Hello guys, There is a need for the BVAS machines used for the last presidential election to be inspected before the so called reconfiguration happens.

Like we all know, election did not hold in some places but results were declared and there were over voting in some places too.
With BVAS machines, we will know the areas voting did not happen as no accreditation will be registered in those areas.
Areas where over voting happened can be determined by the no. accredited voters on the BVAS machines.

During the presidential , senatorial and house of representatives elections , INEC did not reconfigure BVAS even when each and every one of them is different from the other and the BVAS handled all the elections very well if not the disruption in the transmitting of the results.

Now, just like every applications that we all know, even this Nairaland site, you can create an account for yourself and login with every features available to you to use from without pulling the site down,

BVAS needs no reconfiguration again, all that we have on the BVAS are simply accounts/election logins same as we have on IR server, you pick the one applicable to you and upload.

Presidential, Senatorial and House of Rep. including the Governorship and State house of assemblies accounts are there already
So, what are they reconfiguring again and why would it take them 5 days if not to wipe out the data evidence on over voting and false results, that BVAS could reveal?
This action of INEC is questionable and needs to be stopped asap.

I tell you guys, if the BVAS is not inspected before this their intended exercise, forget it, all evidence of over voting and false declaration of results are gone.

If INEC can not guarantee that there will be no glitch or politicians will not play their silly games like the fraudulent Agulu results, why should INEC now guarantee immediate transmission? The court that rejected it is right.

How will APC and PDP get votes in that polling unit, In a polling unit in FCT, APC and PDP got 1 each whereas lp got 540, continue, you may not have a country to exhibit your stupidity , way back as 2010, there were no bokoharam , bandits, UGM and what have you, remain in your fools paradise.

That previous judgement is academic because INEC does not own internet network or can guarantee glitches will not occur. And why will INEC upload from the PU when the same result can be invalidated and cancelled at the ward or LG level or state level.

glitches should be general and not selective, before you can invalidate a result, you should be able to give reason and btw, credible result can't be canceled, hence the need to upload from the pu immediately after the counting.
Continue with your illogical submissions, you will think that you are doing anybody, you will appreciate peace one day.

APC will not argue for election cancellation but they will insist that they won.By the time it get to that stage ,it will be to late for them to demand for the cancellation because that would not be in their initial submission.

LP on the other hand will need to prove that they got 25% in about 24 state which they are also claiming while trying to reduce the number of state where the APC got 25% so that it will be below 24.They are hoping to knock off APC is Lagos , plateau,Rivers ,Bayelsa ,Cross river ,and one or two state from the 25% criteria while laying claims of 25% in Ogun,Ekiti,Bauchi,Gombe,Adamawa,Borno etc.

PDP on the other hand will hope that LP does not get the required 25% in the required state .They have a strong believe that LP will reduce the vote declared for APC massively which will then make them the party with the required spread of 25% and more vote than APC even if LP has more vote than them.Ideally this scenario would have lead to a runoff election but supreme court can do magic.

I do not believe this claim at all. Without BVAS, you cannot even allocate results to any of the candidates.

You must have accredited voters to be able to allocate votes. Note that with BVAS, you cannot vote on behalf of another person.

Oga, people are trying to tell you that INEC allocated number where election did not hold and you are here displaying your ignorance. result sheet is different from BVAS, you can write anything on the result sheet but only bvas will tell whether the number you wrote corresponds or not.
if you have a car that is been managed for you by a driver and he told you that he has covered 10km , the only way to know is to check the odometer.

INEC is to be blamed for everything, in a sane country, all the INEC staff including the chairman would have been cooling off in the prison. this nonsense must stop now or we may experience MAD.

This man is an imposter, he came onboard after seeing that LP did very well in the presidential election, he said that the woman is a placeholder, fine, placeholder has to resign and send letter to INEC for a replacement before it can be recognized by INEC. They did not congratulate him for winning, they just congratulated Nigeria and Tinubu for been pronounced the winner and at the same time acknowledged that the election was below the expectation, therefore other parties have the right to complain but they urged any aggrieved party to embrace the legal means instead of violence.

Did anybody raise an objection to that before election, if no then that matter is pre-election matter and the window to treat such matter has elapsed, what we are into now is post election period and any post election matter has its own time limit too.
