I felts so sad hearing the news. Never thought i had this much admiration for him.

Charlie spoke with courage. He defended Western values and stood strong against Islamism. His voice inspired many, and his message will definitely live on.

RIP Charlie
And what values exactly, do westerners have any values more other than colonialism, stealing, killings?
Mike pompeo former US secretery of state under Trump boasted clearly about your so called western values.

"In an April 2019 speech at Texas A&M University, Pompeo said "I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole. It was like we had entire training courses . . . it reminds you of the glory of the American experiment"

Na wah, what is wrong with some of our blodas sef? Is it that they have nothing better to do than to cause problems for peaceful people that just want to live their lives? They know the sensitivity of where they recide yet do their rubbish. If you want to be Obi, why not do it in a place where it is accepted Eg eastern parts of the country? Same thing was done in Ghana causing an uproar and further despise for Nigerias and easterners more especially.
If you want to be obi, do it where it is accepted especially without funfare. In this same Lagos you have sariki hawusawa everywhere abokis are located, when abokis had issues in front of my office, one said he was going to report the other to the sariki. The difference is that they do not come out openly to antagonize indigenous people saying they are turbaning someone or building a 1.5b palace. Anyway I trust that ijora oba fellow, he would have sent his thugs to knock some sense into their heads.

Mariangeles:
Really?
You think he let his concubine go just like that, especially one that had a child for him?
Okay.
Omo, forget, the bond those two have transcends any concubine or alleged child. Forget how that man looks now that makes him look like one tough niggar, originally he was a skinny quite fellow, handsome too, his wife seems like the one more extroverted. A devoted family man that one thing lead to the other and according to him, he made a mistake. His his eyes has cleared and he has returned to his family.
Men make such mistakes including me, one held me for close to 5 years, na God save me say I no get family outside today. Nothing my madam did, na only me realize it was getting too far when the lady lost her mother and wanted me to follow her to her state and village for burial, na that one blow alarm for my head say no be second wife I don de marry so?

Mariangeles:
A woman, Mrs Ayeni, dealt mercilessly with her husband's side-chic, collected all that her husband ever gave her, got her husband to deny their illegitimate child, and dragged her husband home by the ear.
Heaven did not fall.

That one is left begging for the man to at least acknowledge the child.
She thought she was wise messing with a strong woman's husband.

Certain women know how to handle such matters.
You do not want to mess with them.

Lose out after giving her years? Never!
She did not do all you said, it was her husband that rather came back to his senses and recalled all he did for his side chick.
That couple you mentioned have been together from their youth, from when the man had nothing, driving a beatle car working in a company at ogba, she rather was from a well to do family, and stuck to him loyally, built up everything together, both of them lawyers. When she goes abroad to hustle, then bring in equipments for her passion ie tailoring their little kids will be in her father's house taken care of by chief and his police officer wife.
That man must have thought back where him and his wife started from, the ups and down and realized he was spoiling a good thing all over a gold digger.

Politics › Re: No Plans To Implement 5% Fuel Tax Anytime Soon – Wale Edun by nedekid: 7:00am On Sep 10, 2025
naptu2:
It's not just petrol and roads, there are many laws that state that people and or institutions will pay taxes to fund specific agencies or sectors. These include basic education (UBEC), tertiary education (TETFUND), science and technology (NASENI), etc.

The aim of the new tax laws is to harmonise all these taxes (they are not new taxes).

Last year legislators were up in arms when they believed that the new tax law would scrap some of these taxes.

In other words, the executive is in charge of implementation and they've said that they won't implement. If you want the law to be scrapped, then approach your legislator.
Are you government, why have you taken it upon yourself to explain the rubbish 5% to the extent of advising people to approach legislator? Or is this a case of work no pay?

A serious country unlike some spending trillions on a paddy paddy arrangement coastal road. Guess their presidential jet, None, instead the president uses aircrafts within their national carrier ie ethiopian airways, in another country like that it is the president that uses the the biggest presidential jet in the neighborhood, a full seize airliner yet his country does not have a national airline.
Done African countries are moving ahead, others messing around.

Those 🤡🤡 who were supporting Obi for issuing ultimatum to Deji and threatening him with lawsuit for calling him a political fraud, are the same people abusing the DSS for asking Sowore to be responsible in his comments.
Atleast, the DSS is backing it up and summoning Sowore but Giringori on the other hand, is still sleeping in his medical bed without the liver to pursue the case against Deji after the 7 day ultimatum.
God bless the DSS, God bless Nigeria.

Yeah, maybe it will make Nigerians more concerned with how their hard earned money they have to coughout to pay taxes is spent. The one you say you are doing siddon look, say nothing concerns you, well you will now realise it actually concerns you.
When you see a politician buy big airliner, their kids use private jet as uber, they buy £10m town houses, ride convoy of half a million naira suv, it will pain you that it is your money been spent anyhow.

He should look for a right leg donor and make it happen.

Christianity Etc › Re: ‘Agents Of The Devil’s – Pastor Enenche Warns Nigerians Against Loan Apps by nedekid: 12:13am On Sep 09, 2025
Any loans a trap if you make it to be. I have taken loans from those apps and not gotten into any trap why, because I take what I only need in lieu of expented income. No matter how difficult circumstances may be, I only take when i know money de to pay when due, no excuses, or I drastically cut expenses and ride it out.
This brings about the issue of having strategic savings for the rainy day. I must always have some hidden owo that acts as a buffer. Na habit I learn back in the day when owu blow persin and no help from anywhere.

It's a thing of surprise that a state like Bayelsa with her rich mineral resources will be poor. What is Gov Diri doing with all the money they generate, from 13% derivative from oil and FAAC? Rivers and Delta too?
Nigeria as a country is rich, each state has one or more natural resources. What are political class doing with them?
Stay there and be asking questions. Continue..
As if you do not know the resources of bayelsa is oil and that fgn collects the whole money. They say states are receiving more money, but what of devaluation? A state that received 10m few years ago is better than one receiving 50m today. A salary earner that brought home 140k in 2015 is better than one earning 1m monthly 2025.
The devaluation of the naira along with removal of subsidy automatically plunged 80%of Nigerians into poverty. Abi you no know say all of us poor? You poor I poor, thanks to apc and tinubu.
Make we all poor together in fellowship naa..

Let him kukuma write a cheque or better still use his mastercard to buy Nigeria just as he bought Twitter let us know our problems are over, we will be his subjects. At least we will have a king and know where our taxes go to rather than the one we have a current king doing us anyhow based on nothing.
