You are just a nonentity. Otherwise, how can you say Yorubas did not support GEJ to become president Was it not Yorubas that backed GEJ all the way when YarAdua was comatose and until he became substantive president in 2010 and 2011 Anyways, your support is useless... |

AfonjaConehead: Unfortunately that's the sense you people don't have.. Why would two supposed brothers contest for one thing? Why would the yorubas, knowing full well that in all fairness,it should be the turn of the Igbos to produce the next president from the south, why would they wanna contend with the Igbos in the first place? You are supposed to be matured nah, will you say same thing if yoruba and Igbo contest primaries under PDP or APGA?! X X I'm SS and it's not today,we and the Igbos have survived the harshest conditions..if you people insist on the presidency, wanting to use your APC might, kosi wahala o...the north will continue to rule, period. I cannot fight my own brethren who wants to disgrace me..I will simply back out and support the stranger Yorubas have NEVER banked on your votes to emerge president. Osinbajo as APC candidate will beat any PDP abookki silly. Osinbajo is not GEJ! |

Tinubuadvocate: You igbo can support him no election in this new Nigeria that an igbo man will defeat Yoruba man. Be smart and see my point. It's virtually impossible for an Igbo man to emerge from the primary of a major political party or defeat a Yoruba man That's why they don't want to face Yorubas at all. But we must encourage them to still contest rather than opt for VP so that they won't feel edged out. |

Na only SW de for south? Na only Katsina and NW de for north? Both Buhari and YarAdua are from NW. Also GEJ is from the old eastern region. So it's time for the SW. |

LLiKYekoba: Same old boring lullaby.
Are yoruba muslims united with yoruba christians?
Anyway, PDP prays fervently for APC to zone their ticket to SW, it will be a walk in the park for the North+SE+SS PDP candidacy in 2023.
All those Niger and Chad immigrants and voters will not vote a yoruba kaffir over a Dan Arewa. The SE and SS will also not vote a SW candidate and the reason is very clear and justifiable. Piiggiddiiooootts just like regurgitating this bulllshit. Abiola, Obasanjo, Jonathan, Gbajabiamila all defeated northerners at one point or the other. Also, is there anything like north again Who told you the SS is with you Continue scrambling for VP you won't still get even for the sake of being a candidate. |

Tinubuadvocate: That thing is most tribalistic I have never seen in my life.peter obi is the least person Yoruba can support. Some of you thought Joel igbokwe is the only Tinubu political associate. Mr chisom is former chief of staff to Tinubu in the house. Peter Obi is free to contest any party primaries. And if he emerges over a Yoruba aspirant, why can't we support him After all, it's the turn of the south. |

kcnwaigbo: Same way reasonable SWners should also know that the SW has also used up their time Katsina produced YarAdua and Buhari on behalf of the North West and North. What is wrong in SW doing same for the south too After all, GEJ represented SS/SE (old eastern region). |

kcnwaigbo: Because the APC candidate was also a Northerner.Let the party field a SWner in 2023 and see what will happen Abiola, Obasanjo, Jonathan, Gbajabiamila all defeated northerners at one time or the other. The joke is on you Igbos. Contest the primaries of the major parties like Ekwueme did against Obasanjo, Jonathan against Atiku and accept the result in peace. Is that too much to ask? |

Grayoso: Because every Igbo knows the truth they are too hypocritical and dishonest to admit which is that an Igbo cannot win any major electoral popularity contest against almost anyone in Nigeria let alone the other big ethnic groups.
Just cannot happen because that is how unpopular and poorly supported Igbos are. Whether at Party level or at public vote level Deservedly, Igbos cannot win. Deservedly so for being a trouble-making and hateful people.
The average Igbo knows this as well but they prefer playing games blackmailing people and trying to guilt-trip them into stepping aside for them. Jokers. Which is why they'll rather have VP. Even then, going by Yaradua/GEJ eventuality, I don't even see them getting it. |

Ruggman: Igbo presidency is only alternative, the same way it was done to install Obasanjo, the same should be done to install an Igbo man as the president come 2023.
Obasanjo was handed the presidency not because he campaigned for it but simply to appease the Yoruba.
Unfortunately the major campaign against the Igbo presidency is being strongly spearheaded by the south west. This is not good at all Obasanjo and Ekwueme slugged it out for the PDP ticket in 1999 and 2003. Why can't that scenario repeat itself again in both PDP and APC |

Let all southern contestants for the presidency face one another in their respective primaries. Then let Nigerians make their choice. Yorubas are not asking for automatic ticket. So why are others especially Igbos asking for it |
