Wisdomkosi:Sincerely, I understand how you feel. But if you want him to hear you people real quick, you should mobilise yourselves in your number and embark on "occupy Ebonyi" protest. This way he will know you guys are not happy with him. Nairaland is NOT the solution |
If this trial continues and ends in the accused being thrown behind bars, indeed many Nigerians including myself will be convinced that this fight against is really a sincere one. |
Abagworo:I'm really alarmed by your choice of word "cursed." These people have a choice and voiced out their unanimous decision - please respect that. You should mind the choice of words you use on people, please. Just like Mandax keep saying, "Imo State isn't all about Owerri." This government should pay attention to rural areas in Imo State so as to discourage rural to urban migration. Lagos is a chaos today because of this mistake and Nigerian government (Rochas) doesn't seem to be learning from that. |
mrvitalis:Mechie onu gi. Abia State Board of Internal Revenue has issued a statement on the matter saying it is not forged. Besides people in Abia tell me Gov. Okezie is really working |
I trust another futoite to do a rejoinder asap. ![]() |
bigwizzy001:OP, quick advice: be weary of how much of personal information you give online because you don't know who's who. Congratulations! As regards your Offa question, I am so sorry I have no idea. |
When I learnt their preachers are the most heartless amongst soldiers, I asked what then do they preach? |
If D'Banj had married Genevieve Nnaji they would have been the biggest celebrity/power couple in Nigeria just like Jay Z and Beyoncé. But alas that didn't happen! |
And the pay back thang continues. Buhari and co ruined GEJ's efforts with Book Haram menace and now the Avengers are paying him back in his own coins. Right now, Ben Bruce and northerners will understand that the wealth of Nigeria lies mainly in southern manpower and resources. If Niger Delta bleeds, Nigeria and Nigerians cry. Ooh, Niger Deltans are indeed invaluable! Buhari, over to you... |
DharmyYinks:If only Jacob Zuma knew that no day passes without his picture appearing on Nigeria's Nairaland... ![]() |
Is it the same CBN that has been recruiting politicians' children that is now warning banks? Did they not realize that TSA has really distablised many banks? Nigerian banks are in a big mess right now |
quid:It is not only the Igbo's that wear the cap - part of Akwa Ibom does too. |
OP, you raised very salient points I must say. But you really need to work on your use of English for anyone to take you seriously as a blogger. Well, I tried so hard to overlook it, but some people may not. |
Egbabiekperemo:****In decent democracies when people are "accused of corruption" they step down from their position to "clear their names." They don't wait to be sentenced. I wonder when you **** in Nigeria and Africa would start thinking like that. |
Evans Enwerem was alleged to have forged his certificate and was asked to step down as Senate President in 1999 and he did. Adolfus Wabara was accused of education related corruption and he stepped down. Please what is stopping Saraki from doing the needful? Tomorrow they will say Igbos like money and power more than every other tribe in Nigeria. Who is fooling who? |
Dahveydson:Shut up! Are u from Enugu? People love him because of his good heart and willingness to change the lot of his people. Stop spewing trash on social media |
My Igbo and South South brothers need to calm down and give this government a chance to make Nigeria great again. |
Rilwayne001:Lol. Go n buy it. It is just 1k now. |
topmostg:Just know that it is not fixed. A petrol station owner determines how much to pay them. But on average they earn btw 10 - 20k. And most times they work by shifts |
I noticed it too. People's sufferings had better be worth it. Nigerians are really suffering and smiling |
Good move. Buhari don dey try! Bravo! |
The collabo between Phyno and Olamide shows that if Igbos and Yorubas unite, they would do greater things in this world. |
If Buhari dies (but God forbid), Osinbajo will be sworn in as President but I don't see him going beyond 2019. Because if he insists, all PDP needs do is to get a northern presidential candidate and lo and behold, what happened to GEJ in 2015 will happen to Osinbajo in 2019. But the good news will be that he tasted the honey pot - and will be addressed as a former president. Remember Pa E.A. Adeboye once prophesied that a Redeemer will be the president. That could be Osinbajo ![]() |
I think EFCC officials are picking up the wrong people. How long is it going to take them to pick up T.A. Orji aka Ochendo Global? |
Just like a typical Nigerian politician, Gov Ikpeazu is trying so hard to impress in this first tenure so as to "qualify" for a second tenure and loot taxpayers' money. He should fix Abia State roads esp those in Aba first because their roads are among some of the worst in Nigeria before releasing the vehicles. Port Harcourt Road used to be my worst nightmare when I lived in Aba. Kudos to him though |
Rubbish! This is no job, people |
Adeevah:Shut up! Avengers didn't threaten to blow up Aso Rock but another militant group did. Some of you read but you don't understand. The modus operandi of the Avengers is blowing up pipelines and taking responsibility for it. They don't make idle threats. |
Wait for Presidency tomorrow because they'll debunk the news. Besides, OP, that source is not relaible |
armadeo:Seriously, OP is the real Muna or nairaland version? |
I believe in Ambode - his influence is felt everywhere in Lagos. Surprisingly, I love KAI and LASTMA officials . Only God knows what people would have turned Lagos to if not for them I wish someone was bringing on the rhythm of northern Nigeria. Northern Nigerian activities are poorly covered on nairaland. Nigeria isn't just about the south. I believe northern governors are also working but they don't hit the headlines like southern counterparts. Someone should be sharing development going on in the north Bravo Ambo |
I have no idea how effective it is in killing mosquitoes but I know it kills human beings. For those who want to kill their enemies and have no idea how to go about it, I present to you - SNIPER! ![]() On a more serious note, I knew a 32-year-old male graduate who committed suicide by taking Sniper because he didn't have a job, his family wasn't supportive and his fiance' (who used to support him financially) dumped him for another guy. When I saw his corpse that morning covered in vomited foams and blood, I had goose pimples all day. That was like a sharp machete cut on my heart. Just like that, Paul was dead...smh. |
