Baba....u are now a simp.... only simps pay women, with the hope she will marry them ...baba u be simp........that aside...

Second....nigga u dating a 20 year old ..a human being wey just cross teenager stage few years ago......ofcourse, part of her will still be looking around once in a while because a lot of things will still be enticing her.....

but from what u described, she seems fairly okay...yeah ...her dealing with you may appear transactional ..but I'm afraid thats all u will get from her for now.....
mayb if she has money she can show u more care and kindness...but na u date 20 years old girl....them nor dey get money and them nor dey too responsible like that

....maybe over time the titanic love u are looking for will grow....or may never grow... That's life .....all na risk....

She’s quit fair to be honest and this is why I’ve been with her over the years. Maybe you’re right I’m a simp to her and I feel we’re all simps to one woman especially the one we want to be committed to as they’d be compromises. So thanks a lot for your input

It's a quite lengthy read.

Okay, I won't be direct with my answer, but if you're wise you'll be able to grab one or two things from what I'll say.

The first rule of engagement especially when it pertains to relationship and marriage is Don't marry who you love but love who you marry reason be that marriage built on emotions only is bound to fail. When love beclouds ur sense of reasoning, you begin to ignore obvious red flags and not able to make logical and enhanced decisions.

My friend, the red flags are there. One important trait a woman who is looking at settling down should posses is integrity if you can't find that then move on for ur peace and sanity.
As read in ur epistle, ur woman doesn't have an iota of integrity in her. She posted ur picture and restricted others from viewing her status and comes up with a flimsy excuse, no bro, she has a reason for doing that. Now ask yourself if that's the kind of woman you'll want to spend the rest of ur life with? Words not matching actions is gaslighting and such a woman has tendencies to cheat. These are just the traits you see before it becomes fully blown. Don't make marital decisions based on emotions and how you feel towards someone hence you'll get ur fingers burnt.

I'll stop here as I won't tell you to either continue with the relationship or break up with her. The decision lies solely with you.

Thank you for your input, I totally grab what you said.
Romance / I Don’t Think My Girl Friend Loves Me A Enough by nashito(m): 9:12am On Feb 14
Hi guys,

I won’t bore you with long epistles. There’s this girl I’ve been dating since 2021 May, I met her in the East while I was having a short program there and left for Lagos around 2022 Oct, but, I can assure you we talk everyday if not thrive twice and in my heart I’ve felt like I’ve already met the right one and all along have closed my heart to loving anyone else. Even though I met her as a virgin and probably after two years of not seeing again. We met this December 2023 and I disflowered her and we still talk everyday, I’ve always felt this girl doesn’t love me enough, but is only serious with me cos I made her understand from the get go that I want her as my wife.

I’ve been struggling all through this period that I met her as I lost my job and all that but, she stuck by me, never bothered me much about her issues but, I know all of it. She gained admission last year but, her parents couldn’t afford her tuition fees and I made her understand I can’t chest such bills and instead I sent her to a catering school which is a one year program costing around 300k. I can afford this of course and have been making sure I take care of her school needs cos my plan was to marry her at the end of the year and as well set up a shop for her to do her bakery’s and all other things but, today been Valentine, she posted my pic and excluded everyone else from her status from seeing it and I happen to know cos I’ve got other lines I use to checkmate her activities which she is not aware of and finding this out, I told her to take down the picture as it was meaningless and she started posting other pictures we took together which everyone can obviously now see and when I talked to her that I wasn’t happy with what I just saw, she said it was just to see how I’d react and that she wasn’t serious but, I don’t believe her. At some point, she started eyeing someone that would pass as my younger brother, a boy who I took as a brother, I noticed it and approached her and she has denied it but, my instinct tells me otherwise and I’ve never ever forgotten bout it, cos I noticed how she was always looking at this guy each time she was with me and her body language changes as she would not even want to be close to me.

