Player consistency is great thing but it does not happen on its own. Left to the players alone they will sit down cross their legs and think they are the best in their positions and nothing can be done about it. That's where new players come in. It's not only about having a bloated squad, it's also about competion.

Passion could make a player have consistency. Competiton makes consistency last. New players bring in competition.

NEW players might bring in competition but sometimes, they also need time to 'jell' with the team or otherwise, one would see an INDIVIDUAListic game rather thatn a TEAM game
