather lose his senate seat than see the opposition, especially arch-enemies in Apc, win the governorship election, because the state has been the milking cow of the sarakis. Since these days the judges can dance to the tune of the highest bidder, let's wait and see who emerges victorious between saraki and Lai in this epic fight to take kwara. |
xjiggy:Atiku dubious; Saraki viciously dubious. Do they think that dubiousness is a passport to winning the election? |
theoldpretender:And federal character fully complied with in the composition. |
numen:You are not following the story, maybe. They only said they were going to sue ffk for damages - nobody threatened him with arrest. So, the suit he instituted is useless and a waste of court's time. |
You fabricate a lie. You are busted. You run to court to outsmart the persons you lied against. ln saner climes if you did this, you will be damnified in damages. In fact, no serious lawyer will file such a useless case there - any dumb lawyer who tries it will be made to pay hefty damages from his pocket for wasting the court's time. But anything goes here. |
eyeview:All this thesis goes to no issue. The law requires the cjn to declare ALL his assets. Non- disclosure is a breach and there is no defence. Even if the amount involved is one naira, it must be declared. He didn't and the amount is hundreds of millions in naira. Realistically, how can any discernible person believe that the cjn forgot about this huge amount in his account. Let's call a spade a spade, the man was trying to hide those account because of the huge balances and the crook was busted. Shikena! |
PT cannot realistically win the 2019 presidential election. Pmb has the best chance with the advantage of incumbency, not ruling out pdp though. The problem with most opposition parties like PT is that after losing the election they fizzle out. PT will lose in the election this time, no doubt. The sponsors of the party should focus on the future and keep together as a strong opposition so that the electorate can have real alternative to the Siamese twins of Apc and Pdp. |
So Apc people have finally succeeded in forcing Atiku to reluctantly visit USA. Well done Atiku for succumbing to Apc pressure! If Obj can forgive you after 8 years of vicious denunciation as being corrupt, there's no reason why Americans shouldn't wave the alleged money-laundary indictment against you. |
If this robbery had happened in Nigeria,. this thread would extend to many more pages with ipob miscreants insulting any thing and everything naija. |
This man can eye the woman - and, presto, the rest will be history as she enters the 80- year-old's harem as no.20 or so. Hahahaha, wishing oba alaiye more colour to his skin and more power to his royal Majesty's wetin-call. |
The boy is even born-again. |
The irony of the situation is that the smaller parties know that their parties wont make any impact. Their sponsors are just having a good time - at least some of them will get lifelong title of ex-presidential candidate or other ex-s. Truth is, Pmb is going to win this election; if he doesnt, it is Atiku. Shikena. |
11doubledee:It's unfortunate that things have degeneratd to this level in this country. How can any sane person be equating the politicians with the most senior judge in the land. A whole chief justice of the land claiming he "forgot" to declare such humongous amount of money as mandated by law! We are not even talking about how he came by the money yet. May the Almighty save this country from wicked people - politicians, judges and all others. |
Should they turn the other cheek with the suspect or ignore the scriptural prescription? |
Anyone who takes these dubious politicians for their word is a biiiiiig foooool. |
googlepikins:The so-called debate is useless, like ne'er-do-wells aka ipobians. In fact, on that January 19 Pmb should be advised to take his garden chair to the backyard garden and relax while atiku and co-travellers waste their time before the lights. |
See dumb comment by ipobians. These brats don't even know what court summons means. |
magoo10:I don't take sides because Apc and pdp are just two sides of the same coin. |
ajalawole:How is " jumping around shouting otoge" violence? Is jumping around shouting power to the people also violence? |