She’s from a very poor background, her mum left them all (5 kids) and ran away with another man and the dad had to send her in particular to her sister who raised her from 5 till now she’s 21. She has good characters I must admit and also has the height I’ve always wanted in a wife & which is what really made me choose her as my supposed wife and have been a very wonderful girl friend. I just don’t feel she loves me that much especially someone that knows how serious I take her, her parents have not met me but, have heard all bout me, her Anty who raised her talks to me from time to time. But, I don’t think my desires with this girl are what she desires too even though she confesses them too but, her actions always betray her words for instance, she started making fliers that she wants to start baking for ppl even before she graduates and stay on her own & this is someone I plan to wife latest Jan 5th next year. She only told me later and I said ok.

Guys I know Nairaland maybe toxic at times but, we’ve got a lot of people here with experience cos I’ve been on this app since 2006 and have never missed a day even when Nairaland was down, I visited every 5 to 10 minutes to check if it was up again.

What would be your advice for a supposedly 35 year old man with experience? Am I worrying too much or are the red flags here?

Note; I trusted her mostly cos she’s been a virgin and have kept herself till now and according to her, she only wants one man in her life and that’s the one who took away her innocence & her words on this May match her actions but, I’m not certain as I can’t obviously read her mind.

I know all about the simps and the red pill and I’m far from been a simp, infact, I’m an OG when it comes to women but, you naturally gets to an age and there’s nothing that occupies your mind other than doing what your mates are doing and also settling down for real with a family of your own. No matter how hard you may form, it gives you that sense of belonging.

Kindly drop your comments below and I’d be following, thank you all.

This is not rocket science. In football, quality is everything. EPL for example has the best quality players across Europe and you can see how greatly they’re doing.

Italian football is a Shadow of what it used to be. Juve was the only outstanding team over the decade but, have been maligned with several internal issues.

Politics / 2023 Election Will Make Or Mar Nigeria. by nashito(m): 10:05am On May 21, 2022
Hi Nairalnders,

I’ve been a member of this great forum since 2008, mostly as a guest but there’s no day that passes by that I don’t at least visit Nairaland & almost everyone who have been close to me at some point, I’ve equally introduced to this forum, I guess I’m addicted to Nairaland. These also means from time to time I follow up on almost all threads that make it to front page. Haven’t said all that, the reason for this article, which is mainly about the upcoming general election is my reason for writing.

In 2015, Nairalanders divided into two, with some supporting the ousting of power of GEJ government and replacing with GMB, which till present we’re still under. However, my point is, the political cum tribal divide of this Nation is unbelievable, and unreasonably so, I do expect people from different geographical, cultural and political backgrounds to agree but to a certain extent, correct me if I’m wrong, I expect matters concerning Nigeria to always come first, but it is obvious this would never happen!

After all the sufferings Nigerians have been under this government, I still see that political divide in every post here on Nairaland. Almost all of you don’t want an Igbo man to be president, yet you all feign ignorance when the National Character is not properly implemented or should we talk about the Aburi accord? I don’t think we’re ready for that at this time. Among all the 3 Major ethnic groups in Nigeria, would you still be happy if you’ve been marginalised just like the Igbos? I guess we all know the answer.

The next election is here again and here we are again, dragging, fighting, instead of doing the right things by voting the right candidates that would move Nigeria forward. Why are we so emotional and sentimental in Nigeria, why does your brother who you know cannot take Nigeria to the Next level have to be the Next President? Why can’t we vote individuals rather than parties or tribes? Look at where we’re stuck in 2022. Let’s use America as a case study, do we hear people from Massachusetts saying the president must come from their city? Or that of Boston people et al, they go all out to vote someone with a track record of Integrity, transparency, accountability and all other European Nations and Saner Climes follow this pattern. Why do we need to hang everything around sentiments, and emotions? Are we not tired of not enjoying the benefits of good governance? Aren’t we tired of the been unemployed, Underpaid, unsecured etc? Why are we falling for the antics of few people who keep playing games with us every now & then with peanuts?

I leave you all with just one question, if we don’t get it right in this 2023 that, Nations are talking of building hotels in space & Nations are going miles, when then? Are we not tired??

In summary, if we don’t drop ethnic & religious sentiments aside and vote the right people come 2023, we should all embrace up for more sufferings & backwardness.

Dax_Love hurts.

