u mean same way girls and their girlfriends will almost chew a guy out if he is not in support of her buying a new jewelry, dress, shoe etc. why do girls force their guys to go shopping with them at those silly malls? huh huh huh huh
See, I've always asked myself this question.

You guys don't even know the crap I go through especially during Superbowl (thank God the Brady was put to shame). Imagine having 7 guys in a room during sports - you can't talk if not they will start acting as if you committed abomination.

Don't get me wrong - I can watch Sports all day long (b-ball, baseball, golf and all those things) but guys are just too into it as in - they can kill you if you dare utter a word during some sports. Excuse me?!!!! Men have more room for sports than women.
GBAM! the doc as spoken and i am strongly behind his advice. there are many black kids in the usa that dream to be in the NBA or a big time rap super star, it will be foolish if they all reject other opportunities that knock on their doors. a word is enough for the wise.

let me give u my own life lesson learnt. i graduated from math/computer science and i had worked with a programming firm and also an ISP before heading for NYSC. when i was done with that, i thot i will easily get a job in a computer related field in lagos and i did but after the company i worked for was handed over to some south africans, many of us where laid off and they brought their white boys from south africa to take over. i was later called back but i refused thinking i will easily get even a better job(******no bi lie!************), i searched and searched and searched but nothing was forth coming, mean while i was ignoring all other non IT related jobs to my foolishness. when i finally got one of those IT jobs, i was under paid and used like rag and later even though i was given a big title, "HEAD OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT" i wasnt paid while the junior officers got paid but those of us in management didnt get paid for a long time (they are still owing me even until this day). i was even offered a job by Saipem, to be Network Administrator in Port Harcourt but i turned it down because i thought my love for IT will make me achieve great things in Lagos(****FILM!****). my brother, life taught me a bitter lesson. nigeria is a country of chance not just inspiration. u need to be financially comfortable before u start dreaming big dreams of engineering success. na God save my ass because all these things happen close to the time i was about leaving Nigeria. my mom was seriously ill and yet i couldnt help her. i was confused and fighting depression like mad. God sent a friend to help me and she send me almost $3000 and i didnt even waste a second, i left the country in less than 2 weeks after i picked up my visa. and when i got here because i have already learnt my lesson i took every job opportunity seriously and worked hard in other to achieve my next goal. see, without my cousins or other family members help in the USA, i have moved up greatly and God has blessed me and kid brother and we both are now blessings to my mom. the moral of the story, lagos is not a place for u to allow your engineering aspirations and passion make u enter the wrong company. u can go into banking and u can turn out to be the best marketer ever. true education is adaption of knowledge for the survival of one's self and environment/society. if your education cannot offer u any improvement, dump it.shikana!!! cool cool

sista, the answer to your question is very natural. it is something about the design and color of the "Y" chromosome grin grin grin grin grin

the "X" chromosome is pinkish and runs too quickly to fertilize, so they don't evenly develop and end up with a pair of big front guns and two massive back balloons. but the "Y" chromosome is thicker and heavier and definitely not pinkish in color. it takes its time to learn the environment and get evenly developed by bumping into lots of traffic, building necessary stamina, learning the value of competition as it reaches the target. the implication, a male child comes out trying to fight karate with the nurses and doctors at the first breath of air before being handed back to the mother. most mothers will tell u that male children kick the most in the womb cool cool cool cool

so i hope this little biology lesson helped u understand our natural crave for competition (AKA sports) grin grin grin grin grin

thnx kobo/naira, i know we didnt agree on the obama/clinton thread but at least, in this thread, it shows that u actually read and understood wat i wrote. i was asking for recommendations but some how everyone keeps saying google. the whole idea of recommendation is to share with some else, facts u already know and that works well, not for the person to go reinvent the wheel. once again, thnx kobo.

U WILL BE THE FIRST, EVERY OTHER GIRL I KNOW WANTS TO HAVE A LIGHT SKIN LIKE ITS A TICKET TO HEAVEN

chinchin1:
That is so true. Some people say I look mixed or a light-skinned Ethopian. My skin is a butter-tan(yellowish), I have dark brown freckles, sloe-eyed, and my hair is not as unruly as others, my mother is pretty fair-skinned(naturally) for a Nigerian woman. I came out a bit pinkish in colour(lighter than her!) and they called me and my kid bother the 'white' ones when we were little.

So, when I went back to the Motherland, they tried to perm my hair and it broke drastically. I hate being light-skinned some times.
