The Nigeria situation is very different, so, not every thing America fits into Nigeria.

Corruption is the problem of Nigeria and the old politicians has remain in office not by their good works but by corruption .

That rep who suggested bringing it down to 23 years aught to be recalled. He must be very corrupt and void of the required values .

23 years with what accademic qualification ?
Some 23 year old have more academic qualification than our current presido

lets start from somewhere. That age would have prevented a vegetable like buhari from ruling us in the first place.. what were they doing all those years before the age of 70 to contest when their brain were still active, na us them wan use as medical insurance?
Lol, normally at age gathering money should be the least of their worries but in Nigeria as usual the reverse is always the case

Those people you mentioned are only going there to serve the people. And they must have been in the system to understand the problems of the country for long but you see our own people here are only going there to retire for foreign trips and massive embezzlement
Was Obj, Buhari not part of the system, infact I have noticed the longer someone has been in the system the more they feel disconnected from the masses, the assembly should bring bills that will stem the current tide of corruption and nepotism.

To be frank if such a bill goes through it will amount to discrimination based on age, even in America Trump was over 70, and Biden is currently 78, when they were elected into office, age is not Nigeria's problem, nepotism and corruption is

Boko Haram still hold territories for them to be able mount roadblocks for days without any challenge, these past 5 years, 'breeze don finally blow there nyash open' no room for accusations on Gej administration now its the citizens they will blame for not obtaining security clearance before basically living their normal lives.

You acted very irresponsibly by running away. Unless, you knew you were guilty. The best thing in a situation like this is to raise the alarm and make moves to rush her to the hospital dead or alive. And that you still had time to "managed to clean the room" while you had a dead human being who moments ago you were frolicking with on your hands, tells a lot about your character, I hope you were not trying to conceal evidence or up to one mischief or the other.
Always quick to judge others, he panicked which is what most people will do in such a scenario

Ewu, everything na to trend.
Ibadan is not Ph, Ph should be competing with Lagos in terms of prices

Every body wants to upgrade in his/her career. So I applied for this managerial position at a very big company in Lagos. I wowed them at the 1st stage and they gave me good amount of money for trans.

The 2nd stage was also the same as above. Then the 3rd stage, I was to meet with the chairman of the company. He's old. Well known big shot in Nigeria. He's a Yoruba man.

He asked me the questions below:

1. Why do want to leave your company?
Career growth. I explained extensively.
2. How much do you earn?
I told him
3. Who is your father and what does he do?
He's late. He was a civil servant
4. Who is mother and what does she do?
Nothing. She's old and in the village at the moment.
5. Where are you from?
Mentioned my state from the East, but I speak Yoruba fluently cos I was born and bred in Lagos.
He said but you don't have the passport. You're ibo. I don't know what this means
6. Where do you leave?
Gave him an address on the mainland.
7. Do you have a car?
No
8. Are you married?
No
9. Any children?
No

His response: so you're not married and you don't have children? I said yes. Then he said; you can go, they will get back to you.

The admin lady handed an envelope filled with money to me and said they will get back to me.

Today, i got a regret message.

What did I do wrong? Should I have lied? Why should a marital status and tribe matter in employment? This is really a sad one for me
He couldn't tell your tribe from the name on your cv?

Stop sounding politically stupid.

People naturally leave their homes in search of greener pastures. If they cannot get the kind of jobs they want, they look for alternatives, including going into crime.

It's okay to attack the northerners for crimes (like terrorism) that are peculiar to them, but don't single them out for crimes that every tribe commits.
So Yorubas go to Kano to rob the natives, stop supporting evil

I get extremely annoyed when people blame Emefiele and not Buhari and and his Big Boys in CBN handling.

Do you know the caliber of Emefiele?

Is he not the same person Ebele scrutinized and employed?

Do you know how they have cornered Emefiele into doing their stupid political economic policies and not what Emefiele would PERSONALLY do if given a FREE HAND and he is dancing to their policies just to maintain his job
Why didn't he resign to maintain his integrity

How does a ban on fornication hurt Christians or their way of life?
The agency established to enforce Sharia law in some states in the region recently banned stylish haircuts, sagging of trousers, playing of music at social events by disk jockeys and seizing tricycle from riders for adorning them with pictures considered to be obscene and against the tenents of Islam.
