How come LP is tendering a bunch of evidence without stating the essence of tendering the evidence?

For instance, the LP counsel can say they got 25% or won each of the states they tendered in evidence.

How come there's no summarised statement of each state being tendered in evidence? For instance, the LP counsel could say that the CTC evidence we have here shows that we won or got 25% in so-so and so state, which is contrary to what INEC announced.

They moved to tender CTC of Forms EC8Bs in respect of 11 LGAs in Nasarawa State.

The court asked about the particular LGAs and they responded that all of the LGAs listed in the Schedule are available apart from Karu and Keana.

All Respondents:

Their positions remain the same and they shall give their reasons at the time of final written addresses.

That is,they all objected to the admissibility of those documents.

The best way to learn how to write documentation is to read documentations like your life depends on it.

Then have some samples of your work. Maybe rewrite a popular documentation or write documentation for a code you've written yourself.

You have to be a developer and be also familiar with the code you want to document though.

I observed that starting from the time of Umar Musa Yar'adua, all the presidents who came aboard made soldiers who come from regions they can trust their COAS. I guess the reason is to be sure they wouldn't experience any form of coup.

But then, I keep wondering why we still have some cabals teleguiding Nigeria's presidents when the president has the man they can trust controlling the military.

If those governors had done the needful a long time ago, there wouldn't be any need to establish ESN. The ESN will even do more harm than good because Buhari has always sought an opportunity to retaliate in the South East the way Gen Ihejirika pounced on the locals who had soft spots for Boko Haram.

If anyone thinks that the ESN can withstand the might of Nigeria's military, then the person is fooling himself. They just deployed the ones in Obinze and the whole of Orlu is shaking. Only God knows what will happen if they send troops from 82 Division, Enugu.

I don't think the governor is going ahead with Douglas road expansion, that would cause serious upheaval which Rochas and his party could not afford right now with the election around the corner. Any attempt to expand Douglas road will result in the demolition of so many buildings and structures because almost all the houses there were built very close to the road unlike whetheral road that was planned with reasonable distance away from the road. I guess that's why he is focusing on Whetheral road expansion to 10 lanes. Rochas has really tried in changing the face of Owerri and Douglas road may be the only sore point in Owerri metropolis. Owerri will soon be like Abuja with wide roads, Okigwe road, Bank road, Orlu road and now whetheral road are so wide and aesthetically appealing. Rich Igbos and indeed other Nigerians and foreigners alike will have no excuse for shunning the East because whatever they are looking for in Abuja will soon be in Owerri. Rochas should try and get Owerri airport to be assigned as an international airport since it's already the fourth busiest in the country and Owerri will easily become an global city. Rochas legacy in Owerri will be remembered for ages to come.

I'm glad to see someone appreciate Rochas for the good works he has done in Owerri apart from Abagworo. In any case, I learned he's building a mall at Eke Onunwa Market, and it will be named after that boy, Somto, that was killed during the demolition of the market.

As an indigene, truly, my opinion tend to be divided but events of the coming days will not only shape it further, but also help me make informed decision.

To start with, I tend to align with Mr Uche for two critical reasons:

First, Okorocha lacks administrative skills. As a consequence, he littered my state with uncompleted projects. I need someone from his party to win so as to complete 'some of the projects.' A victory for the opposition means that Imo State will be home to the highest number of uncompleted projects in Nigeria

Secondly, Mr Nwosu is a very young man. I need Imo State to experience leadership under a young person because the old ones are monumental failures. Again, #NotTooYoungToRun shouldn't just be an idea, Nigerian voters must come together to make it happen.


On the contrary opinion, I feel that Okorocha's move to ordain his SIL is a slap in the face of Ndi Imo, and must be stopped. We are Igbos...Igbo enwe Eze. Yes, we are no stooge to any politician.

Also, the guy manning the affairs at Douglas House means he would cover the tracks of his FIL, Okorocha. EFCC needs to investigate Okorocha because of obvious racketeering that happened under his watch

Finally, he can never break away from his predecessor because they are in-laws, hence Okorocha may still be influencing Mr Nwosu's decisions with his administrative bankruptcy and again, siphoning state money

Again, the events of the coming days will shape Imo elections.
