simplynola: ”The emerging allegations are very serious. First, the Voters’ Register for Anambra has been allegedly tampered with by an INEC official to disenfranchise a huge number of voters, to such an extent that only 451,826 voters were accredited out of the 1,763,751Is the information in red text true? |
remark D: @Nduka_Chukwunenye... I am surprised that you are surprised to see a Yooba fighting an online female poster....Dalúnụ̀ nwanne m. Me like the Nduka_Chukwunenye thingy. ![]() |
Let us hope this witness and/or potentially guilty criminal who has been arrested is properly fed and protected, so that he wouldn't develop food poisoning or some other mysterious ailment and fall ill or die in detention, as some big BH witnesses have done in offshore jails. The man should be given full immunity in return for full cooperation. Unfortunately, given the Nigerian factor, the likely outcome of all these happenings is that, Obiano will become the governor and he will only be removed if the courts say so (very unlikely). P.S. All roads should lead to Obi, Chief Emeka Anyaoku and Oriental Petroleum who have the most to lose if a leadership change takes place in Anambra. They want to make sure that their money making ventures and plans are undisturbed by a potentially unsympathetic government. Even GEJ is on board in this matter, that is why he is willing to take a loss if it will prevent Jagaban Borgu and his opposition group from taking over Anambra. I'm sorry to say that Anambrarians will not have a say on who becomes their next governor unless they start protesting and burning down the place. As we know, people who sat idly and allowed a 'credible' candidate like Soludo, to be summarily dismissed, will not have the guts to do the needful in Anambra. If this kind of rigging takes place in 2015 at the Presidential level, this time, not only will the Dog & The Baboon be soaked in blood, the lions and the untouchables will not be spared. Nuff said |
DerideGull: The display of reckless idiocy in the above post is one reason among slew of reasons that had forced me to demand total disintegration of the jungle called Nigeria. The silly country called Nigeria can not advance with people trolling around with a biased mindset.Ndo o. So old age don dey make you shake. You were supposed to click only once ![]() |
naptu2: This is a test case for INEC. They need to tell Nigerians why the votes were cancelled. They also need to tell Nigerians the names of election officials that were involved in rigging the elections and the names of the people that induced them to rig the elections. This is the very least we should expect. Unfortunately, only scape goats will be prosecuted because the people who are truly responsible for this mess are enjoying immunity. (I suspect an Obi/GEJ collab) |
noblezone: I was not predicting, I was relaying a dream that I had while I slept. ![]() |
noblezone: You can check the threadI'm not sure that you want the title of the TD Joshua of nairaland because that may not be a flattering title. Are you really celebrating this 'prediction'? Wettin you come want make some of of wey don predict hundreds of events by simple observation and common sense do? |
DerideGull: And your country is?Same as the one you are denying but refuse to renounce in a Nigerian court. Whether you like it or not, you are my Nigerian nwanne. ![]() |
taharqa: Idemili North wud not hv made ANY difference, so make all of una SHATTAP..... INEC shld do what is necessary in this instance: catch and prosecute that EOD if he is found guilty; and, reconduct d elections in the affected Units. I think they are already doing that sef...This is a sad statement for a PDP supporter whose candidate, Tony Nwoye, stated on AIT that there was electoral fraud in Anambra. One would have thought you'd be behind your candidate's position. Your rant above shows that there is more to this fraud than meets the eye. Here we have PDP agents in collusion with APGA agents with the support of some unscrupulous INEC agents, rigging an election and disenfranchising so many Anambrarians, an affair which should be condemned by all progressive minded people. taharqa is certainly not one of those progressives. The funny cartoon shows that you people are not interested in forward progress in this country. As long as your adversary does not win an election, you are willing to ignore election laws which were broken and blatant rigging. This is the same spirit which enables you to give your corrupt leaders a pass, even when they are caught red handed. What a shame! |
taharqa: SHATTAP!!!The truth stings you, ko? ![]() |
Sincere 9gerian: Who is the fake Sincere Nigerian that created this thread? Anyway, congratulations to all Anambrarians for doing the RIGHT thing.i thought as much |
taharqa: On d Internet, my dear Bro. Where else??It is now clear that your likes are not interested in forward progress in this country. As long as your adversary does not win an election, you are willing to ignore election laws which were broken and blatant rigging. This is the same spirit which enables you to give your corrupt leaders a pass, even when they are caught red handed. What a shame! |
