So you know this yet support the squander of the previous and current regime? |
SamuelLoch:Thank you for the info. I transfered from my opay to Fcmb and did not get the credit 24hrs later, I had to complain to opay through their app and within 1hr got the credit. But why must our own always have issues? Someone said all the good IT hands have left the country for greener pastures leaving the industry to mediocres, same with the health industry where professionals worth their salt have since left, leaving us with the bottom pot, hence people are kaputing anyhow. Some were agitating for Nigeria to nationalislze Mtn in response to the xenophobic attacks, just imagine Nigerians running Mtn for 6 months, lol |
Willy2025:Guess you did not watch the video. |
Nothing one wount read on this forum. |
This one is real money, aka money man, not chochocho as they say, not cheast beating but raw ego. How much do you have to then purchase such property? Na these people de London, the others no de there. |
Op, so you want her to leave her career in the hospitality business she has taken time to build all because of rumors about workers in hotels? Lol, na so one guy talk say make him fiancé leave her nursing job because of stories say nurses the nack any how during night shift. Another say make him gf leave her job as flight attendant say them de nack pilot and high class passangers. Bros if she leaves the job and you open supermarket for her are you sure she wount be promiscuous there considering the several men that come to buy groceries? Even the supermarket will it be as big as blenco to cover her expenses? Abi you don't know supermarket sells with little margins so it is all about large volume? Bros better you move along let the girl face her career. |
And what are we borrowing for? In large part, we are borrowing to fund services that our OWN revenues — if they actually reached the Federation Account — should be funding. Let that sink in. We are borrowing money, at interest, to replace money we already earned but never collected properly See, this is not rocket science. Sanusi the other day asked where was our money, we removed subsidy so why are we still borrowing? Even if you say you have coastal road etc (misplaced priority) to build, why are you not using the trillions saved by removing the subsidy? He says we are borrowing to fund what our revenues should be funding. I have said it here before, Nigerians just want to see bridge, road as evidence that government is working. Proper people said that Eg coastal road was not yet necessary, people attacked them. I always use the analogy that is it when your business is in the red, your capital depleted, business is down, you then channel the little money you have, even take a huge loan to then build a new office complex or head office claiming that when it is completed people will see your business in good light or that you will rent out some office space to earn income? Or on the other hand as a good businessman, you will cut expenses, nurse your business back to green, if you take loan you use to restock your inventory, turn around the money several times, pay back the loan and when you have built up some profit, you then use out of your profit to build the office complex. This is what Eg PO did, he cut expenses, spent only on essential projects, removed the state from red to green, saved money, the money was the to be used for projects in a sustainable way, ie Eg you have 100b savings, you use 40b remaining 60b, then chill you chill until you build up the money back to 100b before spending again. But what happened, his successor same in, saw the big money and did what Nigerians love to see, he blew it all on airport etc, today that state is back in debt taking loans up and down. Another example is Ambode, it is in record of all the governors only him did not take add loans yet he did more infrastructure and services than any other governor, how did he do it, he blocked loopholes. How can you blow all your money, have no savings and be running your expenses through igbese? Today you have all sorts of guymen running things, blow all the money chop it, tomorrow Allah will provide. |
Kia, the smell.. |
Edoreborn:Bros you better adjust you lifestyle before it is too late cos you kpai e no go tay, that you fine madam na your guy go de give am doggie, the kids na only God go save them as you no de to take care of them. Better wise up and be alive to take care of your family. |
Word for the wise, as a young man have your major job before going into farming. The farming as the op said is the side hustle. |
Thomthom:Truth of the matter is that those apps are the only ones that will give you loan, no bank will, in that case wount it be fair to talk of them? Bros, one day like that I no get liquid cash, I needed small owo, I enter gt bank app, now way, I enter fcmb for where, I called Zenith bank, that one my account officer told me hoha say their bank no de give anybody soft loan say them no get time to chase people up and down, lol. Now that is me weh de run my accounts well, e pain me wella. Back in the day ie the early 2000s, drove out with my guy a fresh lawyer, we stopped by his cousins house somewhere in ikoyi or VI, apparently she had a big discount supermarket, she wanted to do abroad style and gave store credit cards to so called elite customers. Oga those so called big Nigerians came there and wrecked the shop with igbese. Lol. See list of who is who in Lagos, from that pastor that speaks like an Americano to top celebrities and politicians. So she offered him 10% of any money he recovered. Early 2000s also eco bank introduced the first credit card in naija, all you do is bring your bank statement from any bank, they will then evaluate you and decline or offer you credit. So they gave me card of 120k or $1000. Bros after 6months or so eco bank almost wrecked. So called big men took the money and never paid. Me that had integrity was servicing my card, at a time my money was paid in full eco bank declined further credit. They said Nigerians wanted to wound them, lol Do you know must banks in the world give loans the most in the form of credit cards? Why are Nigerian banks not doing so, instead it is debit card they give, the reason is that nigerians wount pay!!. The only people trying now with loans is opay, but of course the interest na die. Funny thing is that people complain of loan app and the cost, but forget it is like that all over the world, the more risk a loan environment is the higher the interest rates. Someone that came for his father burial told be he borrowed £4k and that he was paying 150 monthly as interest on the loan! Ie 7.8m to be seeing 277k just as monthly interest? Haba. |
