What is this I am hearing ? It had better be a rumour.

Rumours: Joe Cole is having a medical at Tottenham and will be unveiled by 1800 BST according to jjfrost, while Juan Roman Riquelme will be named as an Everton player at 1900 BST says masterchrisscouse. Dev is tipping Manhester City to make an £11m move for Sevilla's Jesus Navas and Kramer is in the Swiss Air lounge at Zurich Airport and is set to board the same plane to London as Grasshoppers midfielder Vero Salatic. Salatic is going to Spurs. Kramer's going home.

I will not say I am happy he is injured but at least it wil give us an insight into how we can play without him. We'll get to understand how much depth we have in the team.

@ nateevs,

Chelsea cannot afford Ronaldinho.
Roman can afford him but Chelsea cannot . . . . . . .
It seems u guys don't know what 85 milla in pounds is.
Do u know how many clubs 85 milla can buy in the Championship league?

Besides, how would Jose Mourinho deal with a superstar like Dinho.
Mourinho loves to say i made HIM what he is today and stuffs . . . . .Did he take the acquisition of Ballack & Sheva very well?
Have u taken the team balance into consideration? Where would Dinho play?
Who will sit on the bench and how happy will they be on the bench?
Do the math and get back to me ASAP.
Chelsea can't afford him. Good point. Roman can Good point. How JM will welcome him? I'm sorry to say but every chelsea fan should know that if Jose does not win the champions league this season, he won't be here the next. SO I will say he might take it as a chance to win it and keep his job. If dinho comes someone has to leave at least, my bet ballack, sheva, and maybe makalele.

Things happen in football. If Vierra and thierry can leave arsenal, if nistelrooy can leave manu if robben can leave chelsea anything can happen. The game of football doubles as a game of politics. If you think it's a lie ask me why real sacked their league-winning coach?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here (Old) by nateevs(m): 11:58am On Aug 29, 2007
Lamps and Terry demanded pay rise because at that time they were chelsea's gods. They will have to bow to a new god.

You can't pay him, he wil not fit in, lamps will want more pay, roman should go and marry, chelsea will fold up are all part of chelsea-hating.

I think we are used to that by now.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here (Old) by nateevs(m): 11:55am On Aug 29, 2007
Do u think if he comes to chelsea, we will go poor to pay him?

Can u imagine what hit he is going to be in merchandise? Plus millions of chelsea haters that will become fans overnight. Except someone is told to chill out. We Pay Cash.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here (Old) by nateevs(m): 11:47am On Aug 29, 2007
OK now I see the Thread in the thread has caused a lot of chaos.

Razorr,

You really do not need to convince anyone that dinho will be a hit like chelsea. The truth is they are scared. If I hear today Manchester United or arsenal will offer £50m for Ronaldinho, I will be scared like shit.  what are they talking about he won't be a hit.?

I have repeated on this forum the reason sheva and ballack were never a hit at chelsea. It was because they came past their prime when they had lost the heat to stand the premiership at 30.

Everyone knows dinho possesses the strength, the pace and the heat to stand the english , not to talk of the skills from heaven.

Where will he fit in? This is DInho for heaven's sake. Even if he will be goal keeper, he will play.

The clause in his contract says, if chelsea can meet whatever £50m, £85m, £150m, it is left for the player to decide if he wants to go or not. Will barca let him go?               it is not their decision. It's the player's.

He has been requesting for a pay rise a barca and he is about to earn $403,000 a week. If the move does not go through ,

na because only GOD no want am.

What is this RA thing with Ronaldinho? Have you guys heard anything about it? He is prepared to offer £50m. Is this a good move? I think it is the best thing that can ever happen to chelsea if it materializes.

slimnike:
For me personally i buy the idea of Re-Donomination of the naira. Because it will now give our naira a face, value. But what i don't agree with its the taking of the highest denomination to 20 naira. Atleast the highest denomination should be 1 hundred naira or atleast a Hundred naira to a Dollar. One thing that i know for sure is that most of our politicians that have foreign account will do everything within their power to make sure that the plan does not work. They prefer to have Hundreds of Millionaires and Millions of POVERTY striken masses. What a shame to those We call leaders. sad sad sad sad
Giving the naira a face in terms of decimalization or giving the naira a face in terms of true economic value. What is not plain to see. This is just a disaster. This has done it that has done it. How exactly it has improved their economy is what we want to listen to.

@ nateevs,

I don't celebrate a VICTORY against a team like Tottenham FC.
We always beat em but we didn't play like i expected at all.
Jackal how does that explain ur gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllll. naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnniiiiiiiii.

Don't tell me you did not have your heart in your mouth. At some point in time you must have thot that you might not win. Jackal abeg confessss and let's move on. It's been a bad time for ManU.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by nateevs(m): 6:16pm On Aug 26, 2007
Actually I am surprised a ManU fan says this. Just like Jackal we don't understand how things work.
In games we totally dominated-Reading,Portsmouth and City-we failed to win.Chelsea have won games in which they were mediocre. What matters most is 3 points. If playing well is all that matters,Arsenal would have won the Laegue last season.
Is this how things work at ManU or are things changing?

I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about ferdinand on berbatov.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by nateevs(m): 5:27pm On Aug 26, 2007
@jackal

What do you have to say about the penalty for Berbatov?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by nateevs(m): 5:24pm On Aug 26, 2007
@jackal

If I started watching the premiership 3 years ago? You make me laugh. Anyways that is not the issue now. You are talking about how things work. ManU's worst start to the preimiership in 16years. Is that how things work?

Now you are using statements like "IF MANU BEATS TOTTENHAM"  Is that how things work. If I remember, it should be when ManU beats Tottenham. But u know deep in your mind that things have changed.

I have followed the premiership long enough to know that things have changed. ManU, 10years ago can afford to drop 10points and still win the premiership. If you think you will win the premiership with 10points behind, then thanks for telling me I don't understand .
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by nateevs(m): 10:41am On Aug 26, 2007
hey hey hey hey hey hey Jackal here we go again. Did I hear you say you out-wit chelsea in the comm shield?

We will be going three pages back. Did you outwit Chelsea with Drogba? The fear of chelsea is the beginning of wisdom. I will really like you to postpone everything you have to say about Man divided until after the match. Then maybe , just maybe your premiership title hopes are rekindled. And I said hopes because even if you win the match it is still down to hopes and you know it.

Razorr,

Imagine it was chelsea that spent £60m in the summer and have scored just one goal in three matches and 2 points. Aw much noise would we have around?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here (Old) by nateevs(m): 10:17pm On Aug 19, 2007
I really do not know what they are complaining about. We played them in the community shield without a striker and they were making mouth that they beat us. Even when they won on Pens. The difference between Chelsea and Manu is when Chelsea had their problems they were still majors contenders. Manure cannot match that.

@razorr,

Did you see the way gay jumped up when he thot tevez scored? It was comical. It is so funny how he so much desired a goal.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here (Old) by nateevs(m): 10:03pm On Aug 19, 2007
It was definitely an awoof penalty. We thank God. We know sometime in the future we will pay for it but it is football. Last season there were instances where you shouldn't have had 3 points but thanks to the referee. So na so e be.

I definitely agree with you. They are without Ronaldo and Rooney. They are not the same team. They will not score and they will concede a handful.

Razorr I did not just hear the tottenham score I watched the match live. Those guys are over the top. They play football at an incredible pace. And they did not have Berbatov.