I don't think you ever fully recover from your
First heartbreak
You sort of just learn to deal with it
Ye
Love hurts
Especially when the person that you love doesn't want to put you first
If I could go reverse
I would pay attention to your actions
And would never pay attention to your words
Bitch you was curse
Tricked me into thinking that you love me
Then you cut me, now I'm bleeding on
This verse
I need to go church
I'm having conversations with the devil
And I'm asking what is life really worth
It's Dax
You bleeped up my head
And what's crazy is I'd probably do it all again
At night I sit on my bed
Start praying
While I'm looking up at God
And I ask him when the hell is this pain gon' end
He acts deaf
Been stressed
I remember the texts
Remember the love, phone calls I remember the sex
I'm still haunted by the day that you left
I wasn't good enough but Bleep I still gave you my best
Now I'm sick
Bleep
And I don't know what to do
7 billion but not one like you
Ain't it's crazy how we built for two years
But it took 10 seconds and a bad decision
Just to break the whole thing loose
I can't sleep
I can't eat
My heart skip beats
Social media don't help
They'll think I'm weak
I've been screaming that I'm cut but you just watch me bleed
I can't love another woman 'cause the cycle repeats
No
So I just write these song
Ya they help but they don't write wrongs
My life is a museum everybody shows up
And buys tickets but they never wanna
Stay that long
Man I can't move on
Head spinning like a CD rom
Only woman I can trust is mom
And don't you fucking try to say you can relate
Unless you've listened to these lyrics
And you cry while you singing along
Bleep
Love hurts
In the worst way
Imagine catching someone cheating on your birthday
Then they cry and say they love you while they're sitting on his dick
Then bitch why'd you go and do in the first place
Didn't you know you'd hurt me?
Bleep I was just another option on your survey
I could get revenge but that wouldn't
Help my spirit so I gotta make these songs
And let these mufuking fucking words play
Bleep
Oh now I'm doing too much?
I'm supposed to be a man so I'm supposed to act tough?
I put all my fucking eggs in one basket
You were plan A, I didn't ever even think to have a fucking backup
Now I'm stuck
Need a break but I'm in it again
It's all nothing we can't be just friends
First loves are the worst
Love hurts
And I'm stuck inside this cycle
That's gonna end up with you cheating again, wtf
Love hurts
Especially when the person that you love doesn't want to put you first
If I could go reverse
I would pay attention to your actions
And would never pay attention to yo words
Bitch you was curse

Divorce is an unfortunate situation to be in. Nonetheless it’s not the end of the world . Both himself and his former wife are to blame . He should brace up and try the following:

1. Dust himself and be ready to start over .
2. Face his career or job
3. Determine to be at peace with his ex no matter the level of provocation or otherwise
4. Be the best father he can be to his children given the circumstances. Pay whatever bills as deemed necessary and pay extra where possible
5. He should document any payment made
6. He must not bring the kids into the divorce by relaying what their mum has done or not done to them
7.

Stupid ways a Nigerian woman thinks, someone is at the point of breaking down cos it's a man you idiots don't feel an iota of pity. Pay extra? Someone that can barely pay for a room. I really don't think marriage is what any man should consider this days, this women are not loyal and will not be, I think baby Mama is a way to go. No wonder there's so much homicide case in US. Crime / Blacks Are Pathetic But The Few Racist Whites Are All Hypocrites. by nashito(m): 2:02pm On Jun 06, 2020
I think whites who are racist are honest but blunt people. For instance, in Egypt as far back as the the times of the pharaohs, the blacks were used as slaves, ( Check my Bible book of Bible story for pictorial evidence) if you ever read that. Moving further, how did the blacks first started migrating to Portuese (Europe), B4 America was discovered by Colombus and the blacks was equally transported and exported to America during the Slave Trade era to work in the plantations as Slaves?

The truth is, this set of Blacks that Migrated to various parts of Europe and America became smart and intelligent but how ? Because the learnt the 'White Ways and Ideas' which can be translated to be A just and Egalitarian Society, Transparency and Accountability and then, the Blacks started using it Against the Whites. Mind you before you bash me or rant, think objectively and critically before even writing, moreso, this write up is solely my personal opinion and have nothing to do with the ongoing Killing of George because I'm equally against racism, my reasons been if they practice the aforementioned, how come most of them don't want to equally treat us Blacks as one It means the the Racist Whites are All hypocrites.

