DMerciful:Do you understand this process? How come LP is tendering a bunch of evidence without stating the essence of tendering the evidence? For instance, the LP counsel can say they got 25% or won each of the states they tendered in evidence. I asked this question earlier, but nobody responded. |
IamV, thank you for updating us. But could you help me make sense of these proceedings? I am more interested in essence of certain legal actions. Why is LP tendering those evidence in court? Did they say that they won the presidential election in all those states? How come there's no summarised statement of each state being tendered in evidence? For instance, the LP counsel could say that the CTC evidence we have here shows that we won or got 25% in so-so and so state, which is contrary to what INEC announced. |
IamV:One Labour Party lawyer interviewed yesterday said it was okay for them to object it, but that their objections won't change anything. |
StrongInBed:What's wrong with you? Please Nigeria hasn't split yet! |
PresidentAtiku:RCCG has a lot of questions to answer. How can a church make lawyers their pastor? Professor Yemi Osinbajo is a pastor in the church. We all know that lawyers rarely survive if they don't lie and cover criminals, yet the church made him a pastor. I don't get it. ![]() |
When you read comments on Nairaland, you will realize that Nigeria isn't just home to the world's most jobless and poor people, she's also home to the world's most foolish people. ![]() |
Why do these people keep chasing shadows? There are lots of reports in the public domain that the Eastern railway is the most lucrative in Nigeria, but you would rather fix railways in other regions because the east didn't vote for APC. They have even gone to beg Niger Rep to connect them to Lagos in the name of facilitating the international trade between the two countries. Meanwhile, the most lucrative rail line in your country is lying moribund. The black man has a big problem. https://www.google.com/amp/s/businessday.ng/uncategorized/article/nigerian-railway-losing-billions-of-naira-in-south-east/amp/ |
Karleb:No, I am not a coder However, I tend to be one. So, I cannot document software without the coding knowledge? |
Karleb:Can you train me? |
Hi Guys, I trust you all are doing great. Any software documentation expert in the house? Please how did you acquire the skill? Please I want to learn Software Documentation, so I am looking for a place where I can acquire the skill. I am currently in Lagos (Island axis). Any suggestions, please? |
Wiseandtrue:Rubbish |
I've always wanted this Well done! |
That man was very wicked. A man from Borno was more interested in acquiring properties in Dubai while Boko Haram terrorists were slaughtering his people like suya. |
sapphiere:Why do women fall under anointing more than men? |
maoolakanm:If you were Igbo, you wouldn't type this NONSENSE because that name does not in any way sound Igbo. |
I observed that starting from the time of Umar Musa Yar'adua, all the presidents who came aboard made soldiers who come from regions they can trust their COAS. I guess the reason is to be sure they wouldn't experience any form of coup. But then, I keep wondering why we still have some cabals teleguiding Nigeria's presidents when the president has the man they can trust controlling the military. It just begs the question: Have we ever had politicians who are committed to fixing this shithole? |
Aside from Enyinnaya Abaribe, the politicans who represent us in the east are just lily-livered men and women. That's why most Nigerians are praising him for his fearlessness, opposition and intelligence. Even the so-called governors are waiting till thy kingdom come to set up our regional security network. Look how fast the South West established Amotekun to secure their lands, but the same cannot be said of our governors. If those governors had done the needful a long time ago, there wouldn't be any need to establish ESN. The ESN will even do more harm than good because Buhari has always sought an opportunity to retaliate in the South East the way Gen Ihejirika pounced on the locals who had soft spots for Boko Haram. If anyone thinks that the ESN can withstand the might of Nigeria's military, then the person is fooling himself. They just deployed the ones in Obinze and the whole of Orlu is shaking. Only God knows what will happen if they send troops from 82 Division, Enugu. |
DEXTROVERT:Stop nagging! This is becoming stale! |
dapsoneh:Nigerian presidents often appoint someone they can trust to head their foot soldiers. They don't want coup d'etat. Most times, they tend to focus on people who speaks the same language as them. Note that airforce and navy are both armies in air and water respectively. |
Did he sack Sadique Abubakar? That man did an intimating job as the Chief of Air Staff. He's always in the news for building and renovating staff offices and quarters. |
post=98465928:There's no Igbo name on that list. |
Brendaniel:The Igbos are calling for disintegration of the country. No president will appoint an Igbo man to lead his army. This is common sense Decision has consequences. Meanwhile, I am proudly Igbo. |

I resigned from my regular job to start freelance writing this year That's the screenshot of my account So, I don't need to say so much but I give God all the glory I am believing God for a better 2019 |
BiafraIShere:I'm glad to see someone appreciate Rochas for the good works he has done in Owerri apart from Abagworo. In any case, I learned he's building a mall at Eke Onunwa Market, and it will be named after that boy, Somto, that was killed during the demolition of the market. If someone in Owerri is reading this comment, please confirm or refute it because I saw it on Facebook with some pictures. |
Enugu needs strong opposition. Ugwuanyi is an annoying person. Look how he allowed all the facilities provided by Sullli Nwa Mama to ruin . Was disappointed when I visited Enugu last December to notice that most traffic lights were faulty and not being replaced |

As an indigene, truly, my opinion tend to be divided but events of the coming days will not only shape it further, but also help me make informed decision. To start with, I tend to align with Mr Uche for two critical reasons: First, Okorocha lacks administrative skills. As a consequence, he littered my state with uncompleted projects. I need someone from his party to win so as to complete 'some of the projects.' A victory for the opposition means that Imo State will be home to the highest number of uncompleted projects in Nigeria Secondly, Mr Nwosu is a very young man. I need Imo State to experience leadership under a young person because the old ones are monumental failures. Again, #NotTooYoungToRun shouldn't just be an idea, Nigerian voters must come together to make it happen. On the contrary opinion, I feel that Okorocha's move to ordain his SIL is a slap in the face of Ndi Imo, and must be stopped. We are Igbos...Igbo enwe Eze. Yes, we are no stooge to any politician. Also, the guy manning the affairs at Douglas House means he would cover the tracks of his FIL, Okorocha. EFCC needs to investigate Okorocha because of obvious racketeering that happened under his watch Finally, he can never break away from his predecessor because they are in-laws, hence Okorocha may still be influencing Mr Nwosu's decisions with his administrative bankruptcy and again, siphoning state money Again, the events of the coming days will shape Imo elections. |
