rokiatu:Mechie onu gi! Most women love children and would like to have theirs even lesbians. So, what you said is no excuse at all. Back to the topic, OP, I think you should mind your business. No dey take Panadol Xtra for Munachi headache. |
Kandibe is NOT a good name. Mbanu! Gini ka I na edi, biko? ![]() Fine couple though |
jollymizzle:I'm Igbo BTW, and you should understand why the Igbos are so scattered. After the war, Gowon proposed the 3R and never implemented anything. In the quest to survive, the Igbos had to run to other regions. Now, they have relatives scattered all over the place. And secondly, the Igbos believe in moving out to take business opportunities. That's why no Nigerian tribe is into business today like the Igbos. Moving forward, the present Nigerian structure isn't working. Obviously, Nigeria needs true federalism or regionalism. I hear the challenge, from the last confab, is that north central people don't want affiliation with Hausa/Fulani domination because their capital will be in Kaduna. |
This is typical of APC - they must always look for who to blame. When APC is blaming PDP, Lai Mohammed is blaming Jonathan. In APC's voice, "Have you blamed PDP today?" ![]() |
BankeSmalls:I beg to differ. He has obviously gone to school because he can read and write. Yes, he's literate. Since you've gone to school yourself, why not suggest a better book. That's how people "who have gone to school" behave ![]() |
dacovajnr:AnusOdourInhaler You see your lives, you'll smartly avoid the main comment and quickly reply the PS. If that is not hypocrisy, then what is? ![]() |
Let's call a spade a spade, that northerner is very right. I don't like Nigerian version of politics at all. Ben Bruce doesn't seem to condemn evil things happening in his state/region. He will attack Rauf Aregbesola for not paying salaries, but will keep quiet when Seriake Dickson doesn't pay salaries. If this is not double standard, then what is? |
This is the collaboration I want to see among south east governors. Pool your resources together to harness your areas of advantage. Eg, I don't want to see the coal in Enugu getting wasted when the governors can actually come together to put it into good use. I hear states will start extracting their solid minerals soon. When that happens, they shouldn't wait for FG. ENSG should harness the coal for power generation and employment creation or it should be a regional effort. In summary, we need more collabo of this sort. Bravo Ambo! |
Abagworo, come and see these people calling your hero's tunnel an underpant abi na underpass dem call am ![]() Rochas should visit Ebeano Tunnel in Enugu to learn what a proper tunnel looks like. Enugu has the best infrastructure in South East |
Any non-Nigerian that visits nairaland for the first time to read Nigerian news and people's comments will definitely know that Nigerians are NOT united! Frankly speaking, I don't understand the idea of forcing people who don't want to live as one to live together. Smh |

Is that old man at Aso Rock on weed or he has an ear problem as it is being rumoured? Niger Delta Avengers are talking about having a sovereign country and he's talking about implementing Yara'dua's agreement. Those guys are sad because GEJ lost his election. Northerners used Boko Haram to ruin GEJ administration, the Avengers are paying him back in their own coins. Sadly, if Niger Delta Avengers continue to blow up pipelines at the rate they are, in 2 months' time, Nigeria may crumble - take it or leave it. IMO, the only person that can calm those guys down is GEJ. I learnt that any Niger Deltan who doesn't support this cause is considered an enemy of the struggle. Buhari MUST beg GEJ or risk ruining this country. The Nigeria state has not been fair to that region. You take the lion's share from them and give them crumbs. For those asking what they did with the 13% derivation money given to them, they should also answer what Nigeria has done with the 87% they kept. If Niger Delta becomes a country tomorrow, it will definitely be among the richest countries in the world and will be the envy of all Nigerians. |
Vulu:O bu gini n'eme di unu? Why do you enjoy having these senseless online fights with the Yorubas? |
lawyer:Is it not rather hypocrisy that the Yorubas are condemning Niger Delta Avengers but are keeping quiet over their notorious Omonile? If the Niger Delta oil was to be in South West, I bet the Omoniles would be worse than the Avengers. I'm not hating - I just want to make #commonsense. PS: If Niger Delta breaks away from Nigeria, Dangote Refinery may be refining Lekki waters in place of crude oil ![]() |
Sahara Reporters and Premium Times be terrorising Nigerian politicians with propaganda since 185 BC ![]() |
delerx:Stop raining abuses and do what he's asked you to do. Niger Delta Avengers have an official website. Google their demands and Google will redirect you to a server hosting their website. It is simple... |
