Chelseafan1:
I'm tired of his incessant wahala with Hazard.
You say this all the time but you keep going back; even during a game.

This is how you know that emotions rule most of the analysis you see on here.

Last Sunday, we saw most trying to validate why starting Pedro and Willian against Arsenal would have been the better idea than Hazard. 7 days later, Willian and Pedro are starting against Norwich and are completely toothless .

21 minutes, not a single attempt on goal. Nothing inspiring.
Horrible midfield, unable to create even one chance.

Coutinho to Barca for £140m in January. The football transfer market is very close to a burst.

Nihilist:
At least Morata is keeping pace with them Aguero and Gabriel Jesus...that's what they said that time

Morata 12 goals in all comps
Jesus 11
Aguero 17

Morata has now played at least 110 more minutes than both of them
"They" didn't say this. Only I said this.
I said that at the time because it was true. I won't take that statement back.

The "110 more minutes" should also be kept in perspective. In true terms, it means just over one game more than the other guys, which is almost inconsequential to a striker's season.

All that said, I have no words for what happened last night. I also admit that over the last 4 league games, he easily could have had 7 extra goals. Easily. And when big numbers like that start to rack up, new perspective must prevail and the narrative, at the very least, must be put on hold.

I am still a big fan of his. I believe he has capacity to improve. At the very basic level, he is a fantastic footballer and I like what I see, until he is alone at goal, with the ball at his feet.

I think he overthinks what he intends to do when through on goal. He has the ability and speed to go round Cech each time but didn't. Even more, he had the time to do anything he wanted but he decided to place the ball instead. It's a thinking problem, not ability; as you don't see this problem when in-field, making passing decisions. This is why I believe he can improve.

However, I cannot justify last night. I have no words for it. I am still in shock.

On the evidence of this season. Lingaard has been more productive thatn Hazard
Despite the evidence of this season, Lingard and Hazard?
Really?

Will you take Lingard instead Hazard in Bayern, if you had only one choice?

Lingard has propelled his team to second in nearly half the minutes Hazard had while scoring and assisting more. Lingards team is higher than hazards team. Lingard has more assist, more goals and better pass completed, what more do you need?
"Propelled" his team to 1pt above the team in 3rd place. grin grin

Elnino4ladies:
Here is something quite funny Bakayoko: 3 goals & 3 assists Matic: 0 goals & 0 assists Bakayoko is meant to be having poor season while Matic is having the season of his life
Because goals and assists don't always translate to having a good season.
Why are these arguments still being held on here?

It's just like the other guy trying to tell me Lingard is better than Hazard, with a handful of stats.
Would you agree with him? Would you trade Lingard for Hazard based on the posted stats?

You are right. Even barca will be happy to have a player better than Messi.

There's always room for improvement. But I will want to know who you think is better than hazard that his club is ready to sell January.
Hehehe. Hilarious eh? Better than Hazard.
Forget January availability, how many players are actually better than Hazard?
