Here are photos of Chris Ndukwe and Olamide Alli, the couple involved in the murder/suicide incident that happened at Victory Park estate in Lagos over the weekend.

Recall that on Monday, June 22, a source shared the sad story of how Chris stabbed Olamide to death and then committed suicide by drinking a pesticide.

The couple who were planning to tie the knot in August this year, have been in a troubled relationship for over seven years. They have two boys, a seven-year-old and a three-year-old. Trouble however started recently when Chris began to doubt the paternity of their second child.

On Sunday June 21, he locked Olamide in his room where he duck taped her, cut her braids and stabbed her multiple times with different knives until she died, and then committed suicide by drinking a pesticide.

The state police command in a statement released, said investigations have commenced on the incident.

Another killing was recorded in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State, on Monday morning June 22, with five-year-old Mujeeb Tirimisiyu hacked to death by yet-to-be-identified persons.

Just after Monday morning’s rainfall, Mujeeb had gone to the back of the house in Tose area of Akinyele LGA to defecate only to be hit with a shovel by the assailants who escaped into the bush afterwards.


Apparently, under the attack, Mujeeb had let out a cry for help but before his mother could find where the voice came from, he had been struck and left in the pool of his own blood.

Giving an account of the killing, mother of the deceased, Mrs Tirimisiyu said, “When the rain subsided, he told her older sibling that he wanted to go and defecate. The older sibling opened the back door for him to go defecate.

“Had I known I would have asked him to defecate in the front of the house. Suddenly, he cried out, “Mummy, Mummy”. His elder one and I rushed out to the backyard but we didn’t see him initially.

“Then I checked beside the bush and found him macheted. He hadn’t died when we got there. So, people took him from my hand to take him to the hospital but he later died.”

Mujeeb’s killing follows three earlier cases of that of Grace Oshiagwu, Barakat Bello and Azeezat Shomuyiwa in the same Akinyele Local Government Area.

On the incident, state Police Public Relations Office, Gbenga Fadeyi, said the police had commenced an investigation with a view to getting to the root of the incident.

Asked that such killings were getting rampant in the same local government area, Fadeyi avowed that the police had put in place certain strategies bound to arrest persons behind such acts.

Saudi Arabia has banned international visitors from making the Islamic pilgrimage, or Hajj this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Authorities announced in a statement that the pilgrimage, which is set to begin at the end of July, will be "very limited" in size and restricted to Saudi residents only.

"This decision is taken to ensure Hajj is performed in a safe manner from a public health perspective while observing all preventative measures and the necessary social distancing protocols to protect human beings from the risks associated with this pandemic and in accordance with the teachings of Islam in preserving the lives of human beings," the statement said.

Several countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Senegal, and Singapore have already withdrawn from the pilgrimage due to the ongoing Pandemic.

The hajj is one of Islam's most important religious activities as well as a major source of revenue for Saudi Arabia. The annual pilgrimage in the holy city of Mecca always attract more than two million people every year, with nearly 2.5 million attendance in 2019.

According to report, about 1,089 Nigerian asylum seekers who arrived Netherlands between last year and January this year are reportedly missing, raising serious concern in the country.

The National Research Council (NRC) which collaborated with Lost in Europe in its June 2020 report, said the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) identified a significant number of the cases.

It was further learnt that there's been a upsurge in the number of Nigerians seeking asylum in The Netherlands, with 2,461 persons recorded in 2019. While 961 of them went missing in 2019, 128 could not be accounted for in January 2020.

Some of the asylum seekers reportedly returned to Nigeria or moved to Italy, but “at least 961 disappeared without a trace”. It is speculated that the missing persons might have become victims of "human trafficking."


Reacting to the investigative group’s findings, Shamir Ceuleers of the Dutch Centre Against Human and Child Trafficking says the results are not surprising because they follow a pattern that has been going on for years.


Ceuleers said;

“The Dutch police should create a specific West African human trafficking unit, which invests in knowledge and expertise and is well connected to the West African community that we have here in the Netherlands.


“And by using this and creating this expertise, the Dutch police would be well equipped to prosecute these trafficking rings.


“Within Europe, it’s essential to work together and to exchange experiences but also exchange data of the missing children and women and men.

“So if they disappear and pop up somewhere in conditions considered human trafficking, they can easily be identified.

“I think that’s really essential, and to give them the protection they need."

The house of representatives in the Netherlands has called for an investigation into the disappearance.

Italian football striker, Mario Balotelli has reportedly been sacked by his club Brescia after he skipped training for ten days

Reports in Italy on Saturday morning claimed Brescia owner Massimo Cellino sent the controversial footballer a letter requesting the termination of his three-year contract at the club after he failed to show up for training when lockdown restrictions were eased.

The 29-year-old former Manchester City and Liverpool player was contracted to Brescia until 2022, following the £160,000-per-week deal he signed with his hometown club back in August 2019.

It was reported that his contract with Brescia was set to be terminated at the end of the 2019/20 campaign. But according to Football Italia and Gazzetta dello Sport, his contract with the club has now been terminated.

Newspaper Repubblica also claimed that both Cellino and Balotelli, who earns £877,000-a-year at Brescia have also reached a financial settlement.

Speaking in a recent interview with BBC, Cellino admitted his regret at signing Balotelli who scored five goals in 19 games for the club.

He said: 'I think we both made a mistake,' Cellino told the BBC's World Football programme.

'I thought that coming to Brescia, which is his town, would commit him very much.

