efelusi: show me or tell me which country in the world that does not experience these security concerns as Nigeria. The US have serial murderers taking place, police killings, natural disasters etc... the UK, knife deaths, road accident, France terrorists attacks... Its every where. Yes we may have challenges dealing with these crimes, but Nigeria is reasonably safe. Crime happens every where but that doesn't mean every where is safe/unsafe. There is a huge difference between having someone to listen to your complaints and act on them and having no where to run to when the bad guys strike. Three landlords were kidnapped by vandals three days ago, nothing has been heard about the case till now, who knows if they will ever be seen again, same thing with the 10 DSS men that were kidnapped last year their body has not yet been found. These are the people who have first hand experience of what it means to be insecure , not some of us who have never even come across a pickpocket. We do have a security challenge and we can't solve it by pointing fingers at other countries. |

Africa ha nothing! Only native culture. You have nothing to lose bro. You should be grateful Every thing boils down to money, anybody can "generate" internet so long as he/she has the money. Your post make it looks as though the countries that rejected facebook's "free" internet have unlimited supply of money when in reality a sizeable number of their populace are still bedevilled with poverty. Ask yourself why will a country reject "free network" i.e free money? The EU rejected the offer and so do most asian countries, not even greek that is so enmeshed in debt welcomed such idea, guess where facebook found it easiest ? Africa of course. No single African country raised an eyebrow. We all know that no sane country will reject such offer since it will reduce government and citizens spending but those who know better are not fooled by greek gift because in the long run, they have everything to lose. African leaders and Africans are the major reason why Africa remains the way it is we think of eating everything today. BeeBeeOoh: I agree with him. If you see how our people overseas talk about Nigeria you will marvel, most of them don't thing about coming back anymore. That's how one of my auntie that visited from US 3years ago came with old-mama clothes so that kidnappers will overlook her, but when we cruise around town for sometime she began regretting coming back with those kind of clothes. She never knew Nigeria wasn't what people over there see it as, yes, there are insecurities but, if you see how people hype it as if you just land in Nigeria you will be kidnapped immediately. Thank God her fears was cleared. You can't blame them, those who suffered a great deal to make money are more likely to be fearful of losing their money or their life. Imagine the pain of a man who just returned from the U.S after five years only to have his wife and one of his children kidnapped and ending up losing the wife in the process. Such stories are common and they travel fast. That is why I advise anyone coming home especially those planning to travel to villages to move around with heavily armed security guards. It is better to be safe than sorry. |

They feed on the oppression of the black race, so planted Men in Black to do a covert operation. I am particular that MTN Nigeria is part of this conspiracy, with their expensive data. Don't be fooled, every sane country iincluding india has rejected facebook's internet greek gift, but the incompetent leaders in Africa accepted it without protest. What you don't know is that there are a lot of negative consequences attached to facebook "free" internet. That is how the slave traders used ordinary shining mirror to purchase humans as slaves from African kings in the past. Not all gift should be accepted. |

salabscholar01: The PDP should make peace with sheriff already... I can see he stands higher than all of them...
I understand clearly that sheriff is representing his own interest and the interest of some people, which is obvious! I will not blame him because he was brought in through the open doors, celebrated and was made the chairman. For the same person to now been thrown out through a mini window? That will not fly!
Even makarfi is tired and warn-out already because he was brought on to his factional seat like sheriff too, and expecting Sheriff to now relinquish power is like telling a cat to bow down and portray to a mice. That's just unreal!
Every action taken by the PDP may stall if Sheriff is still kept at an arms-length. Their approach will be like a baby, trying to take her first uncertain steps, struggling to walk and will fall flat severally...
They need wisdom! Making peace with Sheriff is simple, and if this division continues this ways the party may not stand a strong opposition to the APC coming 2019, because the durability of every house depends on the foundation laid down on it from the onset. If you have been following this story as it unfolds, you would have seen that sheriff doesn't want peace, all he wants is total control and the PDP BOT has yet to understand that sheriff will never compromise until he is made life chairman and he is allowed to appoint his men to all positions while sidelining every other member. |

jakiedudu: I understand your fears and concern, and I appreciate it. but I think I grabs the idea of mmm. MMM is somewhat similar to some community groups in some communities in the middle belt especially Plateau State. These groups are called ''Adashe''. It's a sort of ''Donation Agency'' where members contribute certain amount of money weekly, monthly (as the case may be) to each other. These groups are common among women in plateau state. For example, a group of ten (10) women get together to help one another. They contribute say N5,000 monthly to each other. When it gets to your turn, all group members pay you N5,000. Thats N50,000, enough to start a small scale business like trading, making and selling of snacks etc. This is what some women in these communities do to raise money to start a small scale business. These groups which are very common in rural areas are not investment schemes or business ventures. Just a group of women joining heads together to help each other out. With what I have learn so far from this Adashe group, MMM appears somewhat similar to it. You see those group you mentioned, you only get what you will eventually put in which is a normal thing. But this MMM promises you 30%, where do you think the extra comes from ? Nobody will put their money in MMM if they have to pay back all they have earned from it. |

Tell me how mingling with pope , muslims and hindus identify hm as being religious ? As to your "religious view", need I to remind you how your great grandfathers in the faith burned thousands of innocent people they tagged as witches alive because of their evil "religious views". I am Talking about seun attitude of incessant castigating of RELIGION, and reminds him that Mark Zukerberg whom he sees above everyone else is a Religionist, He is jewish. just cos you dont believe in something doesnt mean you should caste it all the time or it doesnt exist. Seun's acts on this forum concerning his religious view are getting petty and super silly. I am an Agnostic by the way. Thanks Mark zuckerberg is an atheist there is no doubt about that, Being described as jewish in this case means that he is a descendant of the jew rather than a religious conviction. And not believing in harmful fantasies such as witchcraft is the right way to go, it is high time the children and the elderly stop being stigmatised for the failures of lazy thinkers. |

According to Donald Trump" CNN is a puppet" so pls don't take them serious anymore.. CNN is bias.

Its one thing to be uneducated/unexposed and its another to be educated and still stupid. I don't see what all the fuss is about. Its a stereotype about Americans. They're fat and stupid. AnonyNymous: Americans are fat and stupid, that's the general stereotype about them, and for the majority, its true. They believe they're the best of the best and nobody can stop them. Forgetting that their country is built on blood of the natives and immigrants from all over the world because they're supposedly the 'land of the free' where anything goes with no moral standards. Without the flow of immigrants, America would be nothing.Despite being heavily in debt, they spend more on their military than the whole of Europe combined just to plunder other countries to keep their charade alive. I dey vex ni o They will soon crumble, most likely after this years presidential election and hopefully their evils will be exposed to the whole world If I were you , I will reevaluate myself if a majority stupid people can build a a country which almost every "smart and intelligent" citizen is dying to get into. And don't tell me about "black slaves and immigrant built america" because every single empire owned slave one time or another and it even take a smart ass people to own slave and build a country where immigrant risk death-defying journey to reach.
