According to him, “Most of the issues bedeviling this country bother on morals-dishonesty, stealing of government money and forms of such inhuman activities. If there are morals, issues of corruption would be a thing of the past. Your morality is your personality. Therefore, persons of high moral decadence are not right to lead us. He should honourably resign,” the former lawmaker said.

Sad but true

There are many strands of Christianity - catholic, apostolic, 7th Day, orthodox, c&s, Pentecostal, jw, up to 4k according to some estimates. l heard a senior member of a church has argued that the bible does nt insist on one man, one wife. Op has the option to port church, after all his present church is not the only church on earth.

Let's wait and see whether Effc will invite the oga thief himself for interrogation.

How did it start in central africa mr educated? why did u omit that? So the catholics in ireland kill each other because of religion? So in your warped muslim way of thinking a mr joseph that raped a woman did it for Jesus Christ and is compared to Bokoharam or real muslims that kill ONLY BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY ARE FULIFILING THE BIDDINGS OF MOHAMMMED? So the 2 are the same? Somebody that killed another to steal his money is the same like someone that killed another because mohammed said he should kill infidels? This is why all fake muslims are morooons
In your disoriented mind boko haram are killing for Mohammed. Where did Mohammed say boko haram or anybody else should kill innocent people?

Just as I predicted, 18th and 19th century examples, so mr man since Christianity is also as violent as islam you mean you cant find any recent evidence of where a particular biblical scripture was quoted before murdering anybody? ONLY 18th and 19th century? I am sure you should be very very disappointed in yourself by now. ALL MUSLIM EXAMPLES OF CHRISTIAN VIOLENCE ARE EITHER IN 13TH, 14TH, 15TH, 18TH OR 19TH CENTURY - THAT IS THE WAY IT IS BEEN TAUGHT IN ISLAMIC SCHOOLS ALL OVER THE WORLD. I have met many islamic scholars and this is the same pattern. Shame on you pretenders. The only muslims I respect are the terrorists who are real and have no pretences about their demonic religion.

You see you have nothing to say and just like I said you are a fake FAKE muslim, Shakau and ISIS are the real muslims and you know what am saying
Mr man stop pretending. Catholics and protestants in northern lreland have been killing themselves for decades. ln central Africa the Christian anti balaka hold bible on one hand and weapon on the other roaming the country searching for Muslims to kill. Truth is neither lslam nor any major religion sanctions the killing of the innocent. Your islamaphobic attitude has blinded you to reality.
Politics › Re: Why Islamic Scholars Are Silent On Boko Haram, By Governor Kashim Shettima by mu2sa2: 11:43am On Jul 27, 2015
The murder of sheikh jaafar Adam by boko haram was so pathetic. This popular vocal preacher kept warning the govt that boko haram is a terrorist group and should be tamed. But alas! the govt took no heed . Sheikh Adam is reckoned to be the first islamic cleric to be killed by boko haram. In Borno state virtually every cleric that said anything against bh was killed - the governor said 30 but could be more. All the islamaphobics alleging Muslim conspiracy on bh are spewing trash.

