The downhill turn started when Roman bought Sheva. . . JM did not want him and Ballack.
The interference in football activities by this man has caused so much trouble.

What happened with Ranieri? Sometimes, I just cannot help but thibk Sheva pressurized his 'close russian friend' to buy him from milan.

we all know it; until Mr AB stops interferring in team matters, shit 'll still occur

rubbie:
well you have all mentioned very good certifications but concerning the acca and ican dispute, agreed acca is recognized internationally but do u realize it is not accepted in the strongest country of the world, USA, u have to write the american CPA to be recognized, and besides acca came up with a new rule that u need to have a performance evaluation of 3 years before u can be certified, thats crap as far as im concerned, and besides be proud to be a champion locally, so ill still put ICAN among the top certifications
that's why it's called AMERICA!

marosky:
mustay it is as if u o r someone close 2 u has failed ican a couple of times.i have friends working with ican abroad.ican is globally recognised.it is true that cpa and acca are more globally recognized.if u don't like ican u can consider anan then you will know that 'khaki no be leather'
no be so o! wink

last month, ICAN officials met with some Int'l institutes to see how ICAN can meet Int'l requirements. The stuff there is that, ICAN needs to review its syllabus frequently in line with current events.

After two impressive victories in the past week, Avram Grant admits he may shuffle his pack for the FA Cup visit to Barnsley on Saturday, as he searches for a first trophy at Stamford Bridge.

Having seen his team dispose of West Ham and then Olympiacos with seven goals and none conceded, Grant understands the need to give some of his players a rest after making just two changes to his side in midweek.

'First, I must say rotation is not the target, we used it because we had a lot of injuries and some of them need to rest, they cannot play so many games. Of course until now I didn't play with the same eleven two games in a row so I don't think it will happen tomorrow.'

One of those changes, the decision to bring Carlo Cudicini in goal for Petr Cech, was enforced, and Grant has already said that while the other, replacing Nicolas Anelka with Didier Drogba, hinted that Grant felt he could not play both.

Today, speaking to the press he rejected that notion, and believes the pair can flourish together at Stamford Bridge.

'Since I am here, you always find me two players that cannot play together, you say Ballack and Lampard cannot, and they played together and played well.

'I don't think it can be a problem, and you will see it in the future. I don't think if you win you cannot be also better. I will continue to think like this, and one of the options is this option, but it depends on many other things.'

As for Ballack, Grant has been pleased with the German's recent form, and believes he is benefiting from a change in footballing style.

'I think the different style of football is good for him, and good for the team. We play with many attacking players that know how to move the ball and pass the ball,' said the Israeli.

'He is one of them, so it's easier for him. He is an intelligent player and knows modern football. I don't compare to the past, I look to the future.'

Media discussion in the past 24 hours has also revolved around former Chelsea manager José Mourinho, who said yesterday that he would like to play against Chelsea in next season's Champions League.

Grant refused to be drawn too much on the topic, but paid respect to his predecessor.

'I'm not a man of fighting, the only fight I know is on the pitch,' he said. 'I will fight for my team and do everything for my club. I have a lot of respect for José, but I need to concentrate only on my club.

'The only thing I know is I need to concentrate on my club. We played two good games, I need to concentrate about this. I will not fight with José or anybody else.

'I have respect to what José did in the club in the past, the club brought me here to go to a different way, and I say again, I have full respect to what happened here in the past.'

[s]Grant's focus is now on the future, and the threat posed by giantkillers Barnsley.[/s]

'It is a quarter-final, and is very important. We know Barnsley lost only one game at home and won away at Liverpool, so it will be a tough game tomorrow, as it always is in the English Cup,' he stressed.

'We are the only one from the four big clubs that came to [the Carling Cup] final, and are one of two fighting for other three competitions. We want to win and to win trophies as much as we can.

'I think it's very important for the vision of the club. It's not easy to take a team like this, we progress very well, we have character and play football.

'It's not easy after losing a final to do what we did in the next games. When you come to a big club like Chelsea, which wants to be bigger than now, you do everything to win trophies.'

That Drogs and Lamps are still 'affected' is gibberish wink

wdh!

These lads earn wages weekly and their money doesn't depend on affection with a particular coach.#

they are proffessionals and they know how to move on with these things - or did Dindane stop playing for CIV 'cos he lost his dear?

or did Henry not move on to barca even though he loffed his 'father'?

or even sheva - as much as he loffed Milan, he had to leave for the money too

JM is history now - drogba should stop ranting and play his game. There are certain things he ought to keep to himself and shut his mouth! If they were sooooooooooooooooooo affected, they had and still have lots of offers waiting for 'em

I loff Drogs; I hate Drogs' nagging

Avram Grant has launched an angry tirade against his critics and has denied Chelsea are in crisis after Sunday's Carling Cup final defeat. On Friday afternoon, a rattled Grant launched into his most fearsome outburst since taking over from deposed Jose Mourinho last September.

The 52-year-old Israeli rounded on his detractors and lashed out at agent interference, inaccurate media reporting and a lack of respect for what he and his players have achieved since he took charge at Stamford Bridge.

Grant also explained that captain John Terry and first-team coach Henk ten Cate shook hands and hugged seconds after their training-ground row the day before last weekend's cup final at Wembley, where Tottenham won 2-1 after extra-time.

Chelsea also revealed they have issued legal correspondence over reports that scouting chief Frank Arnesen allegedly wants Barcelona boss Frank Rijkaard as their next manager.

Grant initially began his pre-match media conference ahead of Chelsea's Premier League game at West Ham on Saturday in a low-key mood but his demeanour soon changed.

"If you speak about the last game, we didn't play well and we lost," said Grant calmly.

"The other five months, it was okay.

"Sunday was a bad game, a bad day in the life of the team. It happens sometimes. We lost the game but we are fighters and we move on."

But when asked about his relationship with the players following the defeat by Spurs, Grant reacted angrily.

"Why didn't you ask that question a week ago?," he fumed.

"Just because we lost one game, now, this is wrong, that is wrong.

"I don't want to defend myself about this. The spirit is very good in the team, the situation is very good with the team. We're sorry about what happened against Tottenham. I'm sorry, but we did a good job in the previous five months."

His unhappiness continued as he was quizzed about the training ground bust-up between Ten Cate and Terry.

Grant added: "I liked what Alan Shearer said. If you're a player, you know things like that happen. It was a discussion, you move on. They shook hands a minute later.

"No team in the world is without fighting. Sometimes it happens. Everything was okay a minute later. They shook hands, hugged."

Grant then made it clear that he had no problems with any of his staff, including Arnesen and owner Roman Abramovich.

"I have no problem in relation with anyone at the club," he said.

"We have a very good relationship with the staff, the players, with everyone.

"It's not been easy but we've won a lot of games together. I speak with Roman Abramovich a lot of times. No-one was happy with what happened in the game on Sunday.

"I respect the media in England - even though you gave me no credit at the beginning, but since then I've heard a lot of lies.

"Roman Abramovich has never told me one player that he needs to play, never told me to pick the team this way or that. I'm in charge. Please, you need to respect my professionalism.

"You're (the media) trying to hurt the team, hurt the club because we lost one game. If we lose tomorrow, wait with the knife a little bit.

"When a new player comes to my team, I give him two months to show what he can do.

"You didn't behave too nicely. Now I don't respect you too much because we lost one game and you've taken it too far. I don't like it. You hurt my players, you hurt the club and this is not the right way. "We were the only team to get to the final from the big four, we are still in all the other competitions. We've won 24 games in 35. We have done a fantastic job in our opinion.

"The relationship is fantastic between the squad. Now,