I said that cos there's this girl in my life, and to be quit Frank with you, even though I'm looking to settle down anytime soon, I don't even see one single good thing in her Except her great body which translates to sex. PoliticallyInco:
We are all to note that the behaviour of people at any point in time is based on instinct and reason.

The way they reason is influenced greatly by the society and it's fabric at any particular period in time. Now the thing is this reasoning can be right or wrong depending on how you look at it.

What influences how people reason today? It is mainly Social media and the internet. We are being bombarded. Unfortunately we have not fully come to terms with the massive effect this is going to have. Just as the industrial revolution caused global change so has the internet.

a. With a click you are bombarded by every news;

b. With a clicl you are able to swipe right or left over hundreds of girls or men;

c. With a click you can see people flashing their false life style and false enjoyment intentionally posted to bring out jealousy and envy in people;

d. With a click you hear and see get rich quick information. Get happy quick scenarios. People are looking for short cuts to happiness and wealth. And they are going to be doing all manner of things to have the best or better experiences of life and living.

The humans of today will continually be influenced by these. I recall when blackberry chat (bbm) became popular. We all complained about girls going on dates and chatting instead of being mindful about who they came to meet. Many ladies and even some guys typing under the table and laughing to their phones and messages received while their host/hostess is trying to have a conversation with them. Well now it is worse. And it will get worse unless we intrntionally decide to take back control of our lives.

People will keep lacking social skills. Men will keep trying to sleep with as many women as they can through instagram, twitter, tinder, etc. Women will keep realizing the men are just in it for the fun. Women to will keep going for whatever benefit they can quickly get. They will also keep various options open just incase the men decide to move on. And when you have many options you become less tolerrant and change options easily. Women will realize that men are more concerned about curves and arse and boobs. Women will realize the more artificial they are. The more curvaceous they are, the more they can influence men and easily get what they want from men. They will loose all sense of hard and smart work. They will feel entitled. They will become so useless intellectually and can only feed through their aesthetic value (curves, boob's, face and arse). If nature took these away from them, their brains will be dead. It won't be able to come up with ideas for them to achieve anything. They will believe that having curves is automatic ticket to a free meal.

Men will then turn around to believe that women are just there for the money and all have a price so the best thing is to make money and fame by all and any means necessary. Women will in return, follow and go after these men because afterall they are in it for what they can get. And the men themselves aren't stable either. So get in and get out.

Right now men are controlling women with their wealth and women are controlling men with sex.

Men will keep displaying idiocy on these social media platforms. Sending phone numbers not solicited for. Running around women and chasing them like their lives depended on it. Sending nudes to women and being whimps. Women will realize the men out there are sex addicts who will do anything just for sex.

These are the times we live in. It will never go back to how it used to be. It is where civilization has pushed us to. Things are happening faster. Relationships are starting quicker and ending faster.

Wow
I was overwhelmed by your write up. Well said, guys let us all embrace it then. The gateway from this is just the make enough money to do whatever you want to.

Romance / Do We Really Still Have Women For Marriages Or Have Civilization Taken Hem Away? by nashito(m): 8:00pm On May 27, 2020
Well, personally I've never been a relationship kinda guy, although growing up I dated a few, but I kinda paid more attention to Money Making. At a point, I could say I was ready to settle down, maybe financially and then I noticed that all what they all wanted was Money and the good and comfortable life I offer them. It kinda made me stopped trusting any Lady at all, especially our women. Growing up again, I noticed that our women were cultured, disciplined, most of them hardly even go out to beer parlors & all, but lately, it's like the in-thing. Notwithstanding, before now, it was very easy to come across virgins and maybe girls who were raped but made the decision of not having sex till they get married. But currently, i don't think it's still obtainable, even if it is, it's just very very limited.