Politics › Re: Senate Crisis: NASS Clerk Faces Trial As Police Establish Forgery by mu2sa2: 9:52am On Jul 26, 2015
christinie:
Let me educate you guys on what happens to files when they are sent from the Police to the Ministry of Justice.
1. The file is sent to the Ministry of Justice by the Police to the Attorney General's office.
2. The A.G looks into the file to see which Department the file should go to. (in the instant case the file should go to the Department of Public Prosecutions (D.P.P.)).
3. The Director of Public Prosecutions will peruse the file and assign to a Counsel, giving him about a week to write a legal opinion.
4. The counsel writes the opinion. Sometimes he has other pending opinions to write so it might take him two weeks to submit. In the instant case the counsel will be warned to keep to time as the President has interest in the matter.
5. When the counsel is done with the writing of the opinion, he submits it on the table of the Chief Litigation Officer.
6. The Chief Litigation Officer takes the file to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
7. The Director of Public prosecution reads the opinion of the counsel, and thereafter assigns it through the Chief Litigation officer to another counsel (most times a senior to the 1st counsel) for his perusal and vetting giving him a week to vet.
8.The counsel takes about a week, sometimes two weeks (depending on his work load and his attitude towards work) to vet.
9. The counsel sends the file to the office of the Chief Litigation Officer for submission, after vetting.
10. The Chief Litigation officer sends the file back to the office of the Director of public Prosecutions.
11. The Director sends it to another counsel (mostly a Chief Counsel) for re-vetting after which he submits to the Chief Litigation officer who in turn submits to the D.P.P.
12. The D.P.P assigns the file to an Assistant Director for review within a week.
The Assistant Director reviews within a week or 2weeks and sends the file to the Office of the Chief Lit. Officer for submission.
13. The Chief Lit. Officer sends the file back to DPP.
14. The DPP sits down to study all the opinions and adopts the ones he wants to adopt and criticise the ones he disagrees with. He might even end up not adopting any of the opinions but have a different opinion entirely. (mind you all the opinions must be backed with authorities, that is cases and (or) Sections of the Law.
15. The DPP sends the file back to the office of the A.G.
16. The A.G uses his discretion to either adopt or oppose the Legal Opinion. His decision is final. He sends the file back to the DPP.
The DPP assigns the file to a counsel to draft a legal advice based on the DPP's Legal Opinion or the A.G's opinion if the A.G has a contrary Opinion.
17. When the counsel is done with the Legal Advice, he sends it back to the DPP through the Chief Lit. Officer.
18. The Director corrects the Legal advice and sends it back to the counsel to effect the corrections after which he signs the Legal advice and dispatch to the Police.
19. The Police cannot charge the suspect to a High Court without an Information which must be written by the Office of the DPP.
20. The DPP assigns a counsel to draft the information based on the recommendations of the DPP or AG in the Legal Opinion.
21. When the Counsel returns the Information to the DPP through the Chief Lit. Officer, the DPP re-assigns the Information (charge sheet) to another counsel for vetting. When the Director approves the Information, he signs and sends back to the Chief Litigation Officer for filing.
22. The information will be filed and the Defence Counsel is to be served with a copy by a court bailiff.
The above listed procedure can take 4 months to complete. Sometimes information is not filed till after a year (though the judges seriously frown at that and can grant a suspect who is in prison custody bail for lack of filing of information by the Govt counsel except in capital offences or very serious offences though bail can still be given in special circumstances).
My dear fellow Nairalanders, especially APC supporters, don't rejoice yet.
The journey has just begun.
It is well!!!
Kikikikikikikikikikikikikikiki!
Sister Christinie, thanx for this exposition. But let's not forget that the legal advice can be written within 24 hours. More so in this case when the facts are clear. We all know that in the civil service laziness rules and this is buried in elaborate, albeit unnecessary, procedure. There's nothing in the rules that stops the Dpp from rendering the legal advice and the SG vetting it (in the absence of AG). lf the Dpp of federation can't give legal advice on this case within 48 hours (to be generous) then something is wrong somewhere.

These experts sometimes come up with different opinions. The one quoted here says avoid charging your phone battery from 0-100%. But I have read an article before where another expert says you should reset the changing cycle of your battery at least once a month. He says you reset the battery's charging cycle by letting the charge on it drop to 0% and then recharge to 100% -you do this once a month to optimise the battery.

Gej is to blame. Why didn't he pay their fees upfront like Katsina state does with its students. Katsina has a large number of government-sponsored students studying abroad and these lucky youngsters have no fear about default in payment of school fees because the state has paid everything upfront, year one to graduation. Gej could have done the same for Niger deltans, but he was unserious, clueless and insincere.

Politics › Re: Saraki: Jonathan Did Not Give Me Any Bribe Over Missing $20bn by mu2sa2: 9:25am On Jul 23, 2015
If it's Bukola saraki you ain't seen or heard anything yet. The guy is corruption personified. Taking this alleged bribe is nothing compared to what he corruptly amassed as governor of Kwara state for eight years. And he is not done with Kwara as he is still the de facto governor of the state and is widely believed that he has a fixed share in the monthly statutory allocation of the state from the federation account. With Kwara state and the national assembly in his pocket, only time will tell wether Nigeria itself will not fall into Saraki's evil plan.

These politicians think they can manipulate anybody and every body! Why not do an official letter to the Cjn thanking him, if that's what he wanted to do. Now this uncalled-for visit may work against him at the tribunal because the judges would be right to think all eyes are on them and are likely to give judgment according to law. Wike certainly is afraid of a credible judgment!
