Moh247:And what are these treasonable offenses, why hasn't there been evidence to back up their claims, why did the government deny him medical care, why didn't they respect the court when justice binta Nyako told them to allow Kanu change his clothes...why? |
Moh247:Federal government could not bring evidence to back up the charges they brought against him, that's why the court freed him. |
Moh247:The court has already ordered for his release. Buhari choose to disobey the court. |
AdaojoTheUrchin:He would be inaugurated. As for the March 11 election, I strongly believe Sanwo-olu would win. With Tinubu on federal level and Sanwo-olu on the state level, Lagos would experience massive development. I don't hate Tinubu, I'm just worried about the billions he spent on this election, I'm worried about his health, and last of all I'm worried about his vice. Shettima has a very wicked face, that face alone makes me worried whenever I see him and Tinubu together. |
Seeing how he's effortlessly working towards reaching a level ground with everyone, and how the court has since ordered that Nnamadi Kanu be discharged and acquitted. Would Tinubu honour that verdict once he assumes power? If he obeys the court he clearly would be a much better person than Buhari. |
Cadek:Exercise a little patience...it's past 9am, in less than 2 hours you'll be in. |
Tinubu is our president whether we like it or not. I agreed with the guy that said Peter Obi shouldn't head to court. This is Nigeria, nothing would come out of it. Peter Obi tried, I'm very impressed by his outing. |
When INEC officiates a premier league match. ![]()
|
Cadek:Deactivate your ATM card asap, and report to your bank. |
I'm voting for him...Abeg the man had tried. Look at how he transformed yaba railway, bariga, Gbagada road, and other massive projects in Lagos. If LP wins governorship election in Lagos, he won't benefit much from the federal level. |
When INEC officiates a premier league match. ![]() @Topic. I wish him all the best.

LittleBigDick:Just tell her to do exclusive... she'll breast feed him consistently for 6 months, he won't be given water, akamu and other baby foods. It would be purely breast milk. After 6 months she can start giving him water. His brain would develop very fast. |
Las Las we go de alright. |
Timiolutomi:Every Nigerian has the right to contest for presidency. Besides Peter Obi wasn't the only presidential candidate, why is he the only candidate being constantly attacked? Kwankwaso was on the ballot, why didn't you say Kwankwaso's time wasn't ripe. Sowore was on the ballot. El Mustapha was there even the son of the late MKO was on the ballot. Why focus on Peter Obi when he was just exercising his rights as a Nigerian like other candidates? Timiolutomi:The former governor of Niger state Babangida Aliyu was asked by Seun of channels TV that if Peter Obi had stayed in PDP would Atiku had picked him as his running mate, Babangida responded with a resounding NO. The reality here is that, Atiku and PDP underrated Peter Obi, they choosed a running mate from the SS because the SS had more registered voters than the SE, the SS has more states than the SE and the SS literally controls the economy of Nigeria. Even when Peter Obi left, no single PDP chieftain was sent to plead with him to come back, everyone including SE governors felt he had no electoral value, so they made fun of him rather than trying to bring him back. So if you were in Peter Obi's shoes what would you do, wouldn't you have forged your own path? Timiolutomi:Tinubu cannot dictate to the North who and who would not be on the ballot come 2027. He can buy off Southern candidates, those ones are money lovers but you see people like Kwankwaso, Tambuwal, El Mustapha...they would contest and Tinubu would have no choice than to meet them on the voting ground. Talking about strategy, yes I'll give it to Tinubu. He's the best strategist in Nigeria. In the game of football, you can bribe the referee to officiate in your favour and win a game. No matter how the opponent cries foul play, it would be on record that you won that game. And yes everyone rigs... Peter Obi just has to come out and campaign for his governorship candidates, cos the more states LP wins, the easier it would be for him to win 2027 election. |
Timiolutomi:@ bolded. If Peter Obi had remained in PDP and won the presidential ticket, this election would have been a walk-in-the-park for Tinubu. All those northern States Atiku won would have been won by Tinubu...and before 2pm various groups would begin to mount pressure on Peter Obi to call Tinubu and congratulate him. Going to LP and hoping for PDP and NNPP to split northern votes was Peter Obi's best opportunity to become president. Even in 2027, if Peter Obi must win he should pray for to notable northerners to be on the ballot along with Tinubu...then plot his own rigging strategy, cos in Nigerian election na who rig pass de win not who's more qualified. |