'At the same time, I think he was handled the wrong way by my previous coach [Eugenio Corini].

'He doesn't show up to training, he doesn't look very committed let's say, for the future of the club. That's the problem.

'Balotelli's got a contract in Serie A, but he doesn't have a contract in Serie B. So if we're relegated, Balotelli won't have a contract any more.

Nigerian Controversial crossdresser, Bobrisky whose real name is Okuneye Idris, was arrested in the early hours of today by operatives of the Inspector General Police (IG) Monitoring Unit from Abuja over a N30 million deal between himself and a female client.


Although the details of the arrest are still sketchy, police sources say the popular crossdresser was picked up while driving in Lekki. The policemen reportedly entered his white Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)and drove off with him.


Confirming his arrest, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, DCP Frank Mba said a woman petitioned the police accusing Bobrisky of N30 million fraud. Mba says Borbisky has been granted administrative bail.


“Yes, Bobrisky was arrested in the early hours of today following a petition by a Nigerian woman that the cross dresser collected N30m from her for sales but did not keep to the end of the deal. Bobrisky was granted bail but the case is still an active one. It is a case under investigation,” he told The Nation


This incident comes weeks after Bobrisky had a fallout with a lady he had a partnership with to make eyelashes.

If anything, judging them for their flaws is likely to make them do the same to you.



Look, I get it. You want to have a perfect relationship, and to avoid any arguments with your partner. But unfortunately, that’s never going to happen if you’re always judgemental.



I know that’s a hard pill to swallow. But it’s true. So if you want to strengthen the quality of your relationship, accepting each other’s imperfections is undoubtedly a great place to start. In the words of Marcus Aurelius:

Nurse treating COVID-19 patients goes viral for wearing only 'lingerie' under transparent PPE gown in male hospital ward (photos)


A Russian nurse has gone viral for wearing “lingerie” beneath a transparent protective gown while treating COVID-19 patients after claiming she was “too hot”.


The revealing picture was taken by a COVID-19 patient in a male ward in Tula, south of Russian capital Moscow.

According to him, there were 'no complaints' from fellow patients.


The unnamed nurse in her 20s reportedly told her superiors at Tula Regional Clinical Hospital that she didn't realise the PPE was so transparent. She also claimed she was “too hot” wearing the uniform.


The hospitalchiefs punished the nurse for 'non-compliance with the requirements for medical clothing' before the regional health ministry also confirmed that “a disciplinary sanction was applied to the nurse of the infectious diseases department who violated (uniform) requirements”.


One patient said there was no objection from men in the coronavirus ward while admitting there was 'some embarrassment'


A reader of local newspaper Tula News congratulated the nurse. 'At least someone has a sense of humour in this gloomy, gloomy reality,' said Sergey Ratnikov.

A woman commenter Marina Astakhova posted: 'Well done, she raised the mood of the patients.'

And Valery Kapnin wrote: 'Why punish the nurse, you need to reward her. 'Seeing this outfit, no-one wants to die.'

Two Hundred and ninety-two Nigerians evacuated from Saudi Arabia because of the Coronavirus pandemic have have arrived in Nigeria.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffery Onyeama, who announced the evacuation on on his twitter page on Wednesday morning, said the evacuees were mostly nursing mothers and children.


We got 292 evacuees abandoned in Saudi Arabia yesterday. The Saudi Government transported them to Abuja. A huge number are nursing moms and kids and they are for the most part serenely settled in hotels under the compulsory 14 days isolate.


This will be the fourth batches of Nigerians to be moved from foreign nations. 265 Nigerians were evacuted from the United Arab Emirates on May 6. On Friday May 8, 253 Nigerians were cleared from the United Kingdom, and afterward on Sunday May 10, 160 Nigerians were emptied from the US.


With this most recent evacuation, 970 Nigerians have so far been evacuated from different nations because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

4.) Visit your oral professional for advices. If you have an official dentist, go for regular tracking of your oral condition. The same also applies when you have hired a dentist or bad breath professional to track on your improvement.



Dont let a simple bad breath get to you. Not even a choric one by immediately contacting your oral professional for an advice or treatment. You also need to be very flexible in doing the treatment yourself to ensure that you get the best result you wanted.

And if you are already fairing well, dont stop from exercising these good preventive maintenances. Continue it and if you are already satisfied that you are well, you can reduce the use of deodorizer. Replace it with a sugar-free gum that will also stimulate your gums and the production of saliva in your mouth.

In the last few days, there's been reports of robbers taking advantage of the lockdown order issued by President Buhari in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, to loot shops and also rob some households.


The reoccurring incident has pushed residents into becoming vigilantes, as they also accused the police of portraying a lackadaisical attitude in curbing the escalated crime rate in the state.

Robbery Reports are coming in from, Alagbado, Agbado, ijaiye, Abule Egba, Agege, Ogba, Akute, Ota, Sango.

To think two of these guys actually grew up in my area and my mama could recognize them.

These boys are not even up to 18, all living with their parents.

Here i was thinking the people perpetrating this evil are the thugs.

Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele took to social media to celebrate her husband JJC Skillz as he turned 43 today.

Funke Akindele shared a picture of her and JJC Skillz as she showered prayers on him.


She wrote,


Abdulrasheed Bello was born on 4th of April 1977 and he is known professionally as Skillz or JJC Skillz. He is a Nigerian songwriter, rapper, record and television producer.


JJC got married to Funke Akindele in 2016 and they welcome their set of twins in 2018.
