FIRS has done some low-key recruitment, I have a brother working with FIRS and He told me that he saw new face this Monday and is a fresh staff. You just have to agree anything can happen in this country.

Payment is very poor...people dey run comot from the agency...there was a time they stayed more than six months without payment.

Depends on the organization/agency...each have their own processes and guidelines on replacement. But replacement is usually more faster than general recruitment. In A-list organization it takes longer to preocess... let’s say between 1-2months. Cheers

these ones have been racking up debt since OBJ's regime. it has never been a determinant. and the refineries are not the only place where hands are needed. NNPC is under staff for sure. NNPC is supposed to be a stakeholder in every oil/gass development in Nigeria, but you'd hardly see NNPC being represented in these projects. These are some of the reasons why these IOCs jack up development costs for which they later now make claims.
