Naanlong01:Have you gotten your laptop now, cos you certainly cannot praticalize anything on your phone aside watching YouTube videos. |
tollyboy5:Nairaland email service isn't good. I don even remove am sef. Ransome kwa for guy number? You go wait taya. 😁 |
veeveanO:. Don't quote this message cos I'm removing it soon. |
InteliJ:Hello bro, you can ask your question here? |
veeveanO:That's what I'm saying, I didn't receive your email. I just got the notification on my Nairaland home page. There's nothing in my mail. I think the mods have clarified the issue on the front page that Nairaland email service is down. |
veeveanO:Hi I got a message you were trying to send. |
madprophet:Hello, I saw a message you were trying to send. I've been so busy that's why I haven't replied. |
dominique:That's because Nairaland is anonymous. Twitter and Facebook carries your real bio-data, and since most of them are currently on begging mode, they won't want to compromise that by stubbornly remaining batified. On Nairaland here, you can post anything you want cos it's anonymous. No one knows you. That's why you still see them deceiving themselves by claiming to remain batified, when in reality, they're literally begging for survival. |
Tinubu has zero ideas on how to stabilize our economy. The best he can do at this point is to admit that the job is bigger than him and resign honourably. |
EreluRoz:But you were among those who openly campaigned for him and supported him. Despite knowing that he had absolutely nothing to offer. |
Wealth doesn't come overnight. The problem with most youths these days is that they want to invest in a business today and become a millionaire in a couple of days, without possessing the creativity to make wealth. It doesn't work that way. If you meet most wealthy people in Nigeria today (dangote inclusive) they would tell you that consistency and dedication is what catapulted them to the position they're today. They laboured consistently for years nurturing their business until it grew beyond their expectation. Let me give you an example...if you want to open a restaurant business, you must think big. After opening it, you can choose to offer delivery services by creating an app where people can easily download your app and order for food from their offices...that's creativity. You can expand and open more branches in cooperate environment, you can cover more states outside your starting point state. How do you think Mr Biggs, Chicken republic and the likes started? Whatever business you choose to venture into, if you want to be successful in it, you must stand out from the majority. |
I was discussing with someone today, and I told him that if Tinubu contests in 2027, he'll win. The same people complaining of hunger and insecurity are the same people who would hit the streets to campaign for him after auctioning their destinies for a morsel of bread. I just feel that Nigerians are not yet ready for good governance. |
PoliteActivist:You can't compare Nigeria's exportation value to that of China. China exports all kinds of products to Africa and other parts of the world. Nigeria literally depends on imported goods to function effectively as a country. So devaluing the currency would only lead to more hardship cos aside oil, we basically have almost nothing we export that can attract buyers from all over the world. |
APC e-rats would soon come and tell us that bread in Nigeria is the cheapest in the world. |
Question. Would the British lawyers practicing in Nigeria be paid in pounds or Naira? Secondly, would Nigerian trained lawyers be allowed to practice in the UK? |
This blackout is seriously getting out of hand. We barely even enjoy power for up to 4 hours in a day. And it's not even as if fuel is cheap. If I tell you how much I've spent on fuel this February alone, you'll shake your head. What exactly is wrong with this country? |

Tallesty1:Probably having sex in a prohibited location. (A church) whether or not it's an offence in the police force, I don't know. |
Deew22:Nothing much. They'll just ask you where you're from, what you do for a living... The religious ones would ask you about your relationship with God. Just dress responsible when going and answer any questions thrown at you with confidence, and you'll be fine. |
Most of the females replying this thread are just replying based on emotions and not reality. The fact remains that no man and his pastor brother would suggest that you leave your matrimonial home simply because you couldn't give birth. No pastor would tell you to bring your people to beg your husband if you're not guilty. There's obviously something else in you that they can't continue to tolerate. You admitted that you and your husband do quarrel a lot. Do you know how frustrated that young man is? After 4 years of marriage no kids, coupled with your constant nagging... and you expect him to continue sharing a roof with you? See, just change and become an understanding wife or get ready to be replaced. The least you can give that man is peace of mind. |
nairalanda1:Lol it was a federal university. Let me even shock you as of 2021 unilag school fees was less than 20k. Would you say unilag wasn't equipped? I graduated from one of the prestigious Federal university in Nigeria and my school fees was 20k upon my graduation. Tinubu has failed. The sooner we accept it, the better for us. |
Harriddon:During my days in school, school fees was 20k, department dues was 1k. Faculty was N1,500 and association was N500. And this was less than a decade ago. |
Match don finish jare. I don off TV. Make I go sleep. |
