I will give you step by step on how I started Keke business...

1. I got a fairly used Keke for# 500,000
You can get it cheaper depends on the condition of the Keke
Condition: first make sure the haven't temper with the engine.. It's OK it the have rings the Keke once.

2. I looked for a driving root that has less tout

3. I got my self familer with the bus stops

4. I got to know tickets to buy and the right people to settle especially police
After all this is been done you are good to go.

5 How long does it take for some one to know how to drive Keke ( it took me just 2days... For some person a day is OK.. It's very simple all you have to let go is fear)

6. How much can be gotten from Keke
This is always the main reason for every business... Keke on like every other transport business is paying alot in fact if you are earning 80k a month you are so behind a Keke driver....

7. Daily income of a Keke driver is minimum of 5k and above dis is after every expenses including his feeding for the day...
So if we are working with an untouched 5k daily times 10days we are talking about 50k just in 10days
Advise: the best way to make money from Keke is if you are the one driving it!
Or hire purchase
Will not advice you give your Keke to some one for daily pay doe we still have good ones who will give you less issue.

Yes, we started dating in 2016, did introduction in 2017, we were due to get married in 2019 after waiting so long, but the event had to be moved forward due to the pandemic. We were a power couple and people liked us together. Expensive gifts and surprises, flowers, romantic getaways to remote islands, it was a jolly ride.

Late in 2018 she started behaving funny which of course I objected to, perhaps too strongly. I guess she had cold feet because she said she wouldn't have considered marriage at all if not for me. Anyway, she started bringing up the issues we had in the beginning and had supposedly resolved. We hired a Nigerian-Canadian counselor who tried to help but my ex fought with in the end because she said "the counselor took my side".

I started exploring other options after this. And oh, we would have been married before 2019 if not that their side kept giving excuses to not hold the event. I guess she was ultimately not ready. I was the one that was ready to be married.

Needless to say, I was devastated. I can't say I was blameless in all. We didn't have infidelity issues, it was just behavioural differences. I loved her so much, I was willing to adjust, come to the middle and also get my concerns listened to.

I learnt a lot from the relationship and I'm happy that I'm a better man today.

Later she called me asking for forgiveness and that it was an Uncle of mine who told her family that mental illness runs in our family because he felt I was marrying into a prominent family and to a girl who works in a big establishment while his own children are scattered.

I simply told her I have moved on and wasn't gonna look back and had already started marriage plans with the lady I mentioned earlier and I even invited her to the superlative wedding we were planning in an exquisite location then.
I used the opportunity to tell her that I am wiser now as I go for only ladies who stand by their men because I am afraid if I show any signs of madness (as my uncle told her family) instead of taking me to a psychiatrist hospital, she will rather take me to a market square so that the madness will become permanent.

Today we are both married to different people and talk freely on general topics anytime she calls me, but I totally avoid making any reference to our 4 years failed relationship to avoid Okafors Law.

In summary, this is what I can recall from the case:

1. GTB borrowed Innoson money for importation many years ago.

2. GTB over deducted the loan back from Innoson account, and deducted over ₦500m extra.

3. When Innoson audited his account, and saw the over deduction, he called the attention of GTB to it.

4. GTB investigated and agreed there was an over deduction. But the over deducted amount is less than what Innoson said.

5. Innoson agreed with the value GTB said was over deducted (which is less than the value the firm that audited his account pointed out).

6. Innoson asked GTB to pay back with 22% interest, which is the rate he used to pay back his loan with GTB.

7. GTB refused, and said they can only pay with 8% interest.

8. Innoson went to court. He won at the high court, appeal court, and then supreme court in 2019.

9. As the case was dragging in court all this years, the money kept increasing due to the 22% interest.

10. As at when Appeal court passed judgement, it was still around 8 billion Naira.

11. After supreme court pass judgement in 2019, GTB decided to change their name to GTCO and change their structure.

12. Many people believe GTB's Change of name and structure is a move to avoid paying the judgement debt (since the judgement debt is against GTB and not GTCO).

13. Innoson went to court to try to prevent them from changing name and structure, but he probably failed because GTB went ahead to change name and structure.

14. The judgement debt is currently over 33 billion, and increasing due to the 22% interest. GTB haven't shown any willingness to pay.

What is stopping cooler/saner heads in GTB to negotiate and settle this "out of court" with Innoson.

The Supreme court has already given judgment. And that settles it, except the same court reverses itself(which is extremely rare).

Talk to Innoson. Beg him if you must. Renegotiate(amount, timeline, method of liquiditibg the debt, etc) and pay up according to the schedule.

I bank witb GTB. And they have been good to me so far. But maybe it is time to begin to think about diverting my fund with them if this is not resolved quickly