buksaylor001:At Ebony Links, you pay to register and they may not even register you if you are a fresh graduate as they prefer experienced people. Unless they've changed, the nature of jobs they often get are for experienced people. I once visited them when I lived in Port Harcourt |
I don't blame those guys; hopelessness is written all over Nigeria and her people |
SamuelAnyawu:Campaign Manager, who your man help? |
OP, a professional CV is not supposed to have a pix |
emerged01:The truth is that the last election exposed something: nobody needs SS/SE votes to produce a president. If the north and SW accept it's going to be Rochas, nobody in SE/SS can change it. SW and north still remain the majority. |
In Flavour's voice, Ambo Nwa Amama! Ambode is really transforming Lagos. Everyone is gradually feeling his impact. I'm absolutely delighted about the 4th Mainland Bridge. LASG needs to demolish some slums like Ilaje (opposite VGC) and Mushin, compensate people and build decent houses there. Lagos should be at par with London, Paris and New York. God bless Ambode God bless Lagos God bless Nigeria |
It seems Boko Haram boys are angry that Niger Delta Avengers have taken away their relevance and attention, hence they are fighting back to recapture the headlines ![]() |
emerged01:Don't go there. If APC gives Rochas presidential ticket, Igbos will vote for him..at least I'm sure of Imo and Abia States. But the reality is, they can never give him. APC hates Igbos ![]() |
Funny poster. It's too early to judge Buhari because he still has 3 years to stay in power. Yes, so much can happen in 2 yrs. But if this status quo doesn't change, God knows I can't vote for Buhari because he's giving me a reason to believe that 2015 was a big mistake |
I listened to a repeat broadcast on Radio Continental. Gov. A. Ambode is really working, and it's felt everywhere in Lagos. Frankly speaking, I'm particularly happy about the 4th Mainland Bridge contract just signed. But I think Lagos should focus more on demolishing, compensating and transforming its slums like Mushin to give it a decent look, in the class of London, Paris, Berlin, and New York. Lagos also needs to reduce its taxes because they are now chasing companies to nearby states and other countries which is not good for it. Furthermore, Lagos needs to invest more in independent power generation to power the industries here. Lagos is already prospering. God bless Ambode God bless Lagos God bless Nigeria |
Name Checkers Association of Nigeria, I hail thee That's what you get when a government has failed her people and they embark on some of the riskiest and unthinkable ways to make it in life Igbo boys can never stop this. Remember, Curtis Jackson says: "Get rich or die tryin'" Igbo boys are doing just that because there's no hope in Nigeria anymore. I know people here "shinning teeth" would do this if they had some guts. |
I wouldn't say I'm disappointed because I didn't expect much from this government anyways considering their antecedents in the past 365 days. Well, I thought he would talk about the actual figures recovered from loots and TSA as well as areas they've channelled to or where he plans to channel them. May God help Nigeria! |
My fear for all this is that now soldiers have been deployed to the Delta, they will use the opportunity to attack, rape women and kill innocent people at will. Those people are the worst set of people to deal with as they often leave terrible trademarks in places they invade. I challenge our soldiers to go after ND Avengers not helpless villagers who know nothing about these bombings. It's noteworthy that no group or tribe in Niger Delta has, openly, supported the Avengers though they may have a soft spot for them. Nigeria state must be fair to the people of Niger Delta because they give so much to her, yet get so little in return. Having said that, it's very important Niger Delta people hold their leaders to be accountable. Yes, the region is the richest in terms of federal allocations yet so much isn't being done for inhabitants of the creeks. Niger Delta people deserve much better from the Nigeria state. Seeking a sovereign state is almost impossible because Nigeria will never let that happen. No way!! To my way of thinking, Niger Delta Avengers should be a little more realistic. They should compromise and negotiate for 50% control of oil resources for Niger Delta states or true federalism so that states will harness their resources and pay 10% tax to Federal govt. If FG disagrees, then they are free to even set the refineries on fire ![]() One thing is sure, if the Hausa/Fulani had been the ones who had this crude oil, Nigeria would have divided a long time ago. I rest my case |
OBAFEMIawolowo:I guess you are the only person on nairaland who doesn't know Asha90. He has up to 5 moniker he uses to insult everyone here. He's more Anambra more than Obiano and Peter Obi put together. He behaves like a cursed child. Smh |
Godfullsam:Do a rejoinder/counter thread and discuss his fvck up so that discerning minds will compare and contrast |
And these people are supposed to be our leaders? Smh |

, a great political activist