Secondly, I've noticed that lately Women are More concerned about their bodies, which can be summarised as thus;
a. Bleaching their skins
b. Expensive hairs & wearing the designer clothes at any cost ( even if it takes them sleeping around)
C. Sex (Suddenly, women feel they must come as it pleases them, and when they don't, instead of sitting down to work on that, they're too quick to jump to the next dick)
D. Social Media, (this is like the catalyst)

It is becoming worrying that women hardly sit back and fix their Relationships this days and social media have made it very very easy for them. For instance, once you & Bae have a little issue you can easily sort out, the next thing she will do is text the next guy (Obviously, she already has about 10 of them seeking for her attention, so its easy to spot one that catches her fancy and simply reply and before you know it, Relationship with the former guy has ended).

Thirdly, Women have step up the cheating game, I think they now think they're in competition with men as regards to cheating. Yeah, you might think you have a good girl until well, you go through all her social media accounts and messages, and it will shock you what you would likely see there. Women have forgotten that been a Man comes with so much responsibility that sex is not always our major problem. For instance, a man has got to plan on how to build just like his mates, buy cars, lands and properties and above all, take care of all their parents, siblings etc. And we only use sex as a form of relaxation after a long hour of hustling. It is even becoming frightening that, our women have become rude and mannerless and obviously worship money. You're only good enough to our women when you have enough cash to throw around.

Furthermore, why are our men suddenly keeping quiet and would have to contend with whatever attitude our
Ladies portray during dating even to the extent of raising their hands on a man, saying they're sorry even when it's obvious that the lady in question is wrong, begging too much for sex (Do you not have pride as a man), which has led us been called as been sex starved ( I believe NIGERIA has the most random men on Earth). Our men have no respect for married couples, serious or engaged Relationships and would stop at nothing until they end up sleeping with the said lady, even if it takes throwing money around just to entice her. Why are our men scared to condemn or simply walk away when a lady becom s toxic and insulting, could this be as a result of pussy mongering among our men?

In summary, my post is not aimed at condemning our ladies, I'm only highlighting the things I've observed over my years here in NIGERIA. Am I the only one finding it difficult to trust our ladies? I've met some really good ladies too, but at the end, if You're the type of man that takes little details into serious consideration in a relationship, you might end up single like me. Lately, I've been reading how Women have been caught by men who were willing to walk down the isle with them cheating, and it's beginning to scare the hell outta me. I would like to hear from our ladies mostly on this topic

Nigerians are not Sincere & Honest people, half of that population can survive even a 4 month Lockdown. If you're a Nigerian and you don't have that mentality of saving for rainy days, then you're not a true Nigerian. We're accustomed with Hardship & as a result, we don't only hope live for today but rather we care much about tomorrow.

Just talk it over with her... Some ladies just like watching porn for the fun of it.
If you do not like it, talk her out of it... If you like it; kindly enjoy it together.

NB: I'm not a fan of pre-martal intimacy though

Thanks for your advice. But I kinda don't like porn, they tend to make sex all perfect cos it is filmed and even sometimes the huge dicks we see there are just a mirage, if a woman gets addicted to it, and you don't make it happen exactly how it happens via porn videos, she might start seeing you as a lesser man.

I Just Found That My Gf Who Always Says She Doesn't Like Sex Is Porn Addict

Needless to write long articles, I met this girl recently, who I met online and prior to that, she has always portrayed to be a good lady and I must confess I somehow see her as someone I might marry soon.

But to my greatest surprise, this afternoon, I wanted to check something with her phone (Google Chrome) and I saw over 3 opened porn pages, infact, her first bookmarked page is a porn site, guys what do you think about this?

I've never seen this part of her and during sex I kinda don't want to hit hard cos I have this mentality that she's gonna be my wife soon & to be frank, I'm not much into sex and I don't want to marry someone that's a sex addict.

Should I be worried about this? Please I need matured and rational advise guys. Thanks a lot

Health / Re: Help Needed With Itchy Private Part by nashito(m): 12:39am On Apr 11, 2019
Op kindly get the drugs I snapped (Benzylyn Benzoates) but it's not the cure, it will only stop the itching run a test and get a drug, it works magic. What you have just Staphylococcus. Don't do blood test , you need a Urinary Tract test. I'm presently treating same thing, exactly the way you feeling right now is how I felt last week. Please use condom henceforth, especially if you leave in Lagos, this infection is common with the ladies here.
