I'd say Zenith bank.
My madam and I were going on vacation 2023, she applied for PTA through access bank, me I applied through Zenith on the then CBN portal. Omo she got hers easily and without stress for me, Zenith bank said they did not have forex, it was so stupid that their staff showed me a book with list of name of people on queue, guess what most was even their staff. It's like their staff was using it for round tripping business, cos how will they be dragging with customer? OK for me to withdraw the application I did through Zenith bank to CBN, the portal hooked. I had to go make wahala in that Zenith bank office, finally got a letter from them to CBN that I never got the PTA, I then had to call CBN in Abuja to reset my application in their portal. Sad thing was that it was too late to apply again as my traveling was due. Imagine I could not therefore travel with forex gotten at reduced price through Cbn, I the had to rely on my savings in my Dom account.
Now on getting to the UK, guess what, my zenith bank £ debit card did not work, that is their mastercard to operate my £ dom account ohh!! Na so so calls I de call account officer in naija, de call Zenith bank card services etc, the card messed me up big time! Two months later I de travel again, I jejely went to gt bank and easily got PTA.