Ninobraw:You cannot. Unless you want to charge 50k per haircut. Sit down and do the calculations yourself. Let's say you're charging N500 per haircut and you're getting between 8-15 customers per day. That's roughly between 4-7k. Remember you'll buy fuel, you'll pay for light, shop rent, you'll buy barbing materials such as powder, spirit, after shave...etc. The cash after expenses for the week if you should begin to save it wouldn't even give you 500k for a year. |
Atiku really shot himself on the foot by choosing Okowa to be his running mate. Of what use was Okowa to Atiku? He was a sitting governor, yet he lost his own state. Congratulations to Peter Obi, he silenced his critics. |
Yea, they should cancel the presidential election also. |
Since Kaduna results started coming in, I haven't heard from El Rufai. Some should check if he's alright. |
chigator2:The problem with SE politicians is that they run a cabal kind of government whereby a very selected few share the resources of the state. We produced 3 Senate presidents. We had a deputy Senate president...yet the SE doesn't have a functional Port, no railway system, no jaw dropping federal government project...etc. Sunny Ogbuorji a former PDP senator of Ebonyi state, is from Ebuwanna Edda in Afikp South Local government. Now let me shock you...there is no electricity in the whole Afikpo South till this very moment I'm typing this. And they produced a senator who served for 8 years. He couldn't even give his people light. The question is how do you expect the average Igbo investor to put his money in that kind of place? A place without electricity. They'd rather go outside the SE and invest, and face whatever attack comes their way. This is why it pisses me off when I see Igbos attacking Tinubu. If we channel the energy we use to attack Tinubu on social media on our useless leaders, the SE would be a better place. |
Bro, you should have bought LP House of Reps form in your village. By now we would have be congratulating you. ![]() I'm still regretting why I couldn't see the future and bought it. LP swept all the House of Reps seats in my constituency. 😩 |
I blame our useless SE leaders who spend years doing absolutely nothing for their region. Imagine not having a functional Port in the SE and SS. Yet these people steal billions for themselves. They don't care...they just don't care. |
Cazzim:Go to Google search for Jide Taiwo and Co. Copy out their number, call them and make enquires of your taste of accommodation at Obalende...They're one of the best and trusted real estate agents in Lagos. As for traffic, it would depend on where your house is and where your office is. But on the average, you'll barely encounter heavy traffic. |
Cazzim:You can stay around Obalende axis...it's close to Ikoyi. |
Antihypocrite:To be honest, I don't really know the prices of accommodation there. Where I'm familiar with is Enugu metropolis cos during my schooling days in unizik, I usually enter Enugu almost every weekend to escape Sapa. But that shouldn't be difficult, you can ask around, I'm sure that people would be willing to link you up with agents who would help you out. |
Uzomacharles:Call their call center and explain your predicament to them. |
NotChildofDoom:Your salary is paid to your bank account isn't it? And that account was opened by your company when you started working with them, so the account is a salary account. This means that your bank would give you a loan. Or better still, you can borrow from a colleague right there in the office. You'll both go to the management and sign an undertaking that a certain percentage of your salary would be deducted every month until you've finished paying him. |
NotChildofDoom:If your salary is 75k and what you need is 135k, why not use your salary account to apply for a loan from your bank, the charges would even be less. Rather than coming to a faceless forum to beg strangers for money. |
Antihypocrite:I would have said it's possible, but you'll face serious traffic at Holy Ghost if you're coming from Garik? Holy Ghost is the last bus stop for buses coming to Enugu from Lagos, Abuja and other parts of Nigeria. Its a very very busy place....and believe me if you're using public transportation, it's more than 20 minutes. I've spent over 30 minutes from Holy Ghost to Eso bus stop. We were stuck on traffic. And Garik is still down. Quick question...did you get a job at one of those industries along the express? Cos I know that thinkers corner down to MFM prayer city Enugu down, is littered with industries. If you got a job there, there's no need renting a house at Gariki. Getting a place at thinkers corner would be your best bet. |