Prof Corruption: Now, this is a pure joke. You finally gave up. Very good, enjoy ![]() |
Katsumoto:That government notice was nothing but Government propaganda of the day, issued only after Ojukwu set Awolowo free. I ask again, why didn't anyone challege Ojukwu when he gave the interview I quoted only in 2011? We cannot be assured of the authenticity of the purported notice which could very well be fake, but the authencity of the great Ikemba is unmistakeable. Back to my point which you people are trying desperately to bury in your noise, Awo did not keep to his word, just like GEJ did and is planning to do, in 2015. The similarity is real, deal with it. |
TerraCotta: I'm sure there are contemporary Nigerian records that say the same thing but it's useful to cite nonpartisan sources where possible. More interestingly, the reporter behind the article is Lloyd Garrison, who was a Biafran partisan and personal friend of Ojukwu and wrote a number of articles supporting Biafra throughout the war. He certainly would have given Ojukwu the credit for releasing Awolowo if that were true. Obviously it is not, and there goes yet another long-lived lie told by Ojukwu and his disciples.Oga, Why didn't Gowon and other government officials who were alive when Ojukwu gave that interview speak up if they disagreed with Ojukwu? They did not speak up because it was true or they are cowards, who will call the great Ikemba a liar only after he departed. Try another angle, this one is ridiculous and childish. |
I will simply quote an excerp from Ikemba's interview where he stated that he released Ojukwu and mentioned the said agreement. No one was bold enough to challenge him on both facts after his interview. I believe Ikemba, who in my opinion is more credible than all others, on this issue. Ikemba The Great: OJUKWU: We’ve said this over and over again, so many times, and people don’t understand; they don’t want to actually. If you remember, I released Awolowo from jail. Even that, some people are beginning to contest as well. Awo was in jail in Calabar. Gowon knows and the whole of the federal establishment knows that at no point was Gowon in charge of the East. The East took orders from me. Now, how could Gowon have released Awolowo who was in Calabar? Because of the fact that I released him, it created quite a lot of rapport between Awo and myself and I know that before he went back to Ikenne, I set up a hotline between Ikenne and my bedroom in Enugu. He tried like an elder statesman to find a solution. Awolowo is a funny one. Don’t forget that the political purpose of the coup, the Ifeajuna coup that began all this, was to hand power over to Awo. |
Katsumoto: For the avoidance of doubt. we require the following from Alhaji Ndu_ChucksYou people cannot stop the truths I am revealing even if you collude with the spambot to hide my excellent response and ban me. I will try a miniaturized response in my next post. If the next post is hidden as well, make sure you report the issue on the complaint thread. |
The fourth similarity between GEJ and AWO which I failed to include in my prior posts because I was too busy shooing off revisionist, is as follows: Awolowo was released from Calabar prison by Biafran leader Ikemba Odumegwu Ojukwu and there was a gentleman's agreement that while Ojukwu declares Biafra in the East, Awolowo would declare Oduduwa Republic in the West. Awo did not honour the agreement with devastating results. Similarly, GEJ refused to honor the power sharing agreement which has been confirmed by OBJ and others, with similar resulting violence. I will addrees this issue more fully after the Anambra elections. I expect Awo sympathizers to claim that such an agreement did not exist, just as GEJ apologists continue to deny the power sharing agreement. |
A Sheep, eranko, is now fighting a woman. Shame. |
Prof Corruption: That's enough for me.Unlike you, I acknowledge that both sides contributed to the starvation of innocent women and children. The degree of responsibility is what may be in question. For you to come here to argue that Awolowo's policy on behalf of the Feds, was not a major factor, if not the primary factor, in the said starvation, is preposterous and intellectually dishonest. |
Prof Corruption: How can I deny a statement not credited to me? So keep the motives stuff to yourself.Since you've adopted Katsumoto's failed debate tactics, you, like him, you fail again. The issue is about Awo's statement which acknowledges that Awolowo's actions directly caused the deaths of these women and children. No one is arguing with you about Ojukwu's or anyone else's culpability in the deaths of these defenseless people. |
I offer early Congratulations to APGA. The results will be challenged in court since INEC disenfranchised millions of voters in Ngige's strongholds by creating logistical nightmares. The plan is to declare Obiano as the winner and claim that even if Ngige won in his stronghold, the win will not be strong enough to change election results. See ya in court,, as una don twist every ting. https://i.chzbgr.com/completestore/2010/11/26/9083c927-e356-4f25-9f13-17f67283f77c.gif |
