The attendants ALL know about this so, EVEN when you catch and report them, they wont be sacked.

When it will end, I dont know. . .Best you can do is BE friends with a handful of attendant (i have 6 guys in 4 stations). Once they have that comrade ship, you are better off becos you will almost always get the exact amount of petrol you pay for.
