There's nothing exciting about train ride in nigeria. If you are unlucky the train may be late for a whole day or even longer! I dont think it makes any sense to travel 6 hours by road, disembark and then wait for the train, which are unreliable. But if you really want to know what a train ride feels like, I would advice you take the train to ibadan when you are in Lagos. It is a short ride and in case of a breakdown you can easily find your way back to base.

He also gave detailed insight on how to detect religious fraudsters at Mt 7::15-20. In the same chapter, from verse 21-23, he clearly spoke of "workers of iniquity" who may claim to use his name to perform miracles.

So my dear, Christianity which Jesus founded is not a demonic religion. It is the false religion that men founded and cunningly labeled "Christian" that is demonic. As Mt 7:13,14 rightly clarifies, there is a broad road (false religion) leading to destruction; and many are following it, whereas the cramped narrow road (true Christianity) leading to eternal life has few people following it. On which road are you?

All the countless churches and denominations are quoting from the different bibles and claiming to be in the right while condemning the others as anti-Christ. Just like you have done!

How can a supposed "man of god" declare a child to be a witch/wizard? And this is happening all over the place! This boy would have been starved to death and the parents and church members will sing and dance all night over it. Absolutely disgusting! I think he just noticed the cctv camera and maybe was wondering what to do with himself. But, even though capture on cctv, what assurance is there that the guy will be arrested? I will not be surprised if he gets away with this crime, because there's no guarantee that the police will do anything about it if a report is lodged or they may demand for "logistics" which could be unreasonable. Even if the police decide to do diligent follow, they will need members of the public to track down the criminal, given that Nigeria doesn't seem to have the requisite data base which would have come in handy here.

That's one of the things pastors are good at. Their other pastime includes sleeping around with members wives/ daughters, fleecing the gullible of their money, lying in the guise of giving prophecy and other evils.

Peaceful resolution is the way to go. The fg should dialogue with any group in the country that is ready to settle issues peacefully. The stick should be reserved for troublemakers. It's obvious that the Niger delta will gain more from dialogue than violence. Everyone recognizes the enormous problems of nd. So the good people of nd should close ranks by isolating terrorists and opportunists. They should seize the initiative now that the goodwill is there. But the people of nd should focus more on the long term. The future of nd does not depend on oil and gas. I believe that agriculture and tourism present more opportunities for the people in that part of the country.

Kudos to the villagers for doing the needful. Most herdsmen attacks across the country are launched following incidents like this.

Nothing new. Some years back at Abuja airport I was walking behind a man who was pulling a small suitcase and at the exit somebody shouted "wellcome, your Excellency." Looking closer, I saw that it was governor Peter Obi and the man welcoming him was the apga national chairman. Peter Obi had alighted from a domestic commercial flight without a bodyguard or PA and handled his luggage himself.

Many governors discredit civil servants by saying they constitute only a fraction of the population and therefore their salary shouldn't gulp the greater percentage of govt revenue. What percentage of the population does the governors constitute to have billions set aside as security vote for which they are not accountable?Thieves.