Prof Corruption: @ TerraCottaAre you a learner? Awolowo's text in red, is clearly an admission that the man's actions directly led to the deaths of women and children. I applaud awolowo for making the frank statement, but I question the motives of you people who are hell bent on sticking ya heads in the sand in denial. |
taharqa: See @Ndu-chuks, I regard this issue as been COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT and just d usual meaningless Noisemaking, But: was Elrufai an Accreditated INEC Observer or Agent?? If No, then there is a valid order against any political actor from moving around in today's election, except you are a Voter. Even d State Gov himself was so restricted. Bye..You've started pretending to be a dummy again. Is the hotel where El Rufai is lodged an election polling station? Apart from El Rufai, how many other political actors where restricted from moving out of their hotel rooms because of this election? Abeg make we hear word. |
TerraCotta: The most important evidence to absolve Awolowo, Gowon and the British government of the charge that they deliberately starved Biafrans comes from eyewitnesses—medical personnel, journalists and other observers in Biafra at the time. As Awolowo and other contemporary observers noted, the food and supplies sent to Biafra were systematically looted and hoarded by an elite cabal. Their decision to stop sending food was triggered by their realization that ordinary Biafrans would not be fed.Oga, you ignored the more relevant of Awolowo's quotes like this one: “But when I went what did I see? I saw the kwashiorkor victims. If you see a kwashiorkor victim you’ll never like war to be waged. Terrible sight, in Enugu, in Port Harcourt, not many in Calabar, but mainly in Enugu and Port Harcourt. Then I enquired what happened to the food we were sending to the civilians. We were sending food through the Red Cross, and CARITAS to them, but what happen was that the vehicles carrying the food were always ambushed by the soldiers. That’s what I discovered, and the food would then be taken to the soldiers to feed them, and so they were able to continue to fight. And I said that was a very dangerous policy, we didn’t intend the food for soldiers. … So I decided to stop sending the food there. In the process, the civilians would suffer, but the soldiers suffered most. –Chief Obafemi Awolowo. The important point is that civilian children and women died en mass as a result of Awo's actions, even Awolowo admitted this fact and your epistle did nothing to change this fact. |
Sheeple: ^I'm quite impressed with the improvement in your sentence construction. You definitely deserve some adulation for that. However, don't stop there - keep improving and I might get you an invite to come hang with the calibre of people I converse with intellectually outside this box.Trust me, given your antics on this thread, I wouldn't want to have any intellectual conversation with you outside this box. I'll be glad to use you to make some money though. People like you need to be shown how to make real money in Nigeria so that your interests will be more than outdated tribal interests and babalawo political philosophies. ode ![]() Nwanne m, Sam Ikenna, kedu ije? To bad you are unable to vote today, abi you are an Abriba man rather than an Anambrarian? |
Sheeple: The guns belong to fellow Igbos. But can Gbawe/take-dat, ballabriggs, donroxy and all the other APC political jobbers tell us why their stupid APC (more like armoured personnel carrier) is trying to destroy the lives of poor Yoruba folks by using them in an irrelevant election that has no bearing on the scheme of things?mumu, Awo introduced do or die politics to Nigerians with his wetie phenomenon, wherein hundreds or thousands of Yorubas were barbarically burnt to death because of Awo's greed. |
I'm a bit surprised that Physics allowed himself to be drawn into a back and forth cat fight, only fit for intellectual midgets. When people like Sheeple, who want to be relevant around here, attempt to appear as bright posters, by supposedly 'exposing' PhysicQED for being anti anything, PhysicsQED should have given him the correct response for fools; silence. The accusation is quite unfair and I understand why Physics found it necessary to defend himself, when someone who is not bright enough to follow simple NL rules without being banned, seeks relevance, by throwing effeminate tantrums. If the character is who it is alleged to be, then I am quite sure he is from Ijebu Igbo; Ijebu Remo or Ode, could not have produced such a weaklin. ![]() Katsumoto, I have since learnt that Max is a closet biafran and secessionist, so his books should be read very carefully. |
taharqa: If d Security Agents tell you to stay in a particular place cos of a valid order, and you want to play 'smart' by resisting them, then they are obliged to ARREST you azz then if need be in order to execute dat valid order.. U get? There was no such order to restrain El Rufai from leaving his hotel. What valid order are you talking about? Stop attempting to deceive people. |
