Good news.

However, the first ever kidney transplant in the world was performed in the US in 1950. 60 years ago. If the kidney centre, which was established in 1993, is just making the first success of it without the help of foreigners, it is not so encouraging. I dont however believe that it is the fault of the people. I think it is the fact that there are NO PROPER FACILITIES available for these types of operations.

That said, i can swear that there are Nigerian doctors and specialists around the world handling more complicated procedures daily.

Thats right on point! 1st transplant since '93- not good @ all. More than 93,000 people would've died in that same period. Pls no one should tell me its a step. You'll be surprised they have only 3 dialysis machines functional.

Allah was the name of God even before Quran, even there was a dispute in Malaysia as the government wanted to ristrict the use of Allah to Muslims only, so the churches there rejeted the decision till it was revirsed

Am a pg student of the institution. was supposed to write my final exam monday morning and it has been postponed indefinitely cos of this event. Its so annoying that this has disrupted my academic calendar. I think the muslims are overreacting.

Earlier in UI it was the cross in the catholic church opposite them they complained about. They didnt want to see the cross from their mosque, so a big wall had to be constructed to cover it!.

Overreacting?? I dont think u realize the gravity of the girl's action. Reacting could mean life or death not to talk of overreacting. I think u r biased and just want ur exams over with. Please open ur eyes to see provocation. . .

I dont get the whole point of "Havent the muslims done worse".
