You can oil her hair and then use a comb and scratch it off. Then also while washing. Continue to oil her hair. Its what I did.

hello mamas...pls there is this whitish thing like dandruff on my 3months baby's scalp...I don't know what to do to remove it.I wash and oil her hair after her bath morning and night?

It's very normal of what you are experiencing is like the labour pains. Your uterus is contracting. You're going to feel it more when breastfeeding cos your body's producing more of the hormone oxytocin. It's more painful with 2nd deliveries upwards.

OK...thanks teamie,was already getting scared....didn't experience it during my first or probably it wasn't this noticeable.. hope u're adjusting fine with ur baby and older children? my toddler is quite a handful now...God help us

Birth story

my edd was 27th January according to LMP,but I gave birth on the 24th...i started having menstrual like cramps the week before but it wasn't regular...fast forward to 24th the menstrual cramps started coming more frequently towards afternoon of that day.I called my hubby who had gone to work in the morning as I wasn't having any contractions when he left...he started coming home but he didn't come in till like 2hrs later cos of traffic....the pains became so much...I was alone with my toddler...she was just staring at me..I wanted to dress up and go to the hospital with my toddler but the pains was now coming frequently... I was stuck. my hubby called a friend who was coming to pick me with his car...hubby finally arrived with his friend...we quickly entered and he drove to the hospital..as I had packed my bags already...I was screaming in the car banging the roof and chairs...I started loosing my mucus plug at home....we finally got to the hospital as I was getting down from the car,my water broke.I was dripping water and going inside the labour room....the nurses quickly got my card....brought out my things...the nurse did VE and said I was fully dilated and the baby head was down.the other nurses were rushing to set up other things..she asked me to push at the next contraction....wen it came I did ....the pains was out of this world...I was screaming the whole hospital down....at the third push my princess came out with small tear.I was immediately relieved.The placenta came out..the matron put her hand inside me and still brought out piece of placenta and blood.The doctor stitched me and I was taken to the ward.
my labour was about 3hrs before delivery...I wish other mama's safe delivery.

To the glory of God.....my princess came in some minutes to 11pm yesterday 24th January 2017,weighing 3.5kg....

@cappo sixx we're fine o....38 wks + now....my jajania hurts wella now. turning and getting out of bed is so painful...finally packing my hospital bags gradually...congrats to all my teamies that have given birth..jazzyjazz ur boy should be fine now...kisses to him..

Team january how are we jazzyjazz ,please what did ur lo weigh @ ur 36 week appointment mine weighed 2.8kg....started packing my hospital bag but not done with it...

Pls try and pack your hospital bag. Even if na small things de inside. Just incase your lo decide to make an early appearance.

kk....jazzyjazz thanks for the encouragement.... will bring the bag down....dust it and start putting things small small...even if na to wash old ones put will do that now...pending when I get new ones...God will definitely provide....

I welcome all the mamas here to 2017....team January are we ready....we shall deliver with ease,same with other mamas....mehn...the waddling is not easy now...baby is engaged so my pelvic area hurts...we give God all the glory...haven't finished shopping(baba God pick up my call o) hospital bags not packed too...hopefully before month end would do that...jazzyjazz I can't wait to see ur birth announcement....

Thank u ma for ur suggestion, actually am using d 2.am using health center in sch(Ogun state) and general hospital in Lagos cusz I do travel almost weekend to see dh in Lagos so my Edd will be doing my final yr exams which I no I will be in Ogun state ooh.nah hw I go con port go Lagos dat day be d koko.am confused cusz my SIL said health center is not good for FTM and I choose it because is very very close to my hostel in sch...pls advice me.

your SIL is actually right,as a FTM ur pelvis have not been tried(means you don't know if u can have a vaginal birth)in the case this is not possible cs becomes the next option which most health centre don't do..inother to be on the safe side if there is a good private Hosp around there please register to avoid stories.

I would prefer general hospital in case of any medical emergency a doctor would be readily available...and most health centers refer patients to general hospitals when it is beyond them,so why waste time registering there...please go ahead and register in any general hospital closet to you.

Those that are been paid are getting it from current PH. The truth is GH is been controlled big time...may be 10 GH each day.

iz it those that GH before the freezing that are being matched or is there a way to check eligibility to GH..as withdrawal amount is still #0 in PO. I kinda have renewed hope in the system.

@jazzyjazz your body is probably preparing for the real deal...hope your bags are packed? if it is bearable, time it and report @ your next antenatal visit.if not please report at the hospital and get checked.wishing u a smooth delivery my teamie...

Good job onegai....I wanna learn more about cloth diapering...I'll soon be having my baby and I plan on spending less on diapers as I spent and still spending on diapers for my almost two year old daughter...thou we're potting training her now and she wears diapers mostly at night now..pls how affordable and available are cloth diapers? and how many do I need to start with first will really wanna learn about it as I'll soon be due for delivery...thanks for starting this thread.

so I had the much talked about leg muscle pull this morning....that sh*t is painful...I was in pains..but stopped after sometime..how iz it managed in case of next time?

u'll get 32k only...cos they pay in multiples of 1000.why not wait and complete your 30 days...mavros are credited Tuesday and Thursday.

@cappo sixx.....I'm fine o....i'm having pelvic pains especially when I want to turn on the bed,it is quite painful but not unbearable. havent started shopping at all thou I'm not a first timer...I already have the major baby things.
we're gradually getting there..

No you can't get 30% if you cash out before 30days. You will get the percentage of the number of days u cash out. You can withdraw your money anytime as soon as your PH is confirmed. Remember that one day =1% growth. but it's been added on Tuesdays and Thursdays
