While I strongly condemn this line of thinking of the Ondo Muslims, it is important to note that other states in the SW that are Muslim majority especially Osun have always been sensitive to the feelings of non Muslims, so saying Muslims are in minority in Ondo would be foolish
Osun even twice had Christians as both governor and deputy(Oyinlola's administration), despite being a Muslim majority state.

While that shouldn't be the yardstick for voting (and it has never been in the SW before), I think it isn't out of place to accommodate Muslims, maybe the as the deputy.

Nonetheless, I still think it is dumb to vote based on religious lines. I, for instance haven't benefited anything from Buhari, (a fellow Muslim since he assumed office), so what's the fuss about religion here.

I'm in Osun state....OSU village to be precise....some friends and myself drove down here for some parol......myself and my friends had an argument yesterday about religion and charms(jass existing and working etc) .....Now, in this village that we are in, which happens to be a friend's hometown, they brought up the topic amidst elderly men that I do not believe in the existence of any god or that the supernatural exist.....these men laughed and spoke out their mind.....they offered to show me stuffs tommao....


They said they would sharpen their cutlass and use it on themselves tommao saying I would see the strikes would not cut in ...

I refered u to the processing of visa in which case, a security clearance from a relevant authority is required. Were u not the same person saying that security clearance are used for different purposes and I should explain its essence when travelling abroad? How did u suddenly admit to its need and u are even asking if a visa could be issued by US without it. The most important thing here is that security clearance is an important document for travelling outside the country and by extension, a permission is required. Finally, it is quite obvious that u have not travelled out Nigeria otherwise these are some of the little details which u don't need to argue about if u have actually passed through the process even once.

There is nothing for the agencies to do here , you are free to travel unless you have
been barred, that is what is obtained in all civilised countries, please enlighten
if there is any provision of our constitution that runs contrary to this.

If Sen. Karim was barred from traveling, he would not have booked his flight ticket
in the first place.

Imagine the level of chaos if thousands of Nigerians that travel overseas every month
have to apply for permission from DSS and EFCC before they can embark on their journey.

That will mean that the Nigerian passport is useless since its functions won't be any
different from that of Driving license or INEC card.

The passport has only one major function , that is to enable Nigerians to travel, if you
remove that function, it is no longer different from every other I.D cards.

Since you have travelled before as you stated, which agency cleared you for the travelling ?
