Lawyers in Nigeria are suffering from mental slavery. They borrowed the wig from the English. Now in England lawyers don't wear wigs to court in civil cases but in Nigeria the mumu practice still continues. What tradition are Nigerian lawyers following? I am on the same page with you on this. You shouldn't waste precious time with these people - many of them are actually agents of politicians. I wonder how any right thinking person will be posting trash every time. The guys contesting on the platform of Apc in SE have their fortune tied to Pmb's and will surely do the needful. Again, does it not amount to sheer stu.ipidity to assume that every Christian northerner would vote against Pmb and invariably for Atiku. Even yesterday I read of multitudes of people defecting to Apc in Ortom's senatorial district in Benue. If Pmb is no good, Atiku is certainly no substitute.

Unimaid curiously graduated Atiku with an LL.B when he was VP - he never attended a single lecture, yet today Atiku has a piece of paper that he is a law graduate.

What happened in kaduna is just sheer madness. The xtian women were nearly murdered by bandits pretending to be muslims but saved by true muslims at the risk of their own lives. This is by no means an isolated incident - there were many stories like this. I will never subscribe to the stupid notion that the killings were religiously motivated. In parts of kaduna predominately populated by Christians bandits also killed innocent people who look like muslims. In those areas true Christians also saved many muslims.The unfortunate thing about this madness is that in many cases they judge people by their dressing. So bandits using xtianity as cover may murder an innocent xtian because he wore a kaftan and cap. Or bandits in muslim- dominated neighbourhoods may murder a Muslim because he wore a shirt and trousers. How can any sane person call this a religious conflict?

True. Saraki has always been using thugs to "win" elections and cow opponents in Ilorin. Sometimes thugs attack opponents at home disguised as robbers. Saraki got away with his lawlessness because he was always with the ruling party. Now that he is In the opposition for the first time, let's see how he will use thugs and the federal security agencies will allow them free reins to operate.
