I am surprised that you did not know that GEJ actually gave N2 billion each from the ecological fund to "only friendly PDP states". Some Governors who were denied their rights even complained at the time and the media reported it. The Governors of states that were not paid by GEJ did not keep quite. You could google the story.

And for your information, contrary to your comment, only disbursements such as FAAC allocation, excess crude, refunds, etc involve states' meeting on a monthly basis. Disbursement of ecological fund does not require any meeting; that was why it was easy for Jonathan to refuse to pay some states and cheated them by that action...

I'm quite aware of d ecological fund disbursement and I'm assuming U know as well as I know what d fund is supposed to be for.. State governors are fond of always asking for everything to b shared whether dey are in need of it or not.. Anyway here's a link u shld go thru.
