Obasanjo was handed the presidency not because he campaigned for it but simply to appease the Yoruba.

Unfortunately the major campaign against the Igbo presidency is being strongly spearheaded by the south west. This is not good at all

Obasanjo and Ekwueme slugged it out for the PDP ticket in 1999 and 2003.

Why can't that scenario repeat itself again in both PDP and APC
