A lot can still happen. Yorubas are still favourites. So relax man. We don't fear Fulanis like you do. You guys are already desperately salivating VP. What a shame! |

[s] NaijirianKing: We know ourselves, you are an outsider. So I will explain for you.
The reality is that the NC is taking the Presidency as long as we can settle the NE elements who also want the ticket. But, out of fairness the NE should give way to the NC, but we will see if justice is done. But, either way, the most electable regions are the NC and NE, couple that with a VP from SE or SS, and that is the winning ticket.
The NW has had their turn, the SW has had their turn, no one is in a rush to support those regions, likewise, no one is in a rush for the SE presidency, so the only region left is the NC, and potentially the NE. But, like I said, the NC has more of a right than the NE.
NC Presidency and SE/SS VP is the winning ticket. Take that to the bank. [/s] You are deluded! |

[s] NaijirianKing: This simply isn't true. It is a myth that Fulani are only indigenous to the North, if you would have said Hausa, then I would agree. People often mix up Hausa and the Fulani, but both groups are very different despite having similar culture.
Fulani are spread across many regions and are as indigenous to those places just like the other groups they share the state with, it is rare to have a state where there is only one indigenous tribe. Although I will agree with you that Yoruba is the majority tribe in the SW, we have to note that there are significant numbers of Ijaw, Nupe, Fulani, and other groups that are also indigenes to that region.
Below is a map of indigenous Fulani settlements. As you can see, Oyo and Ogun have Fulani indigenes.
Any attempt to dislodge these communities will create problems that you are not ready for. Do not push the goat to the wall, allow for peace, allow for unity. [/s] Rubbish! Your map is vague, useless and does not show or prove anything. There are NO indigenous Fulanis in Yorubaland!! |

NaijirianKing: This is the same region that wants Northern votes come 2023. Imagine...
These types of groups are the reason Northerners see no particular reason to support their son over a qualified Northerner.
First it was Amotekun, then banning open grazing, then rounding up innocent Fulani carrying weapons to defend themselves against cattle rustling that this region is fast becoming known for, to Sunday the weapons dealer attacking indigenous southern Fulani.
We are waiting and watching, 2023 is not far. Monolithic north is dead! Fulanis are at war with everybody including your north!! Osinbajo will definitely have a good outing in the north. |

NaijirianKing: They are masked because they are criminals.
They know what they are doing is wrong, imagine asking people to leave their homes where they have been for ages, generations in fact.
[s]These Fulani are indigenous to these places[/s] and the government needs to intervene and grant special status to these communities. Many of these communities have been there for over 100 years.
Only a criminal, a masked one at that, will try to steal one's land in broad day. But we are waiting to see what they will attempt. Any criminal acts done by these masked groups will be massively resisted. Criminality has no place in this country. There are no indigenous Fulanis in Yorubaland!!! Also, the bulk of Yorubas in the north are Oyo indigenes. And they know it. So it's a stupid move by people who want to deliberately cause crisis. |

Hello all. I just observed that we no longer have the weather forecast segment of the news on our TV stations? Some years ago a northern muslim told me that Islam frowns at forecasts of any kind. Is that why the weather forecast segment has been scrapped from both public and private TV stations Is Nigeria an Islamic state This is so unfair. Na wa o |

system21: What have those presently in the saddle done about the carnage going on in their land? have Osinbajo as vp publicly condemned the atrocity being committed there. APC has nothing to campaign with honestly Osinbajo is not C-in-C at the moment. As C-in-C he will be able to give commands and not just issue statements that will put him in trouble with his boss. Even if he resigns now, it will be wrong for him to start condemning the government he was once part of. |

Can you tell me one reason why a reasonable middle belter will vote calamitous party like APC, so that the destruction of their land will continue? Sometimes i wonder whether you guys over there are fools Because a middle belter/northern Christian knows he is better off with a Yoruba man in the saddle than with a core northerner irrespective of the party. |

It's time to have it back. Igbos are free to aspire too. But NOBODY will give you (Igbos) power on a platter... But the seat is currently occupied by a northerner.
