johnydon22:
Just a simple question.... What is your Criteria for knowing who is a witch?

And i am bathed with bible verses and dog story... Have you now seen you simply have no basis to call anyone a witch?

You see,

such people make up a major part of Nigerian population.
simple question : who is a witch? and he started talking about Galatians.

most people are like that. they only know what Galatians and John and Peter told them over 1,500 years ago but they can never give an intelligent answer to a simple question, from their own brain.
They know where Nazareth and river Jordan is and they can write out all Jesus ancestors up to King David but they don't know the name of their great grandfather.

I went to church last Sunday, the pastor wanted to say a prayer and he asked us to pray for our entire families by using the name of our grandfather. it got to a point where he had to ask those that actually knew their grandfather name to raise up they hand. not up to 15 people.

Nigerians know how to sit back and call God to do everything. even when the kerosene or gas in the stove finishes they call God to allow them cook just one pot of soup cos there is no where to buy till morning

Bode George goes to jail for looting and comes out to hold a full church service on a Saturday. Nobody asks questions, they all say God HAS DONE IT FOR HIM

U hear your wife is having an affair, u don't take corrective measures, YOU CALL ON GOD

U don't pass exam, u CALL ON GOD

ur husband don't come home, u blame the witches in his village cos u heard that they don't like u there

U saw dogs barking at night, u blame it on your landlady cos u been hearing that SHE TURNS TO CAT AT NIGHT but u have no idea that electromagnetic waves disturb dogs at night cos they come lower at night and dogs are sensitive to them just the way they are sensitive when u press your remote control near them

Isaac Newton was born with one tooth in his mouth. Imagine if he was born in Africa. they would have put him in the EVIL FOREST

Yes there are strange powers in the world but the power to think and reason and think again and ask why instead of cry is more powerful and VERY IMPORTANT

I'm beginning to suspect that you are the 50 year old boss in this story with all this your "danger mouse"
I left this thread long ago thinking that by the time I returned you would have come out to say you sent her your email requesting the proof she promised sending, but she failed to send it. Email address you no send, job you no give her, money you no give her, but you her here swearing for her and preventing others that want to help her from helping her. its like this her virginity is really paining you.
Send her your email first and see her proof before you start forming MFM pastor here.

MFM pastor ? where d furk did that come from ?

I'm beginning to suspect that you are working with pinkiecutie

I have told the pinkiecutie to post his/her number here so I can contact him or her and tell him/her how to send proof. if proof is good then I will show apology with 50,000 naira and I will employ her with good pay.

for now, may it never be well with pinkiecutie or whoever is behind that moniker till the day the cold hands of death strangles life out of the person, if this is another scam story which I can bet it is.

All the ingredients and elements of a scam story is present in this story.

1. - the boss started looking at OP lustfully IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR

2.- This month, the boss started complementing OP good looks. THIS IS FEBRUARY.

3. OP got called into oga office for some bre@st squeezing ON THE 21st of JANUARY.

4.- OP says the sack letter came 3 DAYS LATER. WHICH IS ON 24th OF JANUARY.

please people use your head and do the maths.

then we have the element of SICK MOTHER

then we have the element of morality and cry for GOD TO TOUCH THE MIND OF MEN TO HELP. (people have started sending money to the OP) Of course the OP knows that Nigerians will jump into action when a woman is using the name of GOD to tell such a sad fake story.

I think Nairaland needs moderators that can really see rubbish before they send it to front page and put gullible Nigerians in trouble.

pinkiecutie or whoever the furk typed this scam story.... I was born in the night but not last night.

I decree that as long as this story remains false,

you will keep losing your job.
your sick mother will die and go to a dark stinking hell full of millions of very h0rn¥ demons.
1000 naira will keep looking like a million to you till poverty kills you.

until you prove me wrong thay this is not a scam story (which I doubt you will ever do)

, Amen.

There are too many fools in Nigeria. No wonder 'pastors' are doing well.

Family 'thing' is virginity? Mom, in fact, everybody in her/his family? In Nigeria? Where JSS girls are sex experts?

His/her post has scam written all over it yet idiots are in here with their yeye comments as usual: "your boss is a fool", "keep your virginity", "the Lord is your strength", "pray very well...another job is on the way", "how much do you want", etc.

Yet, they call oyinbo ladies mugu because some fall for love scam. Ode gbogbo undecided undecided undecided

I am just reading this piece of shieeet and once again, Nigerians have shown how gullible they can be.

You are a 2.1 economics graduate and u worked for a audit company for some months yet your boss is more interested in your body.
There is no where it was mentioned that the boss threatened to sack her... but sack letter just came out of the printer.

