I was in Portsmouth between 2015 and '16 for my master degree in Computer Engineering. With the new brexit stuff, something is telling me to resign my IT job in the bank and go back to UK for a Ph.D.

The only reason that I am looking at this option is to settle my kids in the UK. Really not sure if this is a smart move...
