the young people serving in nysc were caught in a political game, this is a failure of jonathan and nysc, how can they even allow pregnant women to serve when there is a probability that this kind of thing will happen, the family deserves justice for something like this, it is totally unacceptable, nysc should take the blame

has anyone even realised that some of the arrested were innocent? it reminds of the situation in maiduguri in 2009 when anyone walking the streets past the curfew or even in any group was arested or killed by police, corpers were killed, it is sad, but you cannot make innocent people pay for it as well, in the long term i don't see how it helps

I don't know which i find more ridiculous, jokers like you that live in the delusion that there actually is still something called "north", or people who actually believe the trend of slipping further and further behind is reversible.

here is the point, the federation is not failing the south as many people have claimed, the north is not falling behind to the point of being nto reversible, there is alot to learn from findings like this, it just shows that we have alot of work to do atleast we know we fall short and even with the south having more than 50% of industries it is not far ahead of the north

i take it as a positive news in the long run

if the south owns 50% of the industries and yet it is not doing much better than the north then how will things look if the north owned more than 50%? this should tell the northern players that we need to work collectively in the north because there is not much to lose now, the future is in our hands, again this shows that the politics in nigeria is not failing the south it is one sided in favour of the south, it is failing the north, so enough of this talk that the north is behid the failures in the south, the corruption in the south has nothing to do with the north

tribalism is sadly a reality, you have individuals that put ethnicity ahead of deen, astagfurillah i myself am guilty of arguing with someone based on ethnicity and later just realising that the individual is muslim like me well we're not all perfect, it's really pathetic, muslims are not supposed to fight against each other but for each other, we need to have a somber discussion on this problem that is causing fitna in our ummah, there is someone here that i argued with and i can't say how sorry i am for arguing with her not knowing she was muslim cry

Well Allah will jugde[/quote]i remember i was at the airport in lagos and i read one of those newspapers with a editor from the se it had alot of stories with a religious bias some headlines were written as if the guilty part is the north and the victims are christians, these things are dangerous bro, for as long as they use the media they will always push us back, people read magazines, read newspapers, there needs to be radical regulations on the media some headlines are totally more harmful than helpful, the southeastern editors are notorious for using media platforms to cause these divides