There is no where dat d oga asked to buy the virginity or have s€x for the job to remain. so y is the story teller trying to draw sympathy and pity from public (emotional blackmail) by talking about selling virginity and virginity as family tradition.?

now d story teller don jam some mugu wey don dey ask for account number without asking real questions. I wonder if people would react the same if it was a male story teller. I think they would just say IT IS WELL, God WILL GIVE U NEW JOB.

This is such a fake story, dead on arrival (to me). Look at people being so sympathetic instead of ASKING FOR PROOF.

And as for you pinkiecutie. I am not buying this thing u r selling.
I will give you a job, a very good job with very good pay if you can provide proof of the academic qualifications you claim to have and proof that this story really happened.

post pictures of your payslips for a start.

This man doesn't know what he is talking about. UAE is a different economy don't compare. Nigeria doesn't have the structures in place to support its currency that is why besides oil which is sold in dollars it is difficult for the government to keep their reserves when oil prices crash. Moreover Dubai does not import refined petroleum products like nigeria. Plus ask yourselves with what currency does Ifeanyi ubah and he's peer imports the petroleum protucts.

we need to think well before we type out things sometimes.

Business / Re: Greedy Nigerians Cashing In On The Rising Dollar Exchange Rate by naijathings(m): 12:07pm On Feb 23, 2016
Bevista:
I don't think it's completely out of place for folks to increase the price of their goods and services, even though there is no direct FX input.
---
The reality is that these business men/women patronize other goods/services which have increased in prices due to dollar effect. As a result, they have to re-price their items so they can generate enough income to meet the rising price of other items. For instance, mama Nkechi (who sells palm oil or pure water) might need to buy Sardine which has increased from N150 - N200, or replace lost phone which has increased from N20k - N30k, or buy her son a laptop which has increased from N70k - N120k.
---
A high exchange rate usually gives rise to (imported) inflation. Should the CBN officially devalues the Naira and fuel price increases, then the inflation will become official. Everything in the market will respond instantaneously with price increase. The REAL value of your salaries will become less since it can now only buy a fraction of what it used to buy.
---
Strike action looming from NLC demanding wage increase. Employers will resist, complaining that rising wage will add to the already rising cost of business. SMH!

exactly what I was trying to explain to some angry fellow at a shop last night

the crazy price of the dollar has a RIPPLE EFFECT on everything.

if u have been on a salary of 5,000 naira since January 2015 when d dollar was still around 170, it is logical that you demand a raise because the 5,000 can no longer support you when the dollar is at 400. same thing goes for the oil seller and the garri seller cos d price of d dollar is affecting their daily lives

if your comprehension is alright, then u will C that this is NOT my acupuncture technique. I clearly stated in D start that I saw this piece of information and want to share it. It is also clearly stated that this is an old CHINESE TRADITIONAL MEDICINE technique and we all know that modern medicine doctors don't always agree with traditional medicine methods. for instance a medical doctor will tell u that THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THE INJURY ON YOUR TOE BUT WE HAVE TO CUT YOU FEET SO THE BACTERIA DOES Not SPREAD TO THE WHOLE LEG but a traditional medical doctor will tell you to buy 50 NAIRA SCENT LEAF AND SQUEEZE THE WATER ON THE INJURY TILL IT GOES and it work. we don't know everything, you refuse to share what you know.

I will no longer waste my time in responding to you till you decide to actually enlighten us on why this procedure is trash.

The procedure listed out there is exactly what I will do if ever I find someone who just got hit by stroke. I will try this as a first aid before I take the person to hospital whether it works or not. This first aid procedure shouldn't take up to 30 mins.

if your wife falls ill or becomes heavily pregnant, you starve because men don't look good in aprons. . Hunger never catch you. .

If the apron is your problem, then don't wear it...

I grew up in a house with 4 sisters and 2 maids and plenty aunts and they kept saying KITCHEN IS NOT FOR MEN. thank God i didn't listen to that crap.
Now I can cook from soup to jollof rice, from eba and semo to moin moin, fried chicken (southern style) to sauced kpomo and I keep learning. Nothing sweet me pass when I don finish to cook. it is an art and i learnt it with interest just the way I learnt how to drive a car, paint a house, repair electronics from laptop to phone, use DJ equipment, mount AC, use autoCAD 2&3D, write HTML codes, mix cement, barb my hair and many other things I AM ABLE to do.

One thing I will not do is to cook when my woman is in d house. she MUST cook except she is sick and there is nobody to help her do the cooking. Yes o. Some women will turn it into something else just because they know that you can cook and that is what I will not support.

when am alone, I can cook whatever.
when she is with me, no cooking even if na indomie except when I know I have to save a life with it.
