butter boy.....good boy then...look at his eyes, the guy strong since! |
ehhhhh after all the gals wey Peter don see. The love strongooooo. Wishing them happy married life. As long as no pretense from one party i think it will last since for 8 years celebrity issues did not severe the relationship. ![]() |
Keshi says he will take the very best to WC. If Osaze is doing well now (in character and performance) why not allow him prove himself before the WC in a friendly maybe he might replace the under performing one but I bet that won't be easy. |
jamace: Ladies and gentlemen, let us calm down, please....a normal breed I guess. |
This APC....the same Buhari, Tinubu, Onu, Babangida, etc ....are they not people we already 'know'? Well unless God has touched their hearts to repent and begin to see Nigeria as one country instead of a place where the smartest thief, crook, and hidden murderer survives and shines. Now they are probably confused about how to start. ![]() |
bumdish: Who in his/her coherent senses would even consider sacking Keshii would have clicked 'like' many times if it were posible. ![]() Who is even contemplating bringing a foreign technical adviser?.....another lagerback come and go? No. we will lead a protest if that happens. For now KESHI is the man we know. He has done very well: world cup qualification-nations cup victory-promising team-good selection, etc...abeg NFF no cause wahalaoooooooooo. |
at least let there be a party really ready to challenge PDP for once. I need to know who the presidential candidate of APC might be....wondering. |
hairbraiding: nice one. some springs have sulphides in them that act as antiseptics, skin cleansers = healing of different skin n body ailments.really? well if only our 'scientists' have the zeal for discovery. |
I will only vote for my considered credible candidates whether APC or PDP. But how can we stop them from rigging? How can we ensure INEC is neutral having been formed by the ruling PDP? How can we protect our votes? |
I am not worried any bit about Mbeki's submission plus what the op added because it has been clear to those who can perceive, including Fela Kuti of blessed memory, that we nigerians don't want to die for anything unselfish. I think, however, that since the north has ruled and plundered, West has ruled a little and plundered, East by divine providence is trying to rule 'small' and plunder, the equation would some day balance and nigerians will sought of say to themselves: 'wait a minute, what has been going on? Let's fight this thing for our collective benefit'. In that age I might not be there but by His grace my children or children's children might be there. I hope then it will become voluntary sacrifice by some folks in that age. For now....we nor wan die faaa! Let them plunder while we type away at nairaland, abi you don ready? tell yourself the truth. Even some people here typing, even as revolutionary as their opinion may seem, cannot stand small gbege talk less a real revolution and violence that leads to positive change. out ![]() |
The SEs performance in this match actually surprised me judging by the fact that they just finished a game against Ethiopia....thinking they did not rest enough. Truly Italy team had smooth passes through midfield into attack most of the time during this game but my surprise came from the fact that our men were able to withstand them and still find the space to score 2 goals! Putting all odds together i think they did well looking at the FIFA rating of both countries. At least we can see that we have an attacker who can really contest aerial ball in the opponent's 18 yard and score a goal (Dike), we also have a player who can do such a flip at near impossible angle to score a goal (Ameobi)...those were classic goals compared to the ones scored by Italy. If we combine these with the qualities of Emenike, Moses, Musa, and a fine-tune of the defense, i think on a good day no team will find it easy to beat the SEs. We have a team. Well done Keshi and the men. |
The world cup proper will be a different type of game from SEs. They played today under rain and in somewhat.a bad pitch. I think they will do better in Brazil. |
What. A great goal!!!! Obinna Nsofor |
Good luck to my best u-17 players ever. I hope they use the money (and more that would come later) wisely to better their lives. To those who would be soccer stars soon among them: this is nothing, na scratch. ![]() |
bastien: The truth is always bitterincomplete list shaaa: uruguay and mexico with some of their players having ' beards and shine-shine moromoro head'. For naija...maybe by looks, muhammed maybe over 17 otherwise the rest of our players, in my opinion, look quite young. |
nkechi shift i wan sedon naaaa! ![]() |
up the hottest group....making record: first second and third from same group- Hopefully Nigeria Mexico Sweden |
laplace19: My guy, that jinx must be broken tomorrowBut Sweden beaten on a re-match already.....abi that one no follow? De jinx don brake nawww. |
can any ethiopian player really kick the ball across SE goal post line in calabar while nigerian players are on the pitch? I don't want to even think about that happening on 16th Nov. ![]() |
Dannylux: from what you say shall be used against you in the court of law, nowadays, It's now what you say shall be used against you over the internet.na waooo, so because person take him time write something for people to read; as dem no fit read due to laziness and impatience d man wey write don become olodo.....Naija I hail dee. ![]() |
How many people will stand up against rigging? G7 is not enough to unseat PDP current machinery. Moreover it's the same corrupt politicians who are not thinking about the progress of Nigerias as a whole that are either in APC or PDP. Only the masses can unseat bad governance by protecting their votes. This maybe impossible knowing that we don't want to die for anyone or for anything or for any course. When our policemen have been bribed or made to carryout certain bastard intructions they will even kill the citizens who are resisting rigging. So for me I just watch the drama as it plays between APC and PDP while I pray that some day someone with a real good hardened heart and good intention will emerge and flush out the thieves and blood suckers. |
Wow, Pa Soyinka and the likes may love to see you. I think you could become a great novelist. Great work. Thanks. |
not sure if Al-mustapha knows nairaland, i hope he gets to know nairaland, create a handle and talk to us so we can respond to him. Go call him on board pls. ![]() |
emiye: Nigeria has been unconvincing, and has played like a team that will lose against an average side, Painfully,i dont see us beating them, Uruguay is worthy to be the 1st in their group, they lost unexpectedly their first game, and are back strongly in the tourney. Nigeria will play beautifully well, but as usual, since the African U 20 tourney, lose lots of scoring chances.nigeria U20 lost her first match and also bounced back. na 50:50. I wish our U20 team good luck shaaaa. |
