Hey Guys, good to come across this thread. I am in the process of getting my Cat A motorcycle licence so will definitely be sending a sport bike to Naija very soon. So just posting on this thread in order to keep track of it when needed in the future. |
Hello FHemmmy, I am not quite a pre-order person, but if I my understanding is that you take 30% deposit only, then I would not mind trying it out. I need a Honda CRV not older than 2003 and milage not more than 100k. I will prefer to have the VIN number even before the car is shipped so I can make my own checks. Please could you advise how much it will cost me. Thanks. |
Welldone Zenboy for your post. As much as it does not provide what many will refer to as concrete evidence, yet as a former staff of Zenith Bank, I very much appreciate and fully understand every single thing you have said. The bank is a smoke screen and I agree with you that CBN should seriously investigate that bank. The truth remians that someday, it must come crumbling down and I only pity those that will be caught out. A number of fools on this forum will not like your post - obviously the beneficiaries of the dubious activities going on in the bank. Just brush them aside and if you have more things to make us aware of, pls do post it. Cheers. |
Shame Nigeria! |

Whilst I do not want to take this to mean a judgement call on the quality of our Nigerian Music, but the apparent absence of not even one of our numerous Nigerian musicians (both the good and the terrible) is quite disturbing to say just a little. I tuned the TV to watch the concert and just met about the end of the ceremony and could not believe I was watching Alicia Keys performing. I then searched for a list of performers and to my surprise, not one Nigerian musician was mentioned. I then thought to myself, isn't this an opportunity for Africa to showcase our own talent, instead it was almost an all-American musicians (pls no one should tell me they are African-Americans as nothing like that exists) show. Just a blend of some African musicians - thank God Angelique Kidjo made the list and a few others. Will I say I am disappointed with S/Africa for failing to use this opportunity to get our (All-Africa) local talents on the world stage or should I be disappointed with our musicians? No, certainly not with Asa and P-Square. Anyway let me hope that the main opening ceremony will prove me wrong. |
More meat is better than less meat, but not orobo! Size zero in Nigeria means kpanla. ![]() |
Please who picks up the bill? Every welfare state is in the brink of collapse. Please you guys should see what is happening in Greece, UK and Spain. Even almighty USA is not fairing any better. We certainly do not need this wasteful spending of public money. These useless senators should think more of how to create enabling environment where businesses will thrive and jobs created for the teeming Nigerian population as unemployment does not affect graduates only. |

After testing the fertility, you should also test for the ability for the pregnancy to stay and not mis-carry. When you are not God, why bother with issues that are best left to God! |

To the extent that the practice of teaching about homosexuality in public schools as proposed in UK and also allowing gay/lesbian couples adopt children is not allowed and strictly prohibited, then I do not have any issues with any homosexual person. |
Siena:@Siena, always on point mate. Enjoyed all your explanations. I also agree with you on the above, there was never any Rover 600 sold in America. |

I read this story on yahoo news and my first thought was 'what people go through to produce good and real movies'. keeping it real and making real. No wonder the movies become boxoffice hit. Then I thought of our own Nollywood (20years since it's kick-off) and the stakeholders in the industry, from actors(resses) to directors and producers. Imagine Ramsey Nouah been asked to slim down to make a set, or any of the other guys asked to go out of their way to make a set. I laugh sha! Anyway, waiting for the movie - Things Fall Apart, to come out next year. |
sulad82i:on the point mate! |