Rubbish insinuation, infact the poster may be educated but sounds uneducated. So someone has bleed in his brain and it means it must be due to him visiting his vallage and everyone including his family wants him dead? Do you know if he had underlining medical condition such as high blood pressure? My old time friend, was to leave for naija the next day to supervise the phase 11 of the estate he was building in Abuja, he had a stroke, was able to call 911, he was still coherent to respond to being asked when he took his BP med last, of which he said he could not remember. This guy had a vain burst in his head leading to stroke. Infact if he had gotten on that plane and it happened in naija he would have been dead. He was in hospital for 6 months and now at home under care, we are praying for his speedy recovery. His family or village people attacked him all they way in London abi? I have spoken severally of my driver that fell sick, meanwhile his family had accused his neighbor who gave him banana to eat as being responsible, innocent neighbor ohh. Only to find out it was stroke he had, and had been showing signs on his way home from work, his colleague noticed he had slurred speah while driving, infact he said he had never heard of BP before. Guess what, some time later, his older sister was walking to work and slumped and died immediately ie BP issues too. Na village people or family members do am? Oga people die every day and that is a fact of life, some deaths could be preventable, it is possible your colleague did not know he had HBP or knew but not taking his medication. To be near peoope like you that think this was should be avoided, anything you do, they will think person wants to kill them. How much money did the guy have sef that people want to kill him, does he have 10b? Abi he has money up to dangote or Otedola? Are his village people so much in poverty they will think another poor man needs killing? May his soul rest in peace and almighty grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss. |
fattprince:So how do you want to get 10m in 12 months, what kind of business do you want to engage in, yahoo, kidnapping, hired assassin, freelancing, fish farming, abi you have opueh to sell?. You better don't let Smallie pressure you to go and commit, as someone said recently try to avoid jail by all means, if soldiers defending the country are feed so poorly, imagine how badly prisoners will be. |
Bull.. LAGOS should get by far more than 52b, atleast 150b if not it's full money. |
shortgun:Can you blame them? When the average Nigerian wants loan, they are meek, humble when seeking the loan, but when it comes to making payments they become bold like lions, they know the best lawyers to avoid paying. Making a Nigerian pay loan is like dragging an ekuke to have a bath. You will hear all emotional talk of how their father died or their kid fell ill when it was time to make payment. You heard of the guy VDM spoke about that got loan through the goodwill of his judge friend, time to pay the man started trying to blackmail the lady judge that he will expose that she is the real owner of the money. Vdm got the man's bank statement, the whole money (100m)went on his wife, his girlfriend, phones, bet naija, nairabet etc. This was someone that said he got a fgn contract and needed loan to finance it. All the money gone within 2 months, all that was remaining was like 5k! See it is not in our nature to pay loan as Nigerians, the average Joe will take sokoloan, fairmoney, opay etc, chop the money and come on this forum to claim loan app is disturbing him, and he will get plenty of support from fellow onigbese. The fastest way to make enemies with your siblings or close friends is to lend them money how much more a bank you have no emotional attachment to. |
Emeskhalifa:Lol, Zenith bank staff said to me hoha they do not give loans say them no get time to pursue people for their money. |
omoredia:Well said. |
Iran💪💪 |
Westman001:Don't forget personal interest and personal interests supersedes all. |
This young lady don drop 7 puppies. As how naa.. How old is the first and the last? |
kevwemike:Exactly what the south Africans are saying. We vote charlatans into office, when they make the country a hell hole we then rush to other countries to go and be forming smart, brave and hardworking people, dragging right with them and constituting a nuisance. |
The don guy a guyman, they have use his money to join to buy Benz. 5m to pay 3.2m month? Haba.. Except it is used as working capital for running a kpekus selling business over there in use. To earn 800k weekly using current FD or TB in naija you need atleast 300m invested. |
MasterTeeUSA: |
lordm:No thanks to apc and tinumbu. |
Oga for a poor man, the only consolation he has is to go home and nack. He does not have money to booze, to go clubbing, to chop catfish or isiewu with cold beer, no money to carry olosho or to have plenty girl friends, so he goes home to be a man, after his kaikai or burukutu, na to knack the hell out of his wife. No tv, dstv etc all the pastime available is kpekus. Lol |
Rubbish post. Men listen to that wise young man from Niger delta called gehgeh. |
Omo cushion Na watin I de find be that ![]() |
Jilo83:Oga you got it all wrong, what even brings Obi into this pastors matter Did the man say you should vote Obi, abi aside Obi and Tinubu aren't there other candidates Eg rotimi ameachi, Atiku, sowore etc? Why pick Obi in this matter if not that you are antagonistic towards him by default? Anyway the man is saying in a crass way that if you vote Tinubu despite his report card of failure, spread of mass poverty and alleged corruption then you will bear the consequences wholeheartedly. |
Lol |
MasterTeeUSA:Oga, let me burst your bubble, my electricity bill here in naija averages 1m + monthly which is well over $700, how much is minimum wage in Nigeria compared to the US? And yes your electricity will automatically shut off if it is not paid for. Solar is not cheap, in the US you can get financing for solar, here you buy it. Solar above a certain capacity is outrageously expensive, how much will solar cost to cover the capacity of Eg a 80kva generator, you probably will spend at least 80m. Fuel is 1350 per liter and higher in other states which is $1 per liter, how much is fuel in the US per liter, just a little higher, look at the attached to see the comparison. Yes people come for dirty December, come into the country for a week, do good time and leave, that is how holiday all over the world is, does it expose you to the reality on ground, no. Same way we will save here in naija, fly abroad for 2 weeks vacation, stay in the high end hotels apartments, live a fairytale life for the few days, infact you friends there will say chai, naija must be good for you to come and chop life in this kind of place they have not entered in all the donkey years spent abroad, but only us know say na wash. When we return back to naija we the face the consequence by "soaking garri" for a while. Yes it is good to be patriotic and always talk good of the country because we are all yes men, it is good to be suffering and smiling. I was at the gas station yesterday, walai you cannot believe how fast the line was moving, people were buying 5, 10k worth, infact one fellow bought 2k petrol, me the 40k I bought was just 30liters! Go around Ikeja along and see people trekking home instead of entering bus.
