Obama is a puppet (If you dont know).
UN resolution = no fly zone, but they are bombing the hell out of Libyas infrastructure.
Same tricks. Use the media to spin and demonise Ghaddafi. Absolutley no evidence of the bombing or killings of civillians as NATO said. No attempt of dialouge from NATO as they want Ghaddafi out so they can divide and conquer the land (and other reasons). Same thing they did with Sadam WMD's.
Go reaseach British troops where on the ground like 2 months ago. They insitigate these rebellions, "order out of chaos". Go check the hangings of Blacks by the Rebels. Go check how they are exporting Oil already. Go check how these 'rebels' have set up a new central bank. etc etc anyway.
Places like Bahrain where theres actual footage of Troops Mowing down citizens with fully automatic Machine Guns. They dont invade because its an 'ally' but since Syria is not you see how they add fuel to the fire? |

Politics › Re: How Patrick Yakowa Won Kaduna With 755 Votes Difference! by Nadanbata: 10:59pm On Apr 29, 2011 |
enyojo: Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was yesterday declared the winner of the governorship election in Kaduna State by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). He polled 1,134,319 votes out of the total 2,580,439 votes cast in a keenly contested election. The candidate of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), Haruna Sae’ed, came second with 1,133,564 votes.
Announcing the result at the office of the electoral body last night amidst tight security, the chief returning officer, who is also the vice-chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Mustapha Abdullahi, declared that, “Mr Yakowa, having polled the highest number of votes is, therefore, the duly elected governor of the state.”
But opposition parties have rejected the result, calling for the declaration of a state of emergency in the state. In a combined press briefing, the candidate of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP), Balarabe Musa; Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Sani Sha’aban; Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), Haruna Sae’ed, and Muktar Aruwa of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), alleged massive irregularities by the PDP. According to them, the party acted in collaboration with INEC and security agencies to rig the election.
“In line with the character of the PDP which is willing to perpetuate themselves in power by all means and at all costs, they found it very convenient to carry out their rigging. Reports from southern Kaduna indicate more than 90 percent voter turnout in the area, with the dead and displaced victims of the recent violence all voting, and they voted PDP,” the statement read.
Responding to his victory, Mr Yakowa thanked the people for voting for him and asked all to join him in moving the state forward. He said that the victory was not for celebration but sober reflection on the post-election violence in the state. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. PDP = By any means. Southern Magic in the North. HAHAHA |

@ revomind
CPC is a 10 month old party. It was about the Presidential elections not really the governorship. Didnt really have the foundations on the ground for the Guber.
Who cares if Buhari couldnt have won? Does that justify rigging? And rigging far beyond 'small small'.
Truth is we dont know, however the length PDP went to Rig aka 99.84% GEJ suggests a run off was possible at least. |

Politics › Re: Nigeria: The Burden Of A Lie - Okey Ndibe by Nadanbata: 9:33am On Apr 28, 2011 |
However, the southeast and south-south became arenas for the rawest, most unintelligent form of electoral fraud. In these areas, agents representing opposition candidates were either intimidated or coaxed with cash to acquiesce in the stuffing of ballots for Goodluck Jonathan of the PDP. That Jonathan’s operatives – among them southeast and south-south governors – saw fit to stage this manner of rigging spree speaks volumes about their disdain both for the Nigerian people Once again, the familiar refrain from those who admit that the elections were massively manipulated in certain parts of the country, is that Mr. Jonathan would have won all the same had the process been credible. It’s a maddening, illogical argument. And the simple retort is, Why choose to steal an election you’re confident of winning in a fair, transparent process? there is rigging and there is rigging. Truth be told, the president and ruling party bring the police, secret service agents, even soldiers to bear on their rigging. With little or no access to these agents of the state, opposition candidates can hardly muster any rigging power to match the ruling party’s. Besides, the sitting president has unfettered access to cash Many people, for example, expect many PDP governors to lose in today’s elections. They don’t realize that a governor who illicitly secured 99% for Mr. Jonathan is likely to use the same fraudulent means to get himself re-elected as well – with, at the very least, 80% of the votes. |

Politics › Re: How Igbos Raise To Political Importance by Nadanbata: 12:59am On Apr 28, 2011 |
alj harem: Before I start, i would want no insult on this thread
I have studied the political landscape of Nigeria and watch the current events taken place. In my finding, I notice that the igbos and northerners are in the best position as it is right now. The following are my thoughts
1.) Now that there is SS president and he won by the majority of the nddigbo votes, he is likely to compenstae them for there effort by buliding a sea port or a VALUABLE international airport. this in turn would reduce the tax system lagos collect from it's port and reduce the total income of the state and in general the SW because they all share this money as i was told.
2.) Even without a mandate, the SE has already gotten what they want (economic power from the west) now in 2015, it would be either SE or NE president. either way they still benefit.
3.) Now that the SW is out of National politics of PDP, it is only normal for more positions to be avalible for the ndigbo given that GEJ gives his promise
4.) Lagos is the heart beat of the SW (yorubas/edos) if it falls they have to rush to the upcoming econmical power (port harcount). Now some might agure that port harcount is not an igbo town but in reality, it does not have to be an igbo town before they benefit from it due to the close proximity to SE
5.) most juice national contract will be given to igbos and SS because of GEJ
6.) GEJ has shown time and time again that he does not care about the north or SW. All he is doing is channeling his energy to SE and SS
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS POINTS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU REPLY
i would like to see the igbos views on this. GEJ couldnt have won this election without the backing of the Northern Elite. Let me make this very clear to you if you dont know. |
