This is a personal experience. For the first three months of the pregnancy, i am literally useless. Have you had nausea for a whole 3 month plus? The weakness? The stress of eating healthy food despite the fact that you dont just want to eat anything? Headaches? Since you are a man, I honestly don't think you can fathom it enough. Then in the midst of all this, you desire to eat that one thing that you think can manage to pass through your mouth. What other thing do you think is called craving here? Even after the first three months which isn't a general rule, there are still cravings because theres that special food you still prefer than the regular ones. Some dont take water that isn't chilled through out their pregnancy, that's a craving. I have many things to type here but I'm tired jare. Cut them many slacks and not just some slacks abeg. Many are not deliberate, trust me. It's not a funny phase
