GEJ promoted them illegally, not following the laid down procedures, and when he's about to leave. It's still morning yet, don't rush.
When was she promoted ? month and date please
What makes the promotion "illegal" ?
I would be happy if you can prove that the laid down procedures was not
followed instead of just stating an assumption.

You see why we call the one who has no beginning ( and ending), God. Who befits that title? and what should He be like? if i may ask.
That's exactly my point , the terms "nowhere or nothing" is just a matter of semantics.
Most of us instead of admitting that we don't know "how" things came about we tend to
interprete "how" to mean "what brings about things".

You might believe that we were created , but I am sure you don't know " how" .
So if someone tries to explain the "how" based on some assumption I see no
reason why you should vehemently reject it.

And the idea of "something" coming from "nothing" still exist on a smaller scale in the universe
as seen in the birth of stars from void.

When it starts, hope you won't cry like those #WailingWailers shouting and kicking and spewing- "Vindictive PMB demotes Ogar, recalls her from study leave."
It already started with Timpre Silva's acquittal , don't tell
me you weren't aware of that.

As to the bolded above , was she demoted because she " looted",
if yes then why will Buhari , the anti-corruption master not sack her
and charge her to court ?
Don't you think this is another sign of weakness from Buhari ?

Nop.......Do you have any proof that she had other children apart from Jesus?
Note , I am not trying to disprove your believe because it is none of my business, but I have to answer
you.

Matthew 13:55-56 "Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? 56 "And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this man get all these things?" 57 And they took offense at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his home town, and in his own household."

Mark 6:3 "Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James, and Joses, and Judas, and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?" And they took offense at Him. 4 And Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his home town and among his own relatives and in his own household.

Here is a more subtle proof.

In the book of mathew

1:22 This all happened so that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet would be fulfilled: 1:23 “Look! The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and they will call him Emmanuel,” which means “God with us.” 1:24 When Joseph awoke from sleep he did what the angel of the Lord told him. He took his wife, 1:25 but did not have marital relations with her until she gave birth to a son, whom he called Jesus.

1:25 told us that Joseph had marital relationship with Mary after the birth of Jesus.

Lol "we all directly or indirectly accept that something did not start from nothing." This is more accurate.

I don't know how creation can be intelligently guided by Nothing! speak for your small community not the world.
If you believe god always existed without a cause(I presume you do)
you shouldn't have issues with something coming from nothing.
In fact one requires a greater leap of faith to go with the former than the latter.

Nope, most people believe we were created by God, the onus lies on atheists to prove otherwise...or hold their guts.
Came out and created are synonymous.
While the "nowhere" could be spontaneous or intelligently directed.
Whichever one we believe , we all indirectly accept that something did start out from nothing.

Sorry friend, Christianity can supersede logic but it does not contradict it.

Those who say they came out from nowhere have a lot of illogicalities and inconsistencies to deal with. No, not the christian.
I think everyone agrees that everyone agree that we all came out of "nowhere" ,
it is from the definition of nowhere that various disagreements emanate from.

Catholics worship a certain Mary not the Mary of the bible of course because if she were here she will rebuke them totally.

When i was a catholic, a priest tried explaining that passage to mean some kind of special blessing accrued to Mary. And He said something like "blessed are those who hear the word and keep it LIKE MARY"
I almost believed Him but i knew something was wrong with his interpretation. Jesus didn't say LIKE MARY. Where did he get that from? i thought! And how Jesus swiftly responded to the woman's words, bothered me,but all these things did not deter me from continuing with catholicism until God opened my eyes and pulled me out...I prolly would have still been a catholic.
Be wary of using "logic" it has turned many christians into atheist grin

For instance, you refused to mention that of the 4 IGPs under GEJ 3 were Northerners, only 1 is a southerner. Another instance is the Chief of Defense staff was/is a Northerner. The NSA is a Northerner. All CJN under GEJ were Northerners. CJ Federal high Court is a Northerner. EFCC Head is a Northerner. The INEC Chairman appointed by Jonathan a Northerner. C-G Customs is a Northerner.NECO, NERÐC, FRCN DGs are Northerners appointed by Jonathan...The list is lengthy because Nigeria has almost (if not more than) a thousand Agencies and Departments.

@Jakara , the so called discrimination will never end except all polytechnics are upgraded to Universities.
The aims behind the establishment of polytechnic is different from university and this has nothing to
do with one being better than the other.
Nigeria didn't invent polytechnics, they exist everywhere across the globe.
Rather than embark on a futile campaign for equality , a more effective strategy should be calls for the abolition of polytechnics.

As for those bickering over which of polys/unis produce smarter graduates, they must know that individual's difference in intellect is mainly
responsible for scholastically prowess , not the institution one attends since smart graduate are found in both polytechnics and universities.

Politics › Scores Killed By Boko Haram In Bornu -aljazeera by neocortex(op): 9:19pm On Jul 04, 2015
Several female suicide bombers have blown themselves up amid panicked villagers fleeing a Boko Haram attack in a northeast Nigeria killing scores, according to the the army and witnesses.
The latest carnage in series of attacks that have claimed more than 200 lives in just three days happened on Friday night in Zabarmari village, 10 kilometres from the city of Maiduguri, the birthplace of the armed group.
Local resident Haladu Musa, who fled the attack, told AFP that "large numbers" of fighters poured into the village, overpowering government forces deployed to prevent the fighters reaching Maiduguri.
"The soldiers were forced to retreat," he said.
Then, as people began to flee, female suicide bombers started blowing themselves up in their midst, killing large numbers of people, he said.
"Most of the casualties came from the suicide bombings," he said, without being able to give a precise figure for the dead and injured.
"A total of six suicide bombers detonated themselves... killing scores of people while some people were also wounded. A soldier also died," the Nigerian army said in a statement without specifying the sex of the bombers.
Search ongoing
The army said a vehicle full of improvised explosive devices was recovered by troops, adding there was an ongoing search "for any bombs that might have been hidden or left unexploded in the area."
Musa said the fighters looted shops and torched "almost half the village" before eventually being repulsed after the military sent in reinforcements.
Danlami Ajaokuta, a civilian vigilante helping the military battle Boko Haram, who also witnessed the attack, spoke of heavy casualties.
"The main concern now is to evacuate and attend to the injured and later recover the dead bodies now lying in the village," he said, adding that more than 100 injured had been taken to hospital.
Boko Haram, which is fighting to establish a state in northeast Nigeria and has sworn allegiance to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant group, has intensified its campaign of violence since President Mohammadu Buhari came to power on May 29.
The Zabarmari attack followed a series of attacks across restive Borno state since Wednesday.
This week, Boko Haram fighters gunned down worshippers at evening Ramadan prayers, shot women in their homes and dragged men and boys from their beds to kill them in the dead of night.
A young female suicide bomber also killed 12 worshippers when she blew herself up in a mosqu
